Very Rude on the phone, and didn’t know what a Brass Meter Spud Fitting was

Very professional, and helpful. My keys work great on my apartment and when my toilet broke they help me with getting the right parts. I even went back for salt and shovel during the winter

I could not have been more delighted with the service I received from Trevor. Efficient, on time, and he explained everything he was doing, as he did it.

As a woman of almost 70 I have had some awful experiences with plumbers who assumed I was without any knowledge and tried to charge me for services not rendered,

That is NOT the case with Cass. From the call back by Mr Cass senior to the call verifying the appointment time by the tech. Trevor, they showed the highest quality of professionalism and total respect for me,the customer. I don't believe it was a fluke, I believe Cass Pluming does, truly care about the customers needs, and they do it all at a more then reasonable price. .

Tom is a fantastic person. Honest. Would recommend him to fix any type of plumbing problem.

All around a good experience. I needed the main gas line turned off and a gas supply line turned 90 degrees. The guys arrived with masks on, were very friendly, we didn't shake, they took a look, turned the gas off, made sure the job was done right, and I was able to pay with a card over the phone. All along we chatted too.

The job was ultimately a bit more complicated than I expected (existing pipe didn't clear, needed removed, cut, and re-threaded) and all in all over in about an hour and change.

If I had to offer any suggestions it would be, said laughingly, CLOSE THE DOOR TOM I"M NOT COOLING THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD! I wish Tom well in his upcoming retirement.

Tom Bruni Plumbing is the very best in the West - Southwest Pittsburgh! They've done a fabulous job for decades for my parents and friends in Westwood, Elliott, Carnegie, Crafton, Greentree, West End and more. And, at my home in Scott Twp. too. They're always professional, highly competent and skilled, quick, clean, caring, on time and responsive. You can trust them to do a great job for you.

Tom Bruni is the best. He has been providing us with his expertise for years. We've had toilet issues, hot water heater troubles, pressure regulator problems, you name it. He gets the job done, he's timely, he doesn't oversell and it's all done with a pleasant personality. I couldn't ask for more.

This was our first time using Tom's services and I wish we had known about him sooner. He did a fantastic job, went above and beyond for a very reasonable amount. Would highly recommend!!

3 employees of D. R. Sevacko Plumbing (Dave, Mike and Travis) were kind and courteous while fixing our gas leak. The owner, Dave Sevacko, was quick to get a crew to our house so that we wouldn’t have to go without gas for long. The experience was not bad like I had thought it would be.

We needed to have our leaky toilet replaced asap. I called at 12:30 in the afternoon and the service by 3:30 I had a new toilet. Very kind on the phone and the 2 gentlemen that came were polite and cleaned up after installation. Great customer service. Thank you!

While trying to hang a small spice rack we punctured a water pipe that carries water upstairs to our third floor. I cut the drywall and put a small piece of rubber and a clamp to stop it. I was told by the plumber upon his arrival that my fix would have likely lasted. I decided since I was going to pay $65 for his visit, that I would have him replace that section of pipe. When I had called to make an appointment, the plumber said it would be $65 dollars and that would go into the first hour of work. He was there for about 25 minutes and had it fixed. They do not fix dry wall so all he did was repair the pipe. To my surprise the bill was $150. It caught me by surprise and a called the office. They are not overly friendly there and seemed a little frustrated for my call. I'm not sure if this is a good price or a high price honestly. The plumber he did the work was pretty cool. It just seemed a little high they say they charge for the job and not necessarily the time. The plumbers call into the shop for what to charge. They should have told me in the beginning what the charge when be as I probably wouldn't have had them do anything.

I would probably try and get a hold of someone else before using these guys again in the future. I will definitely ask for the price first, before they come out, after learning how they determine their prices.
