Simply Spotless is wonderful to work with! The cleaning team is always kind and professional, and leave the house beautiful and fresh. They bring their own supplies, which is a huge help to not have to restock. The office have been flexible with us as we moved houses and left our old home spotless; the buyers were so appreciative!

Extremely inconsistent company. We have had some decent cleanings but have also had some very sub par ones due to them always trying to change staff versus keeping the same people. We also had a time when only one person showed up instead of two but she still stayed for the same amount of time as usual and charged us the same price for half the work. And now we had our two story home cleaned in only one hour for the same price as usual, which is already overpriced. They just repeat the same excuse that they “work off a checklist,” but 2 people cleaning for 1 hour versus 2 hours is obviously a major difference so there is no way the same checklist is completed. Definitely look to a smaller company for residential cleaning services.

I have been using Simply Spotless Cleaning for about 2 years. I have always been more then satisfied with the job and they are very easy to work with. Always accommodating any changes in my schedule. I would highly recommend them.

Hired Simply Spotless to clean a family member's house. The cleaning crew showed up at the designated time and got right to work tackling the areas we requested. Crew was very professional, friendly and did a great job! Price was reasonable for the amount of work.

I highly recommend Simply Spotless for all your cleaning needs! They are so easy to work with, and have absolutely wonderful employees. Customer service is 10/10. Bri in the office is SO on top of things, communicates effectively, and answered millions of questions for me. Literally one of the nicest people I have ever talked to. I really appreciate that Simply Spotless has an online customer portal where you can put in cleaning requests, view invoices, pay your bill, and more. It is such a convenient feature that few others have. I had three bathrooms cleaned by Marissa, and I was blown away by what a fantastic job she did. Not only was she quick and efficient, but the attention to detail was crazy! In addition to the general cleaning, she re-hung my towels nicely, dusted the small things on the counter like toothbrush holders, soap bottles, and other toiletries, and even cleaned the light switches. It was awesome, and my tub and showers have seriously never been cleaner. She was also a GREAT communicator, and explained that there was a stain in the tub that she couldn't get out (which I knew about and forgot to tell her ahead of time... sorry Marissa!). This company is very professional, kind, and so good at what they do. I cannot recommend them enough!

They overall did a nice job on our initial deep clean however they did not dust under the furniture and we have hard wood floors there was still a ton of dog hair.
