Can't recommend this place enough. Scott, the technician, was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgable, and happy to explain every step he took. The service was quick, fairly priced, and they had by heat back on within 3 hours of me calling. 10/10 experience.

We have been using Jacob Heating and Cooling for our primary residence and rental property for a few years now. The technicians (Nahbih, Braeden, and Scott) are very knowledgeable. They always take the time to troubleshoot the issue with you and educate you along the way. From making an appointment with Cassie, to completion of the job it is always flawless and the rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Jacob Heating and Cooling replaced our aging HVAC system back in early November. From begining to end, I was incredibly impressed with the service. Alex was very helpful in explaining our existing system and making recommendations. Super competitive pricing, aswell. The installation went super smooth. Overall, we have been enjoying our new HVAC system, especially the Ecobee thermostat!

Scott came to deep-dive service my furnace/HVAC system, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Not only did he perform a thorough and professional service, but he also took the time to educate me on what he was doing every step of the way. He answered all of my questions, addressed every concern, and walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and genuine customer care the way Scott does.

Kieth was amazing.! He saw right away what the problem was with our furnace and showed us the issues we were dealing with. 100,% trustworthy & a very nice guy! We are very happy. Our furnace is very old and dangerous, we are happy he will be installing our new one!…..

So today the new furnace was installed. They got over here quickly, we were freezing… they were concerned about that. Perfect job! Keith was very conscientious and knowledgeable, he knows his stuff! This is our heating & cooling company from now on! I have already recommended them to others. I highly recommend them! Go with them .. you will be happy too! 😀

I woke up recently on a very cold morning and found that my furnace was not operating. I immediately called JA Sauer, reviewed my problem and asked for assistance. They promptly scheduled a service tech who quickly arrived. He was polite and technically savvy and within minutes identified the problem as a loose wire making poor contact with a terminal on my furnace. One push and it was reconnected and the furnace was back in operation. Because I had them do a preseason furnace check earlier in the year there was, surprisingly, no charge for this service call. I couldn't ask for more and this, to me, represents how a company should do business.

We have used J.A. Sauer for a year now, and they are very nice when scheduling, and the technicians are very knowledgeable and patient.

Another year has gone by since the above review. Our air conditioner recently had problems during the 90 degree heat, and JA Sauer helped discover that a connecting wire in the circuit breaker had come loose. The scheduling, reminder calls, and technicians are all great. I highly recommend this company.

Within 2-3 hours, a technician was able to come diagnose and fix the problem. I continue to be happy with this company.

JA Sauer is a professionally run company who is dependable. They have employees who answer the phone, set up appointments and show up to do the work that is always done well. More businesses should follow their model. I cant tell you how many HVAC, plumbing companies make appointments and don't show up to do the work or who don't return phone calls.

We were able to take advantage of a cancellation to have our seasonal A/C inspection done early. Walter did his usual complete and thorough job, explaining to me what he was doing at points. We are very satisfied with this service!

Tim came in a follow-on visit regarding a mysterious banging in the heating system. He diagnosed the problem, showed us how the problem was occurring, and gave us short- and long-term approaches to the problem. He also explained our heating system to us in a helpful way as background. We are very satisfied!

After many years of service, I have taken out a maintenance plan from JA Sauer on a new residence because they have always been consistently reliable, with technicians I have always had confidence in. I would readily recommend their service, from office staff to my furnace/AC, to anyone.

Great that the technician could come out and fix issue. $120 is ridiculous for the 5 minutes it took for problem to be fixed.

I used JA Sauer a while back for an emergency service call on my A/C after another company had disappointed me. The JA Sauer technician was so professional and identified a critical issue with the original installation that no service person had noticed in the 6 years I'd been having problems! So, later, when I needed a new A/C, I called JA Sauer again to install an updated A/C unit and a return air duct and register.

They sent Mark out to give me a quote and he spent half the afternoon trying to find a way to accommodate my needs exactly. He offered 3 options that were all within my budget, took care of a permitting and variance situation, and got me scheduled for install right away.

Let me just say that these guys worked their asses off for me. I'm on the 3rd floor of a condo building and they had to run up and down the steps maybe 100 times while installing the air vent. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and dealt kindly with the scheduling issues we encountered due to needing access to a separate condo unit for the install (thanks to Danielle who was essential in helping us rearrange the schedule last minute).

I can't say enough good things about Anthony, Joe, and the rest of the team who did so, so much work. I'm sure they could have done a "good enough" job and called it a day, but they stuck it out after hours to get it just right and did an exceptional job. Big thanks to everyone involved from a happy customer!

I did not have services perfomed as you are busy with established clients. I truly understand that and I cannot get an appointment. Again, I understand. I had talked with your call intake specialist on 7/1/2023, and she was the kindest person, and had some suggestions on how to get my A/C unit back up and running (besides her suggestion on calling the people who installed my furnace). This young lady did not even know me, listen to my problem, and tried to troubleshoot for me. Despite not being a client of JA Sauer, it was the best conversation I have had on the phone by a company, without being a client. If I could have JA Sauer as my A/C repair company, I would. That is what I call "above and beyond" service, to take time out to talk to a non-client.

J.A. Sauer is phenomenal. So glad we chose them for updating our building's HVAC equipment. From the site survey, planning, installation and check out, I couldn't be happier. Looking forward to having their crew complete periodic maintenance once they finish up their work. The communication is as good as their workmanship. It has been a dream working with them.

JA Sauer did a wonderful job, installing high velocity central air in my big old house. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Plus they are good people. On their lunch break they ran down the block and helped a old couple ( and got their cats) out of a house that was on fire. Cant say enough good things about them!

Bill T. serviced our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and had it working in no time. Came promptly after calling on a Saturday morning. J A Sauers hires terrific employees that really care about the people they service and a job well done.

Let me first say that the work provided was done as expected and the equipment is working well. After our furnace stopped working in January the repairman came in a timely manner and diagnosed the problem. The troubleshooting was well done and it was determined that our thermostat was not communicating with the furnace. We were given a temporary thermostat to make sure that was indeed the problem. A representative from JA Sauer called us after a set amount of time and it was determined we needed a new thermostat. We set up the appointment ( during covid19) to have the work completed.
I felt the price (over $800) was high but agreed to purchase the product that was recommended. The repair person that came to do the work was not wearing a mask. He said he was not provided one by the company. This was disconcerting to me.

I have had a service contract with JA Sauer for many years. Today, after the technician (Dylan) left, it occured to me that their workers are always professional, friendly, respectful, and efficient. I very much appreciatte this company.

Very pleased with our experience with J.A. Sauer. We contracted with them for routine residential maintenance (coming up on one year). Last winter they discovered a problem with our heating system and repaired it; the replacement paid for itself in savings on our gas bill within two months! I love that they prompt me for the seasonal service and I don't have to remember (or wait until there's a problem to remind me!). I've never had to call them in an emergency, so I can't speak to how prompt that service would be, but the techs have all been very helpful and respectful of our home and we will happily continue to use them.
