One of their drivers decided it would be a great idea to talk on his phone and make u-turn in the middle of the street. He didn’t realize I was behind him because he just wasn’t paying attention.

Proceeded to yell at me like it was somehow my fault.

Teach your employees some respect for the public.

Timely, professional and courteous service. Plumber, Brian was excellent. Receptionist, Justin was congenial and kept me updated regarding anticipated arrival times. This is customer service at its best!!

Broken water pipe on a Friday--Fagnelli seemed to think they had a dumb woman they could take advantage of. Gave me a bid of OVER A THOUSAND dollars to cut and merely cap the pipe (it was going to an old radiator in the attic that barely worked anyway). I was so offended I kicked the technician out of my house. He called me from down the street and told me his supervisor said they may be able to bring the price down! I called another plumber and had the job completed for $135. Fagnelli Plumbing are thieves!!!

I have both traditional heating/AC systems and a ductless system, and both have had some issues this spring. Fagnelli has been responsive and professional over the multiple visits that have been needed.

I've used this company for residential purposes many years. They provide outstanding service. Super friendly and courteous.

National Car Wash Solutions, Inc. worked with Fagnelli Plumbing Heating and Cooling on a commercial car wash project. They were great to work with and met their commitment with us on this project. I will be calling them in the future!

Very nice, knowledgeable and helped us out in a pinch when our home warranty decided they weren’t going to cover anything ( even though they said they would before the technician came out). They did a great job, and completed it relatively quickly as well.

I think the reviewers above have said it all. We too had some broken pipes due to the cold weather. Fagnelli came out right away. They quoted us $700 (due to emergency prices but the final bill was over $1,000. just as the other reviewers said.

The State Farm adjuster reviewed the work and the bill and told us this was three times the average cost. Fagnellie spent 4 hours of work fixing the pipe which included an hour to go to Home Depot to get the pipes. The State Farm adjuster said this should have taken one hour and they should have had the pipes with them since they were standard.

We complained to Fagnelli stating the facts the State Farm told us, but they refused to work with us. Needless to say, I would never recommend them to anyone.

Beware of this place. Prices are outrageously expensive.. Called today because we had a leaking pipe in the basement of our business. We figure we would keep the business local since they are only 5 blocks away. They came out, and did the work. The plumber was here for a total of 15 minutes. They charged $125 plus a $60 "trip fee" to drive 5 blocks. Total bill for 15 minutes of work and a 5 block drive, $185. Complete rip off. Would never use again.

Offered me a free check on my AC unit. First person to ever work on the unit since I moved in 8 years ago. So i agreed. System never had problems. After they left and replaced a capacitor for 300 dollars told me my system was good to go. Provided no testing reports or anything. Didnt mention refrigerant depletion or anything like that. I tried it. It didn't blow cold air. I was skeptical so i called someone else. He performed same checks. Found no refrigerant at all in the system. During a further investigation the 2nd tech found my valve stems for the unit were missing. Without them the refrigerate will leak out. Told this to Justin at Fagnelli. It wasn't addressed at all. In fact as much as I asked to speak to a boss they couldn't even comply with that. 2 people looked at it. Fagnelli and then the WAPHC. I find it hard to believe my system worked for 8 years without valve stems. They said they would refund the cost of the capacitor which honestly they should. But with the cost of the valve stem replacement and loss of very expensive refrigerant I found their here's your refund go ahead and go process unacceptable. Especially since I didn't even call them with a problem and now I have one to deal with after they left. Telling me i was good to go. Beware.

I had a very good experience with Fagnelli. They are very knowledgeable and friendly! I've dealt with them on 2 separate occasions and they been great both times. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they are a little expensive. But I trust their work, so it's worth it to me.

We were referred by a friend and now we use Fagnelli for all of our commercial and residential needs. They are very reliable, reasonable, professional, and they explain the problem and the process before preforming any work. They get the job done! I would definitely recommend them for all you Plumbling and HVAC needs.

My tankless hot water heater started leaking. It ended up cracking the drywall, dripping through the ceiling of my first floor ceiling. I immediately called a couple plumbing companies and Fagnelli Plumbing were the only company available to come out at short notice. They advised me of a $60 call out fee which I agreed to pay. The technician who arrived hadn’t had any experience with tankless hot water heaters, but made a call to his manager. He ended up tightening the fittings and presented me with a ridiculous bill. In total he was at the house for an hour and charged us $420 including the call out fee, to tighten 10 connections. The owner did agree to refund some of the invoice which was appreciated. Ensure you get a quote before the work is started so you aren’t surprised by the final invoice.

You know when a project is in good hands. They have a language which is very scientific and pretty cool to listen to frankly. Excellent work. My water heater was installed on time and is fully functional.

Banito and Devin came out to fix a water hammer issue we could not figure out. They did and fixed it. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Had a broken furnace. Parts under warranty. Tech arrived, diagnosed problem, quoted me a price of 630, plus the 90 already paid, so total of 720. I asked them why did I have to pay for the replacement part, when furnace company had said " take broken part to supplier, they will give you a free replacement" Fagnelli supervisor said, " you pay 630., and we reimburse when we get reimbursed". I called another company. They got the part for me, same day, fixed problem in 10 minutes once part was in hand. I paid them 120. So Fagnelli was going to charge 6 times that amount. Did I believe they would "reimburse" for the part? No. But even if I did, the part costs was: $186., so at best they would have charged additional 444. for "mark up" on the part and 10 minutes of work, plus another 90 for showing up. Do not use these guys. They have bad reviews on BBB, rip off report, yelp and probably other places too.

Had them out a while back for a no heat problem . They told me that I had a cracked heat exchanger , and needed to replace the furnace immediately . Their quote was ridiculous . When I declined , he said he would red tag my furnace , and call the building inspector , and then I would have to leave my house until it was fixed . I asked him to show me where the crack was, but his camera conveniently died . I offered to go pick him up a battery. , but his takes “ special “ batteries. Told him to go kick rocks . Had another company come out , replace the thermocouple, and no more problems. And we looked at the heat exchanger with his camera . Couldn’t find anything . These guys are con men . Benito was great - efficient, straightforward and personable to boot. The crew with him were very professional, with a sense of humor.

Benito was polite and did the job—for $715.83! He went to Home Depot for parts and installed them. I have no itemized bill and will not recommend Fagnelli because of their outrageous prices.

Mike and his partner were absolutely outstanding! Very pleasant, informative and helpful. They were knowledgeable and knew right away the issue. This is my 2nd experience with Fagnelli and will definitely use them again if needed.
