I contacted Boyle to fix my heater, when it stopped working after the temperature dropped to below freezing. They sent a tech over on the same day and the tech repaired the issue. Based on Boyle's experience servicing the condo community in which I live, the tech also recommended that I get a surge protector to avoid the power going out again, which they expertly installed.

Another great part of working with Boyle is that their service center answers calls 24/7. When I called them at 3AM on a weekday, someone answered right away and was able to provide recommendations on why my heater had stopped working again (it was due to my thermostat requiring a battery recharge). Someone from Boyle's office called me later that morning to check in about the issue and offered to send over a tech right away -- it felt very much like white glove service!

Pro-tip: check with the office on pricing if you would like the clarity upfront. Kathy is usually the one who answers the phone and she is fully transparent on details, which is super helpful.

All in all, I recommend Boyle to fix your heating needs!

Knowledgeable technicians. They have patience to figure out the problem and kindness in relaying it to the customers. I have been using Boyle for years and have never had a bad experience. They send out a technician as soon as they can and I feel confident when they leave that my unit was fixed and all problems were rectified. Boyle is a great family run company. We are so happy with the new energy efficient gas boiler that was installed 2 years ago. Boyle gave us the best estimate and consideration. They were able to utilize existing pipes from our previous boiler. Highly trained guys who grew up in Havertown are the employees who came to do the work at our house, Kathy did the paperwork required to get a rebate from PECO for us! We chose to pay part with 0% financing. Our PECO energy use report shows that our energy use is well below that of our neighbors! Thank you Boyle team!

We had a great experience with Boyle Energy. We switched our oil heating system to a gas system. We met with Ed who has a ton of experience and he informed us of the various system and financing options. After we purchased the system, he or someone from Boyle Energy was in contact with us the entire time. Every email or phone call we sent was answered immediately. Rich and his staff installed the system. They were very knowledgeable and professional. You could not have asked for a better group of people. They knew exactly what they were doing, explained to us what was going to happen and when, and were very respectful of our property. They had drop cloths all through the rooms affected and cleaned the area when they were finished each night. Boyle Energy followed up with us after the installation to make sure everything was working correctly. I will definitely call Boyle Oil again for my future HVAC needs.

Technicians arrived on time, got working immediately, laid tarps down, clean, neat and great job. Project is not finished yet but I am certain it will be top notch when finished. Very pleased!!

I had Boyle Energy out for a routine central air tune-up. The technician was SO nice, on time, professional, and efficient. Our unit is in an upstairs attic so it's hot up there and he had to climb up through my closet. He was very positive about the unfortunate location, everything was checked thoroughly, and the unit is running perfectly. Great experience! I highly recommend them! So much better than another HVAC company we have worked with.

When my furnace/thermostat stopped working, I called Boyle energy - Same day service. The technician was polite, efficient, replaced my thermostat with a new model, and trained me in its use. I couldn't ask for better service.

I had a fabulous experience with Boyle Energy. What we originally thought was going to be an AC repair turned out to be a replacement. When the technician told me about the issues and why replacement was recommended, he was kind, thorough, and answered all my questions. Boyle was able to immediately schedule the replacement and in the interim provided me with a portable AC. The replacement team was so nice and efficient. They installed the new system, left the site clean, and walked me through everything at the end. While replacing an AC system is never fun, the Boyle team made it easy and painless. Highly recommend.

Boyle energy took my money for an annual service contract and then refused to repair my boiler when it failed during the worst arctic cold snap in years. Words fail to convey how strongly I want to urge you not to do business with this company. I’m only giving them one star so that I can post this.

Boyle Energy was great. We installed a brand new Mitsubishi Mini split to an area of our home that was under sourced for heat in winter and cooling for summer. What a difference. The price was fair and the install seamless. I recommend reaching out to Patrick or Ed and request a quote for any Energy issue you may have. Clean, courteous and professional.

We are closing in on solving an ongoing problem with the radiator heating system. 2 new radiators did not function due to their structural limitations. I had to come up with a solution on my own. Boyle has been out to examine these new components. They are not yet installed. Anyone less technically savvy than myself probably would not have come up with a solution. I have invested an additional $1400 on top of the original cost. And spent about 20 hours of time on research and logistics. But we have not solved the issue yet.

This company is a local favorite for damn good reason.
I called 6 HVAC companies, both corporate and local.
Each one either offered overpriced quotes or poor quality components.

Boyles offered a full system rebuild, with the option to do even a partial, at a very fair price with the highest quality components I have seen. (I'm an ASE Certified Master Mechanic ASE-5331-1593)

This company is the gem of Havertown, PA. And I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Havertown has hard water and most companies were selling Combi Wall Boilers that are known to clog up due to Limescale deposits.

Edwin offered the Laars FT Combi Floor Unit 199k btu with 10:1 turn down and Mini-Indirect Tank (Prevents Limescale due to indirect fired tank). Excellent choice, excellent parts, easy to fix and a plethora of cheap and easy to find repair parts should it ever need them. Even came in last minute and replaced a Relay Box, "Wasn't sure if you wanted this but I got it for you just in case." +10,000 Aura

Thanks to Laars for creating this awesome boiler (Laars FTCT Combi Floor Unit). I pray you guys will uphold the right to repair laws & ethics because I'd love to have this unit forever.

Air conditioning in my rental property stopped working during the recent heat wave so I called around for estimate appointments to replace the both AC and gas furnace (current system is original 40+ year old unit). I chose Boyle Energy for a few reasons but mostly because Ed Johnson, their manager/estimator, was great to work with. No pressure sales, extremely knowledgeable and great guy. Their pricing was actually the best of 4 estimates but Ed and Boyle's office staff set them apart from the other companies. It's a rental property so I really needed to get the AC working quickly for my tenants. I used their 0% interest financing program and got scheduled within days. Wayne Thomas was the lead installer, they removed old units and installed the new system in just 1 day. I am happy I chose them to work with and will be using them for all HVAC needs moving forward. Great service and prices. Illia and Vitalii were excellent technicians. Very respectful and hard working. They stayed late on a holiday to ensure our water heater was installed properly. I will be using them again.

I'm in the service business, I know the pressures of servicing clients under hi load conditions. (jan 27th, sustained single digit temps) I called Boyle, they were out the same day, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts. THEY SUPPLED HEATERS TO KEEP THE APT WARM, for my 92 y/o neighbor!!
