Full disclosure: we didn't end up using Climatech. Paul was great to work with and very prompt. If we asked for a change for the quote he was prompt to get back to us. They were the cheapest but the only reason we went elsewhere was another company had a longer labor warranty and they were in our community.

Our AC was not working and our service tech told us we had multiple issues and replacement was a better option than repairs. Climatech quoted a price to replace and upgrade our HVAC which we thought was reasonable. They scheduled the installation for the following week and completed the job in two days. The crew was excellent and pleasant to work with. We were very satisfied.

Our furnace stopped heating around 5:30pm on Sunday. It’s an older system that wasn’t originally installed by Climatech, but I called them and they had a technician out within an hour. Daniel quickly diagnosed the issue and had the replacement part on his van to fix it on the spot. We were back up and running fast. Very impressed with the responsiveness and service.

You guys are great! Luke and Bob showed up early and replaced our furnace and installed a new ac unit in a new location. They did it all in 2 days! The ac unit worked so good it snowed outside! Thank you!

Our furnace was not working in this cold Pittsburgh weather. Calfo was able to come out within a few hours of our call. Jeremiah was our technician. He was wonderful and our dog loved him 😀 He located the problem-which was the motherboard in our furnace. He provided us with several options before we chose to replace the motherboard. He was thorough and quickly made the repair. We now have a heat just in time for this stretch of cold winter weather and a house full of people tomorrow!

We've used Calfo for a few years for annual HVAC checks and always happy. Concerned about my sump pump working properly, I called on a Saturday to see if I could make an appointment for the following week. To my surprise, they sent Bonito out to check it within a few hours. He got right in there spider webs and all. Cleaned it out, tested it and it's working perfectly. No emergency charges just a service call charge which is very reasonable, especially on a Saturday.

Austin and Mark were amazing. Got the job done quickly. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Had a great appointment with Tim. He’s very knowledgeable and helped troubleshoot ways to make my system more efficient. He offered multiple options, was patient, and really listened to my needs instead of just telling me what to do. Looking forward to his follow-up with pricing.

Had a dishwasher pipe burst during the winter snap and Calfo was great! Omar was our technician and he came out earlier than estimated and quickly helped us identify the problem. Will definitely be using again!

Brandon was polite, explained what he was doing and why (which was awesome) and prefers to repair rather than replace; my house is now warming up from 34* inside to a respectable 65+ degrees! It was a good price and I’ll have maintenance covered for the next few years on my 20 year old furnace HVAC system. Thank you Calfo!

Omar did a quick, efficient job with servicing our water heater and replacing a valve so that it would work properly. I feel the pricing was justifiable and he did a great job explaining exactly what it is that he was going to do.

I had an emergency plumbing issue a few weeks back. No other "24-hour" plumber would call me back for emergency service. Without hesitation, they sent out Jake first thing Sunday morning. He tried really hard to clear the clog with a snake, but it was unfortunately wasn't able to. Instead of giving up, he immediately called in another truck so he could try to hydrojet the clog.

The hydrojet was able to blast away the clog after quite a bit of finessing, and afterwards he showed me the issues with my old terracotta lines using the drain cam. He allowed me time to discuss the issue with my wife, and allowed us to make the decision to replace the plumbing.

Although the flow was restored, albeit temporarily, Jake was able to speak to his boss regarding his concerns over the severity of the issue we were experiencing. After some discussion he was able to schedule a repair team to be at my house on Monday morning to start the repairs.

The team they sent, led by Ethan, was extremely courteous, well mannered, professional and willing to answer any questions I may have had. They also gave me updates throughout the day so that I always knew what was going on. They also really put in the work to get the job done and didn't cut any corners. In the end, I was left with meticulously laid, brand new, PVC pipe that will last for decades and extremely well laid concrete.

Overall, I am ecstatic with the service I received. The quality of the the workmanship is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family, as well as continuing to use them for any future issues that may arise.

Service Technician arrived on site on time, introduced himself, immediately put on shoe coverings prior to entering the home. Christian Ray carried everything he needed for the appointment and explained the importance of yearly furnace maintenance while performing the preventative service. During the furnace turn up Christian shared pleasant conversation and responded knowledgeably to questions concerning the furnace. He was very respectful of my home and time. His professionalism and kindness are much appreciated. I would recommend Christian and will request him when I require HVAC services. Thank you Christian!!!! 10 STARS!!!!!

We have been using CALFO for the last 9 months for various things. We just bought a house that needed a new water heater, and electrical work done. We have never had a bad experience with a technician, but all of our issues have stemmed from the office. We were told that our technician would be showing up on a specific day for the HVAC work we needed done. The person never showed. When I contacted the office, they had never had record our appointment was scheduled for that day. It was another 3-weeks later. We were offered a gift card, which we still haven’t received because of it. When our electrical work was done, the guys were at the house until 11:30 at night. Our security cameras were disconnected and the work was not done neatly. They did send a tech out to fix the work—but after dropping over $10,000 with this company—it is clear to us as the customer that all they care about it the bottom line. If you are looking for a company that does good work, and is a customer-based company—look elsewhere and spend your money somewhere where they value you as the customer. This place has been an absolute joke to deal with.

Benito was at our house today for a tub drain issue, and solved the problem and ensured this issue would not happen again!

Brandon was amazing! He came in, was very professional and identified the issue immediately. He addressed the issue, answered all of our questions and was on his way much quicker than expected. We’ve never been disappointed with any techs from Calfo, and he is no exception.
