Josh and the team were amazing! I had been neglecting the outside of my house for way too long. They gave a very reasonable quote for 3 days worth of landscaping, trimming lots of overgrown shrubs, creating new beds with crisp edging around the house, decorative stone along our front steps, and mulch. Then on day 4, I had the entire house, sidewalk and driveway pressure washed and windows cleaned. I received timely updates throughout the entire project and everything came out amazing! I’m beyond thrilled with the work.

They truly earn the name of their business- “Property Care” because that is what they do so well and so conscientiously. Josh of Grato Property Care did an amazing job washing my house & roof!! The siding was green & the roof was covered in moss......he made it look brand new! Very efficient & respectfull of my landscaping. He also gave me great advice about future maintenance. Highly recommend!

Hired Josh for my brick paver patio. Josh cleaned the patio, added polymeric sand, and sealed the pavers. Everything was the initial inspection to the clean up was great. Josh did exactly what he said he would, and the patio looks great! Highly recommend Grato Property Care!

Alan & Craig came out for the first time yesterday to do gutters & windows. What a fantastic job they did ! Windows sparkle and gutters (now) flow. So happy our neighbor across the street found them. We have always had our windows washed, but never like they did. Great friendly, happy and cooperative guys. Alan has been with Grato for years, but Craig was brand new...but so well trained, you would never know that.
I will look forward to having them back next year. Already scheduled 2026!
