JA Sauer was fantastic start to finish with my new HVAC installation. They were fairly priced, did extremely quality work, and very thorough in explaining my new system to me. This is the first time in 10 years that I have a cool home when the temperature outside is soaring. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Two service agents were needed to diagnose the AC problem. Then parts and repairs were overly excessive compared to actual cost from Home Depot,We are extremely unhappy and will not renew our service agreement with your company!

I've always been happy with J.A. Sauer's service, from the furnace installation (replacing a hopelessly broken one, during the coldest day of the year), and the ongoing maintenance contracts. The service person this time was efficient, knew what he was doing, and arrived just when they said he would. The process is very efficient — make the appointment; they call the night before to make sure everything is going according to plan, and they call in the morning to check just before sending the guy out. We get a 'window of time' when the service guy will arrive so we don't have to wait around all day. Five Stars!

This location is awesome, great pricing, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, service, knowledge, a company that will stand behind there work, the install crew was awesome, kind, friendly, prompt, and professional. We had this company install a new HVAC system high efficiency, 16 sear unit, and two infinity wifi controls,, with zoning, new filter system, some duct work, with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I choose J.A. Sauer because I know that they will still be there when you need them. I recommend this company to everyone.

Shawn and Quinton was our technicians installing the new Infiniti carrier HVAC. They were outstanding they were clean they were professional and I definitely am going to keep you all as our maintenance team for HVAC thank you very much.

Had a great experience with two day install with Jacob and Adam. They know their stuff and even with minor hiccups were able to leverage the Sauers team to quickly resolve. Very neat and helpful. The sales team and office staff were excellent too as we’ve used them in prior installs, emergency calls and I can’t speak more highly of their professionalism and quick service. Good prices and good company to deal with.

Dealt with Mark, Michelle, Walter, Jacob, and Asaf. They answered all my questions and did quite literally everything we/I asked in the time frame expected. Professional experience all around. I have already recommended them to friends/family. Thanks again.

Edit: had a component fail that was covered by the parts & warranty warranty and they promptly fixed it. I dealt with Rich who really knows his stuff and answered every one of my questions.

J A Sauer replaced our boiler 4-5 years ago when our old boiler had an internal fire due to its age and lack of maintenance. This happened just a few days before Christmas… J A Sauer went to work immediately as they said” we can’t let you go without heat”. We now have them service our boiler on an annual basis. Reliable and reasonable!

Your company is top of the line. Our furnace was in a NO HEAT situation. Mark came out and looked into our situation. Checking mutiple ways to get us up and running, knowing some brutal weather was coming. He was Awesome. Furnaced need replaced . He gave us a quote that was definitely reasonable. We went ahead to have this done by J.A. Sauer company. One of the best experiences we had with a company providing us a service for our home. Installers, Jacob and Caleb didn't miss a beat. Had our new funace up and running the same day. Two very good technicians. I will pass this along to anyone who would ask me who we used for this service. Also we received four quotes before we chose this company. Don't waste your time. Call J.A. Sauer.

This is a great company. Of course in the middle of this heat wave my A/C went out. I called and they were here in short order. Fixed my a/c at a very reasonable cost.

Justin did some troubleshooting on my boiler, identified the issue, and did the work. He explained all the issues and maintenance needs clearly.
