Quality work! Funyak build a desk, patio and fire pit for us. They do high quality work and our deck is our favorite place to be. As an engineer, I enjoyed watching them build the patio and deck, layer by layer. Every step was precise and measured with lasers. The architectural design was also impressive and beyond our expectations..

Funyak did a real nice job of landscaping our new home and they just finished our spring cleanup for the second year of our maintenance contract. Funyak's employees are not only skilled landscapers, they are good people and extremely easy to work with. They do nice work.

Funyak Landscaping just built a raised stone patio along the back of our house using EP Henry products. The final result is beyond what we visualized! It looks fantastic! They were exceptionally skilled in all aspects of the project from design and installation to adding the landscaping and low level lighting at the end of the project. They are extremely attentive to detail. They don't take shortcuts. They do everything the "right way." In addition, all of their staff were very respectful and valued customer input throughout each step of the project. They leave your property looking much better than it was before they started, including grass reseeding. They even weed wacked the steep bank on our property that was at the end of our yard. This was not part of the planned project. We happened to ask if this was something they could do, and they promptly did it the same day. They are the best hardscape and landscaping company we have ever worked with! We recommend them enthusiastically to anyone looking to beautify their outdoor space.

Funyak is extremely professional, detail oriented, and flexible working with other contractors particularly at our on home this spring when necessary . They problem-solved some while installing our outdoor Pergola to the best for our standards and wants. They exceeded our expectations with how we wanted our overall look with our new outdoor space. We were beyond impressed with them handling such a large project, especially one that included a newer structure with an elaborate mechanical system. Very pleased with our experience with Pelles.
My house was getting an exorbitant amount of dust on appliances in the kitchen, surfaces and even the walls. I would change the furnace filters frequently, removed and cleaned out the vents (& returns) 2x per year, and have had the ductwork cleaned professionally multiple times in the last 6+ years. Mike came to the house, explained about negative pressure (which I verified online and with other HVAC businesses), and suggested a thicker, 4" filter. He also told us that our 25 year old furnaces were on their last legs.
He gave me a reasonable price on two very nice furnaces to replace the ones I have, and detailed the work he suggested. After agreeing on the estimate, he came the following week, with two other gentlemen, worked in the attic, sealed all of the vents, and installed the new furnaces; all in 2 days. The house was only without heat for a couple hours in the afternoon.
Mike was very thorough, polite, and up front about everything. I had a small concern when I reviewed the furnaces in the evening, after they were finished. I called the next morning and Austin (one of the two that accompanied Mike) came within a few hours to address my concern.
The air in my house seems fresh now. I don't have any pull-back when I close the door to my garage. I have a feeling these new furnaces will last for 25 years into the future. If I ever have an issue, they will be the first business I call.

They advertise that they have a good stock of parts on the truck. That was not the case. Tech said he would clean the outside unit to get it cooling again for us to be comfortable for the evening until he could get back out with the parts he needed. He didn’t clean it and left. Tried calling after hours to see if we could get some help and no one returned our calls until 9 am the next morning. When they finally called they said the tech couldn’t come back out because of the weather and they couldn’t come back out for 4 days. Wasn’t even raining and didn’t until 6 hrs later. Service call was supposed to be $100 but they charged us $200 because we have 2 units but they only worked on 1. If you can even call it work because nothing got done. If I could give 0 stars I would.

So glad we get our 2x/year checkup...needed a new furnace....Austin, Aiden, and Peter did a great job with the install.

Been using their annual maintenance service. When it’s time for maintenance, they call me schedule a time to inspect and service the HVAC system . I am not worried about my HVAC system as it’s maintained by Pelles Heating & cooling .
All of the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.
