We have used JA Sauer Heating and Air Conditioning ever since we have owned our current home, 26 years. They are always very prompt. Extremely neat, when the work is complete you do not even know they were there. When additional work is needed done they always review cost and review options. We have recommended them to many friends and family.

Justin Wilson from J.A. Sauer was at my house on a Sunday within an hour of the call. He had the issue figured out within 15 minutes, had the part replaced soon after, and was in and out with my furnace working again on a 20 degree day within about 45 minutes of being at my house.

I felt really comfortable with the work he was doing as he explained everything he was doing very clearly. I felt he was very honest as well, which is a good feeling when dealing with something like this. I'd recommend him.

Had a new HVAC system install, completed on 03-22-22. Installation Technicians Anthony & Dillon did a solid job. I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall experience dealing with the JA Sauer Co. Kevin came to our house and listened to my problems and shortfalls related to my old unit. Exceptional customer service. We had top of the line equipment recommended and installed and JA Sauer was the best price by far, and the comfort in our home is unsurpassed now. Subsequently their maintenance and service has a few snafus and frankly some bad luck, but they are steadfastly committed to customer service and made things right. We shopped around, you won't do better in terms of the larger, reputable local companies.

We have a great relationship with JA Sauer for several years. First starting with our air condition needs and then turning all our heating and air systems under their management. Our service is excellent and our systems run beautiful. We rarely have an emergency call. When it is time for new systems they are our first choice because of of their reputation. I have been extremely satisfied with J. A. Sauer ever since they installed a new HVAC system in 2011. I have had an annual maintenance contract with them and the company has given us good service. When small repairs were needed after 11 years, the serviceman came out promptly and did the requisite work. The firm is highly professional and I will continue using them for our HVAC needs.

Furnace started acting weird during the polar vortex, they were out the same day I called and had to try a bunch of different things. The tech was at my house for about 2 hours and was able to get it taken care of, only cost me the minimum fee for them to come out.

After talking to Mike and Stephanie at the Home Show, I called Stephanie to schedule repairs on the furnace I’ve been having issues with for two years (they are not the ones that installed it but no one else has been able to fix it). Tim came out to look at it, arrived promptly, was incredibly friendly and professional, and was quickly able to locate two different issues with the furnace that had been looked over in the past by other companies. The furnace has been operating perfectly since. Can’t say enough good things about my interactions with this company, highly recommend.

Just wanted to commend the crew (Brandon, Jeff, Ed and Jordan) for a great job installing my new furnace & AC this week.
They arrived on time, got right to work, worked diligently, cleaned up and we done in under 8 hours. It was a pleasure having them work in our home.

I've been using J.A Sauer for many years. My original furnace was installed by them. When it came time came for a new furnace and AC to be installed last year I called them again. I was pleased to see over the years their customer service has remained excellent. The installation had a few bugs that kept reappearing but by sending a couple top repair techs (Rich and Bill) their persistence and knowledge resolved the issues.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending J.A. Sauer for all heating and AC needs.

Tyler was very courteous. He arrived promptly and explained what he would be doing and how long he expected to be in my home. He finished the clean & check of my air conditioner within the time period that he said he would.

Dan patiently listened to my long description of my problem and asked several questions before troubleshooting our thermostat. He consulted the manual and the internet and found no obvious answers. But using his own knowledge he found 2 loose wires that when secured properly restored our system. Without his fix I would have needed to spend well over $1000 to replace the thermostat and a circuit board on our zone HVAC system. In addition, Dan was very professional and courteous..

I have been using J.A.. Sauers for awhile now. They arrive when they tell you they are coming, or will contact if traffic issue. Do an excellent job. They wear booties over their shoes to not track in dirt on your floors or carpets. They have all been polite and helpful if I had any questions. So glad I found them! Never had any problems. Stephanie is great in the office and is always a pleasure to talk to her. Great company!

JA Sauer did our upstairs split unit and yearly maintenance. And honestly, they saved the day! we could barely exist on the top floor in the summers because it was so hot up there. But now we use that room all the time. They also do our yearly maintenance like changing humidifier pads, cleaning, etc. The air feels so much fresher in the house since the last time they came. We have older system that the A/C was not working. The office staff kept me informed on the eta for the tech and Terry serviced the unit. He was very professional, efficient in troubleshooting the issue, and making the repairs.
