I’ve been using Josh and his team for over a year. I continue to be impressed with the quality and pricing of their work. From windows to lawn repair and mulching. I would highly recommend for any job you may have. My yard repair is absolutely beautiful!!

Josh is one of the nicest gentleman I've had the pleasure to deal with. His communication is prompt and leaves you with no questions or hassle. He power washed my aluminum siding house and sidewalk and both look great! I highly recommend him for all your property care needs!

Josh has done a few jobs for me including yard cleanup and recently pressure washing my entire house (gutters/windows/doors) including all concrete services (driveway/sidewalk/front steps/porches). His work is outstanding! Josh is very personable and takes his work seriously meaning he went above and beyond my expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We hired Grato Property Care to do some work at our parents' home. They pressure washed the home, sidewalks, patios, and driveway. They also cleaned the windows, a skylight, and the gutters. They did a fantastic job and it looks great! Josh is top notch from the moment you reach out to him and through out the entire process! We would highly recommend them!

Efficient, above and beyond, easy to communicate with; jobs thoroughly done. When new ivy plants I’d ‘planted and nurtured; were accidentally weeded out, upon my appeal for free replacement, it was done immediately. Josh is fair and ethical; we appreciate that he pays his workers seemingly a fair competitive wage, important in order to ‘keep a good workforce’.

Josh and Grato Property Care were wonderful! I hired them to cut some shrubs in my front and back yard, wash my house, and clean the driveway and sidewalk. Everything looks great!!! They were easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I received the quote quickly and pick and choose what I wanted them to do; all with no pressure. Grato communicated with me, and arrived early. They worked quickly on the different projects and cleanup was amazing! I could not be happier with the outcome. I will definitely use Josh and Grato again in the future!

I had contacted Josh at Grato Property Care to clean my gutters as the fall was approaching and I needed to take care of some of my home maintenance. Nowadays, I have gotten used to paying big money for a lackluster job performance and poor attention to detail. However, I was extremely surprised by the quality and attentiveness of Grato Property Care. He was easy to work with in setting up a time for the job and was punctual in his arrival. He took his time and was very thorough in his cleaning and even gave me before and after pics to show how much of a mess it was before hand. Beyond that, he pressure flushed my french drains and afterwards, the flow was much improved. As we walked around my house, he gave me helpful advice on the care of my bushes as he does all kinds of property care. Unlike many people I have worked with he comes off as genuinely honest and hard working. I have only great things to say about Josh and would certainly recommend him!

Josh and his team cleaned my gutters. It was an extremely fair quote. He stayed in touch with me up to the day the job was done. He sent pictures of the completed job because he knew I was at work during the job. Very professional, and I will definitely use him for future projects. Thank you for taking care of my gutters!!! Absolutely outstanding! Allen and Darren cleaned nearly 50 windows in our 1880 four-story farmhouse - no small task - and they were incredible. Kind, polite, and meticulous. Josh clearly finds the best crews, and I'll be using Grato for ALL our exterior needs from now on. Highly recommend!

Josh and his crew are excellent. In a world of fly-by-night landscaping companies, Grato stands out as a trustworthy and friendly operation. Josh and his crew worked through challenging weather conditions and accomplished a job that other companies wouldn’t even return our call for. His crew worked hard, was very polite and respectful, and after a solid week of work running equipment around, they left the site looking immaculate. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I give them my unwavering recommendation.

I travel to and stay here for a conference on an annual basis and having been doing so since 2015. I love the atmosphere, food and service and always look forward to returning!

Did a good job years ago I would reccomend them. They said they were a little busy and not taking new jobs for awhile, but if they can fit you in I would pick them.

Never used them, but after seeing their parking habits, taking up 3 handicap park spaces, I'll go elsewhere!

Did new sidewalks, patio, wall and french drains. Replanted grass everywhere yard was disturbed. Excellent work, excellent crew, excellent price. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend!

One special spot for any sort of plants or trees. outstanding compost soil. We usually end up coming here from Pittsburgh for customers because they can’t find what they want anywhere.
