Service tech very professional quick service. New motor installed, he understood urgency was respectful. Person who spoke w me by phone also respectful fit us in same day, we appreciate it all. Scheduled through warranty so fees handled by both parties. Was urgent before high heat, we thank them.

I have them doing an AC replacement for a home warranty. Started out very well with good communication, talked through process and very responsive. I did have one issue with getting forwarded to a call center during business hours and the call center could not assist in any way.

My AC has been replaced and works amazing now. They were great to work with and I will likely use them again in the future and have already requested estimates for additional work that seem very reasonably priced.

They were quick to respond but took a some time to diagnosis the problem then to decide that we needed a a new furnace. That process was long as well as well as getting the parts for the furnace.

Boiler pilot light on but not firing. Tech came. Thermostat set to 90 degrees. Boiler fired up. Tech stayed to be certain that the boiler continued to work.

I don’t typically write reviews let alone negative reviews but I am compelled to do so here. I have been a loyal customer for five years and have finally lost my patience and could not be more dissatisfied with the quality of the service that I have received - not from a responsiveness and professionalism perspective but based upon the outcome.

If they try to sell you on a Payne furnace or LG mini split, do not purchase these items. They will break continually and Jacob HVAC will not stand behind their work. The cost of ownership ends up being multiples of the initial investment. I suspect this is part of their “service model”. It is entirely unreasonable and incredibly frustrating.

They responded very quickly with an estimate(fixed price) and arrived when they promised. Very professional and installation was performed quickly. I am very satisfied with their work.
