We’re current renters. A few months ago dealt with a different hvac company. Terrible experience. Climatech came today and did more work and the whole experience all around was night and day difference! Chris was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions. Thanks so much, great customer service!

My air conditioner didn't hold a charge and my furnace was old. I called Climatech and Mike H. called back and we made an appointment to look at my system. He was on time, very knowledgeable and was able to understand that I wanted a simple, reliable, easy to repair system. He was easy to talk to, provided estimates for 2 systems the same day, and available later whenever I had a question. After several emails and phone calls we settled on an American Standard AUH18080 95% efficient, 80,000 btu single stage gas furnace, an American Standard Silver 13 SEER 3 ton outdoor condensing unit, a matching high efficiency evaporator coil and a Honeywell thermostat. The cost, 1/2 paid up front and 1/2 paid after installation.

Jennifer who coordinates all the residential installations made sure the 2 day installation worked into our schedule.

A crew of 2, Ron and Jesse, arrived at the appointed installation time (they worked 8am to 2pm), They took away the existing units, and installed the new units. They made changes necessary to fit the new units into the existing duct work, and added a new drain to drain the condensation from the new units properly. They drilled holes through the brick walls for pipes required by the new efficient units. I've had several installers break through my concrete or brick wall to install things and they did the best job I have seen of patching the hole. To install the air conditioner they needed to go into our neighbors' yard and they were respectful of both that yard and ours.They did a very professional job cleaning up at the end of both days. After the installation they went over the system with me including the new electrical connections for the AC, operation of the new thermostat , furnace operation, etc.

I would recommend this company and this team to others.

Installed a heat pump with splits to heat/cool several rooms in our house. The quote was competitive and the company was proactive about obtaining the necessary city permits. Once the permits were approved, Climatech moved quickly, and had our system installed within three days. The technicians went over everything with us, and completed everything in the scope of work exactly as quoted. Everyone there is friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience using Climatech for my AC/furnace replacement. After many estimates, I really enjoyed my interaction with Paul the salesman. He was a great guy and very honest and communicative. John and Tyler came to set everything up and both were great! Very happy with overall experience and will recommend to others.

We had a wonderful experience. They were prompt in assessing our a/c. Once we realized a new unit was our best solution, they got us on the schedule immediately!! We were in the midst of our hottest days this summer so we were most thankful for that! All of the technicians were awesome. They always took the time to explain things. We were a new customer and are very glad we chose Climatech!!

Mike and his team were amazing! He walked us through the entire process, went through everything in detail and gave us all our options. No pressure sales, he really was there for us and to meet our needs, not sell us system we didn’t need with a crazy mark up like other companies. The install team was timely, efficient, and clean. Great team from start to finish, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking.

Shane and Matt from Climatech arrived on schedule. They installed a new air conditioner unit . They were courteous and when they were finished you wouldn't have known they were there because they did such a good job cleaning up. The first person from Climatech that came to my house was a gentleman named Paul. He's very knowledgeable and never pressured me to make a decision. Paul, Shane and Matt explained everything and answered any questions I had. I could tell immediately they knew what they were doing. I would very highly recommend Climatech.

I first met with Mike Horner who walked through my home with me for about an hour going through the totality of the installation for my Mitsubishi Ductless System. Overall, we settled on 5 wall units, 1 ceiling unit, and 2 condeser units located outside. My house is nearly 100 years old and traditional central air wasn't going to work. Mike was timely with answering my questions and getting me multiple proposal revisions as I flip/flopped on the ceiling unit, without ever making me feel pressured or a nuisance. Mike and Jennifer worked with my schedule for the installation and finished within the esitmated timeline of 6 full days to install 6 ductless units through the basement, first, second, and third floors, 2 condensers, and electrical panel work. Al did a wonderful installation without any damage to the rest of my home. I did the work shortly after closing on the home, which may have helped becuase there were no obstructions and they had free range in the house. The finish install is extremely professional, the units are quiet compared against centralAC/window units, and the condesers outside are shockingly quiet. If they faced any challenges, I don't know about it because they didn't bother me once about re-work, additional costs, or unforeseen issues. It was quoted fixed price and completed without changes. I chose Climatech because they have a good reputation and were timely with evaluations, proposals, schedules, and install. Not many companies can operate efficiently throughout the organization, but Climatech does in my opinion. Every discipline was kind, polite, and professional. They are good people with good work - they may cost a fraction more than others, but to me it was worth every penny having the peace of mind that it would be done well.

Want to give a shout out to Liam! His thorough and meticulous analysis of our furnace was a life saver (literally and figuratively). His professional delivery of all the details and his friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated ! Keep up the great work!

I had both an A/C and dual speed furnace installation, w/new thermostat. Paul and Nate were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Great attitude and no collateral damage. I always expect the worst with work being done at my home, but these guys didn't dissspoint.. Very happy with the price/service.

This company was sub-contracted to install our HVAC system, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The supply ductwork was not insulated according to code, which has led to repeated duct sweating and significant water damage. Despite multiple service calls, the issue persists.

Liam was great to work with! He came out the same day we called, was very thorough, professional, took the time to explain everything to us and recommended other things that we can do to improve our system. He made a typically daunting process very easy and stress-free.

It was one of those hot, miserable days when my ac stopped working. It only took a phone call and Paul Betlyn was out to do an emergency repair. While here Paul explained that the only way to fix the problem permanently was to purchase a new unit. After 27 yrs this seemed to be the logical path. Paul explained in detail my options. No high pressure sales tactic whatsoever. Simply the facts and the decision was mine. It was decided to replace both the ac unit and the aging furnace. From there it was simply a matter of scheduling with Climatech, who Paul is now a part of. The installation was done flawlessly. Paul even stopped by to check up on the progress. The two techs, Luke and Shane, were professional and conscientious throughout. This was a great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

The crew was very helpful and answered all my questions. One item that bothers me is the face that I did not receive the furnace unit that was listed on the contract. The unit installed had some defective parts but the installation crew had it repaired the next day.

During the coldest and snowiest day of the year our furnace broke. I called six different companies. Climatech was the only one that said they could make it that afternoon. Cars could not get to the top of our street due to the steep hill and snow. One company was afraid of getting their truck stuck on the way up the hill. Our Climatech tech, Luke, parked over three blocks away and walked through unplowed streets to get to our house. He diagnosed the issue, temporarily fixed the furnace so we had heat again overnight, got the part the next day due to the supply store being closed in the storm, and made the same walk through the snow AGAIN the next day. We have not had issues since and he answered all of our follow-up questions. We can't thank Luke enough for literally going the extra mile between the two days!

Climatech did an excellent job replacing our residential HVAC system. The team was professional, efficient, and kept everything clean throughout the process. The new system was installed on schedule with no issues.

We had a great experience with Climatech when purchasing a new furnace and heat pump. Paul was great with providing his expertise and input and with answering our questions. Alan and Luke did a fantastic job with installation and with teaching us about our new unit. Would recommend!
