I can't say enough good about Boyle Energy. I found out about them years ago when my boiler quit on a very cold winter's day. I called company after company but no one could come for at least a week. I was desperate. Someone recommended that I call Boyle Energy. Kathy had a great technician come right out and he was able to fix the problem and discussed it with me in detail. Someone kind and caring always answers the when I call and I feel like I am part of the family. I got my new AC system and my new heating system and my hot water heater from them and they have stood by me through thick and thin. I would recommend them to anyone. Great, solid company. Wonderful people. That's pretty rare today.

Workers arrived even sooner than expected. Did not call first as we expected, but we were just glad to have heater working again. They were cordial & professional, although they took 3 hours to fix it. This system has had problems from the start, mainly due to bad design, making even simple yearly maintenance difficult & time consuming for technicians. But thanks again for such a quick response & solution.

Super reliable company, standing by their values. Staff is great, techs as well. I was looking for a small-to-medium size company and have vetted them myself and have been referring them to my neighbors since I've been with them starting in 2019. Extra bonus points for flexing to accommodate challenging retro-fit installations with a brand they don't customarily use.

Replacing an HVAC is not a small decision. Of all of the companies I asked to come out and give me quotes, Boyle was by far the most helpful and able to answer my questions.

I made my appointment with them and they arrived and left exactly when they said, with obvious care to leave my house as they found it.

Boyle Energy was quick to come out to inspect our condenser today. We have a Heat Pump system so the condenser works year ‘round for heating & cooling. The tech was very knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. It seems that in the winter months the refrigerant ‘reverses’ to keep the condenser working in very cold weather which causes a loud squealing sound when the system stops / starts. All normal but new for us since this is our first home with this type of heating system. Highly recommend Boyle Energy!

Answered questions, explained how things worked. Explained what couldve been reasons why the furnace stopped running.. We were prepping to host my family for Easter and bouncing between baseball/lacrosse fields for the kids Saturday when my wife called me and said she smelled gas in the basement. PECO came out within 30 minutes and were great-locating the source which was our hvac system that came with the house. They shut it off and we called Boyle Energy the following Monday and they had technicians out and diagnose the problem the same day. They ordered the parts and installed them the next day. Amazing service and complete professionals. While I hope to not need them for a while; they’ll be my only call moving forward for any energy related needs.

The two men arrived within an hour of my call. Did an excellent job! Explained everything in terms I understood! We’re very kind! I have never had a bad experience with Boyle!

I called for service related to my Carrier warranty and Kirsten was excellent!! She realized the importance of my call and managed to get me scheduled for same day service. Wayne, the technician dispatched for service, was top notch!! He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, efficient and was able to quickly confirm the diagnosis. My experience with this company so far was wonderful from the start and I’m confident l they will complete my furnace replacement effectively and efficiently!! These guys are amazing. We had an incredible experience with them installing our air conditioning and even got an upgraded system because the company they normally use didn’t have it in time. I also had them out to check a problem with our water temp, and when I called back to tell them the issue hadn’t been resolved, Kathy went to great lengths to figure out what could possibly be the problem and if they could help or not so that I didn’t spend unnecessary money. Love this company!

I don’t know where to begin.. Boyle has been amazing. When my heat went out, they immediately dispatched someone, who informed me I did need a new unit. I already had a quote from another company, for a unit that was less efficient and a lesser brand however, more expensive.

The entire time they were installing the unit, everyone was respectful and courteous , they were very good at what they did and they have since won my business for all the foreseeable future.

They were also so good that I told my brother to use them to install his mini split … not only did they come in less expensive than the competition for him, but the quality of work that they proceeded with was amazing.

I had planned to be personally present at the house on the day of the work. Unfortunately, I I had tire issues 60+ miles from Media. I was unable to get there in time. My sister came instead. She reported that the Boyle tech arrived on time {8:30 AM}; worked hard throughout the day until they completed the work and tested the new furnace. It worked like a charm. She reported that the men were courtious; explained everything; asked if there were any questions and did a nice clean-up job before they departed. In addition to the the Boyle guys, I want to commend Cathy in your Office, she is always helpful with my questions, as well as with my dilemmas such as my inability to be present yesterday and to be able to promptly supply my check for the work. I would recommend Boyle Energy to anyone. WB

Boyle just replaced our gas heater. Steam heat. with one return. Difficult install but the Boyle team worked hard and we have heat!

I continue to be impressed with the responsiveness, effectiveness and kindness of this group. Very happily recommend them.

We would not use Boyle again.

We purchased two brand new HVAC units from Boyle for two separate properties and bought their maintenance plans to service the units.

In February 2025, one of the systems received a maintenance check from Boyle. By July 2025, severe mold was discovered (something that should’ve been caught earlier) during a routine inspection — not by Boyle, but by Adam Mechanical, whom we hired because Boyle quoted over $170 just for a AC basic tune-up. Adam had a special for $89.

The technician from Adam Mechanical provided photos, videos, and in-person evidence showing how serious the mold issue was. When Boyle’s manager, Norm, arrived with their technician, it quickly became clear how unprofessional their response was. Despite clear proof that their techs had missed something critical, Norm refused to take accountability.

After considerable pressure — in front of Adam’s tech and my husband — Norm reluctantly issued a refund of $844 (the cost of what we paid Adam to fix Boyle's error), but only after I almost begged for it. He later sent a passive-aggressive letter with the refund, stating Boyle "takes no responsibility" and that they were closing our account because it appeared we didn’t want to use their services again.

Even worse, Norm made it clear that if mold is found in the second HVAC unit (which is highly likely), we will not receive any reimbursement — despite having spent thousands of dollars on their equipment and maintenance.

The entire experience has been unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable.

Thankfully, we switched to Adam Mechanical, and the difference in service, transparency, and professionalism has been night and day.

The technician Vitali came out today to replace my thermostat. He also previously did maintenance on my air conditioner. He is a real professional, knowledgeable, honest, on time and a real gentleman. It’s such a pleasure to have a technician like him do work for you. When you call the office they’re always polite and helpful. I’m sticking with Boyle energy! Thank you..

I have used Boyle Energy for multiple projects. They were referred by an industry professional that I trusted and they have done nothing but impress since. Ed and Rich have been exceptionally helpful and diligent in handling multiple complex situations that have been presented to them. They have gone above and beyond in doing additional tasks that had presented themselves just to progress the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks!
