I've been a client for 2.5 years. This is my second cleaning service. I appreciate that I have the same cleaners typically, they are flexible to reschedule me on occasion, and the ability to pay online. The cleaners do a great job, are reliable and trustworthy, and leave my house looking great.

Grato (and particularly Josh) was so helpful to me as I needed support on maintaining a local home when I am out of state. He responded immediately, made appropriate recommendations and sent me photos along the way so I was informed of progress. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them!

Just had Grato Property Care help us at our home. Josh and his crew came in at our convenience, and did a wonderful job cleaning up our property and installing more mulch. They also took out three holly bushes that weren’t looking nice anymore. That area was raked and reseeded beautifully.

Josh was extremely responsive., And answered all my questions. As he was working, he also asked me if Iiked what he was doing. Otherwise, he would’ve changed trimming the trees, to what I wanted.

The invoice was emailed., With everything broken down, so I knew exactly what everything would cost..

Importantly, he kept in touch! So many people do not respond, but not Josh! He kept in touch by text, which was very convenient for me. After making the decision to have him help us with our property., He was here within two weeks.

Grato Property Care did a fabulous job soft washing the siding and power washing the back patio and brick on the house. Very professional, courteous and reliable. Would highly recommend!

Grato was wonderful. They did a great job delicately pressure washing the brick of my 1880 house... not sure it had been cleaned in 140 years.

Most importantly was his consideration of my neighbors. I live in the city, so most contractors bug me with where they should park. Not only did he not do that with his truck+trailer, but he spoke with a neighbor whose driveway he was partially obstructing and ensured that they were okay with it and he would move when needed. Can't beat that!

If you're looking for a local company to apply mulch, pressure wash and seal your concrete patio, steps, sidewalks, and driveway, then Grato Property Care is the company to call!! Josh and his crew were wonderful, conscientious, prompt, polite, with a strong work ethic to do it right!! My wife and I highly recommend them and will have them back in the future!!

Josh and his crew came out to do a whole house wash, gutter cleaning, deck and fence wash. The company was very easy to communicate with, were prompt with their replies, and scheduling was a breeze.

Before the appointment, I was sent a price list upfront and I was aware of all costs involved with a personalized estimate. When Josh showed up to the house, he took time to go over the items I was hoping to get cleaned— he was fair and honest in telling me what to expect.

Grato Property Care did a super job at my mother’s home cleaning the vinyl siding and pressure washing the concrete driveway and sidewalks. Josh was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. He did everything he said he would do at the price he said it would cost and we are happy with the results.
