Vince went above and beyond to install a new water heater. He was prompt, courteous and even came back when I thought I had a pressure issue. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a plumber.

Last night we had a minor plumbing emergency with the valve shut off not working and the faucet stuck on full blast. It was late, but Vince called back right away and was actually able to troubleshoot with us over FaceTime to isolate the correct shut off in the maze of old basement pipes (faster than it would have taken any other emergency plumber to show up) and helped us avoid a sky high water bill and potentially flooding the house. He's got our business from here on out.

Vince is professional, thorough and trustworthy. He evaluated the problem- discussed various solutions. He fixed our issue quickly and thoroughly. His rates are very reasonable and he is a pleasure to work with.

I've never had a contractor of any kind as responsive as Vince. He texts pictures and videos of the work in progress, showed up early quite often, and answered all my texted questions almost immediately. Worked with me halfway through the job to lower the project cost by cutting back on backhoe rental (because I said I'd do some of the backfilling). We replaced our service line and at his spurring, got PWSA to replace their lead service line at the same time, saving us money and allowing us to be lead free. Will be using him again and recommending to friends.

Called after our sump pump stopped working. Came out the next day and inspected the old pump, determined it needed to be replaced and took care of installing the new pump. Very nice, efficient and reasonably priced. I can't recommend Vince enough.

I bought my first home recently and there was a very complicated hot water heater issue. It took a while to find a plumber who could find a good solution AND help me deal with my home inspection company. He really seemed to care that I got what I deserve and he saw the job through. Vince helped us solve our sewer gas smell that we’ve been having trouble with for years. We had other plumbers come to the house and could not figure out why we were smelling sewage… Vince was able to solve this issue within a matter of minutes! Vince Marino went above and beyond to help us completely replace a failed sewer lateral.. He was responsive and upfront with his pricing/schedule and a real advocate for us in dealing with PWSA.

We experienced a clogged sewer line and our first quote from a different plumber was a few thousand dollars. We received a second independent quote from Vince Marino Plumbing, who fixed the clogged sewer for much less, saving us thousands of dollars! He was upfront and honest about his assessment, even pointing out all the unnecessary work other plumbers were insisting needed to be done. He was able to respond to our request for quote the same day (some other plumbers never responded) and provide service to our sewer line promptly within 48 hours (it wasn't an emergency). We are impressed with his responsiveness and low cost. I recommend his business and intend on using their services in the future.

I can’t say enough for Vince’s integrity and professionalism. We were confronted with a very steep estimate from another plumbing company and asked Vince for his opinion. He not only helped us determine it was an inflated estimate, he also helped us work with our township to make sure His analysis was consistent with local requirements. He didn’t make much off of us, but he saved us quite a bit. It is the first time I ever wanted to tip a plumber. I will never call anybody else.

I want to preface this by saying I don’t even live in Pittsburgh or anywhere near it. I live in Salt Lake City. I called them at 5:30pm my time which would be about 7:30pm in Pittsburgh. I got no one at the phone, but then I received a text asking if I needed any help, I just moved in to a condo built in 1910 with old cast-iron radiators and a steam vent. The steam vent has been leaking about a liter of water on the floor every day since I had moved in. Whoever was on the other line proceeded to spend 45 minutes of their time diagnosing, identifying and helping me fix the problem over the phone for no charge. This company is truly a master at their craft and if I’m ever in Pittsburgh, I will for sure be coming in to thank them personally. 10/10

Vince was the only plumber I could find in the area who was willing to help when my tankless water heater broke unexpectedly. Vince accidentally broke a small piece of the unit during installation but took the time to finish installing a functional, usable unit. He then waived the cost of the installation, though I would have been happy to pay his (very fair) rate since he was the only plumber I could find to help me when we had the urgent need. (Ultimately, we were able to fix the small piece ourselves since the parts took a while - backorder).

Vince is a real straight shooter. He came when he said he would come, fixed my bathroom sink in about a half hour, and the price was very reasonable. He also gave me advice on maintenance. He will definitely be my go-to plumber from now. Thank you!

We looked up plumbers near our house when the our sewer backed up in our garage after a heavy rain late one evening. Vince arrived at our house within 45 minutes of speaking to him on the phone. We were very impressed by the care he took to unclog the drain and make sure that we didn't have any more issues. He instructed me to run into the house three times to flush to toilets to make sure everything was clear. We are very grateful for the service we received and feel he charged us a fair price. We will surely call Vince again if we have any further problems.

Unfortunately my experience with Vince was very traumatic. I had called to have a toilet seal replaced and being told I needed a new flange, myself not knowing different allowed it. I now have a broken sewer line and water line. The sewer line was broken by Vince replacing the flange I have no idea how the water line was broken. He repaired the sewer line with toilet paper shoved in the hole and flex paint ( which he had all over my office ).I have to bring in a new plumber to repair what he destroyed and as a bonus he will yell at you for questioning him

Vince did a good job with some plumbing work for me. He was able to diagnose my real issue (unlike multiple other plumbers who came out to look at the job) and saved me some money. He knows his stuff and is very observant.
