Always a pleasant experience picking up trees, shrubs, compost/topsoil, whatever you may need. The owner is super helpful with making landscaping design recommendations and giving you a variety of options.

The lady there (sorry forget her name) but she was great. We showed her a picture of the space we needed to redo and she drew out a design for us, also showed how to plant it. Prices are reasonable

Very pleased with my purchases. I was also pleased with the outstanding service I received when I arrived. I’d definitely use this service again because you can SEE that this business is committed and proud of their nursery and offer very very FAIR pricing for plants tress shrubs etc that at HOMEDEPOT LOWES BUSY BEAVER would be TREMENDOUSLY overpriced!!! Big box stores Generally don’t even give their nursery the time of day cause we’ve all seen the dilapidated greens and trees they provide and they even have the audacity to have dead specimens from neglect and then try to sell them haha So when I got out of the CAR I IMMEDIATELY saw the difference :lush greens service personnel milling around doing their thing and looking happy and it was hot as heck outside that day . Also the lady like literally pulled the two trees out the ground herself I wanted and inquired on helping but she seemed very accustomed to doing it and smiled the ENITRE TIME dropped jewels about horticulture tricks and tips etc so she knows her stuff to cut this short cause I can go on and on when I was trying to load the trees in the car the service man I basically had to fight to put it in the car lol .. but he still put it in the car .. yo I love this place And this business is a treasure .Grandview Nursery has it going on hands down !!!!

Two yrs ago I bought a dogwood. Came home planted it and it died. Called and told them, and they gave me another tree and I paid to have them help me plant it. Again it's dead! Two trees both dead. Almost 80$ down the drain.. but yet I have trees from magazines that I order and they grow just fine, and they're only approx 10$! I do not recommend getting plants here, I recommend going through Burgess or other catalogs that the plants live and grow better. Extremely disappointed. Only reason I gave two stars is because they did talk to me and try to help me out but it still shouldn't be two trees that die.

Great quality, extremely helpful salespeople, know what they are talking about, well worth the trip. Couldn't be pleased more with this nursery. (Make sure you meet the dog. Awesome. I think this dog is the best salesperson they have. I have heard people go there to meet the dog AND buy great plants!!!)

Excellent customer service! Landscaping is not my strong suit but the employees are so helpful making suggestions on different items they have. Very very knowledgeable! I gave them a general idea of what I was looking for and they walked us all around showing/explaining the different options they had! They also how to plant all of the items purchased. The loaded everything up for us as well! Highly recommend.

We really like shopping here and supporting this local business. They normally have a great selection of plants but, most importantly, have a very knowledgeable team available to answer questions and give advice. We have purchased many plants, trees, shrubs, etc. for several houses. We have also used their soil mix/compost mix in many cases as well - which has been great. We have had trees delivered and planted by the Grandview team in the past. This is a great full-service nursery and local business that we will continue to support in the foreseeable future. We are big fans!

Nice nursery albeit not too big. When I went on a Wednesday morning it was empty. The young lady there was very welcoming and helpful. It has quite a few evergreens and prices are very nice. Definitely a place to check out if you need trees and shrubs particularly.

Their selection & variety is so massive, even at this late time in the summer (mid August). Their staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They don't let you leave until they go over the planting instructions and they make sure you feel comfortable with your purchase. This is our 1st crack at doing a complete landscaping overhaul so we have limited knowledge. They have a sign on their door "Friends don't let friends plant annuals"..I thought that was clever! I'd highly recommend going to Grandview if you want help with your layout or selection....and you can tell their plants are very hardy and well maintained.

Moved into a new house with few ideas on shrubbery. Decided to check out this nursery. Had the help we needed, suggestions on what might work & no pressure. They have a great selection of all sorts of plants, shrubs and trees. We were able to buy some things & after placing and planting may need to go back for a few more. Very happy with the help & choices!

After building a new home, we have used Grandview Nurseries for multiple projects and plantings since 2020. Laura, the owner, helped with our choices and John Paul led our latest project in May 2025.
We could not be more pleased. John Paul is honest, hard working, fair, and all round nice guy. If we could give 10 stars, we would.

The owner was so accommodating and knowledgeable! I’m new to the area and she even showed me how to transplant my lavenders so they’d thrive. Thank you again so much for the beautiful rose bush and helping me pick out ground covering and everything else I asked for. So quick and easy.

Laura and staff treats me like family every time I call or stop. They are caring, extremely knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable. Following each transaction, Grandview Nurserys educated me on planting and maintaining my trees. I have purchased 13 Green Thuja Giants September 2016 and thanks to their detailed instructions, the trees have over doubled in size in under two years; my wife and I could not be happier. Today I went back for 9 more and again the service was great. I have and will continue to recommend everyone I know to go here; this experienced establishment is the epitome of greenthumbers everywhere. Thanks.

Store front not open.. but he builds pods and waterfalls . Did some work for me and I was happy with it
