I had a really great experience with Precision Heating! When my furnace broke during a very cold week he went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and replace it quickly. I would highly recommend their services.

I needed an opinion and estimate. Justin came at the appointed time and spent at least an 1/2 hour checking things out and explaining the things I did not know about. No charge and estimate the next day. I was impressed. Considering his estimate now.

My HVAC went out and he told me how to fix it over the phone. The outdoor unit was really dirty and I hosed it off. He was happy to come over but gave me the option for a quick DIY and it worked.

I cannot say enough, good things about Craig and his partner. They completed a full change out for me last year. His measurements were impeccable, fitment list very precise along with pipework. It’s nice to know that you have a confident technician working on your equipment. Nothing but the best my friend thank you very much for what you did for me.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Justin and his team installed a new HVAC system in my home to fix the work of other company that did horrible, damaging, and negligent work. Precision Heating & Cooling did amazing work, with amazing equipment, for a very fair price. Justin was transparent and went over and above and clearly had my family's best interest at heart. If you go with anyone else in Pittsburgh to do your HVAC work, you're nuts.

Justin and his team were very professional and had a fast turn around time. I was impressed by the options he provided me and different price tiers to match my budget. The process from estimate to installation was fast, efficient and the my home was left just as clean as when they started. Very pleased and highly recommend!

We called Precision Heating & Cooling on a Sunday evening because our A/C unit was no longer blowing cold air. Justin answered our call and within the hour was at our house and had our unit back up and running in no time. Justin was extremely professional and we are absolutely going to use him and his company for all of our heating and cooling needs going forward.

Can't recommend Precision Heating & Cooling enough. When my A/C went down Thursday night, I thought for sure I couldn't get it serviced before Monday. Justin to the rescue! Not only did he personally answer my call first thing Friday, but he also promised to be out that afternoon! As old as my unit is, he could have easily told me I needed a new one and made a bundle, but he didn't. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it then and there for a great price. Polite, knowledgeable, explained everything, answered all my questions. Precision will now be my go-to for all my HVAC needs.

Took the time to talk to me by phone and text back and forth with me while I sent him photos of my furnace. He diagnosed my furnace issue over the phone with concise and clear instructions as to how I could easily fix it myself without even charging me.

Precision Heating and Cooling truly is precision! Justin was phenomenal and went above and beyond to save us in an emergency situation. He was at our house within an hour on a Sunday evening, and even worked outside in a thunderstorm! Reasonable prices, very knowledge and kind. Diagnosed issue quickly and resolved it with ease. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

It was 90 degrees abd the AC stopped working at our rental. Justin fit us in and had the issue fixed in less than 2 hours. He coordinated his arrival with our tenant and called me when it was done, also sending pictures. Very fast and friendly. I will use them if we have issues again!

Justin came to our house the day before thanksgiving to look at our furnace. he was very descriptive of the issues with my furnace and showed me how it was very important that it gets replaced. he was back at my house on that Friday (day after a holiday) to replace my furnace. he was extremely easy to work with and very helpful and considerate in my home. Justin was extremely responsive, very helpful and his experience got our furnace running as it should in less than two hours! We had an issue with a sensor in our furnace, something he had seen before in our exact model, so he was able to fix that as well as a sparking furnace switch with materials he already had with him in his truck.

Will definitely be calling Justin if any issues arise in the future!
