Expensive, $2800 and poor communication. $2800 came to $900/hour. The 2 plumbers left without telling my dad a thing. The gas company guy came and the plumbers were who knows where, leaving the sidewalk a mess. The gas company called my dad and they'll fix the sidewalk. My 90 year old dad is not happy and he feels ripped off by Sevacko Plumbing. He has used Sevacko before but this is the last time.

You can’t get anyone on the line for anything. They put a camera in my sewage line and told me that they have to send it to HomeServe for determination and I was supposed to hear from HomeServe on Monday. The line from the house to the main line dropped 2 degrees which is good but the last 8 feet it was going up 2 degrees . My line was half PVC and half terracotta and basically the line sank in one place but they determined by themselves that all I need is a pump and closed it out and did not even reach out HomeServe or me . I called them today to get more details and I was told we don’t know when we will get back to you and unable to answer any questions. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Avoid this place if you can. Apparently the owner needs to look at everything and is the only one who can get back to you and he is half the time not even there as per the lady on the call!! WORST SERVICE EVER! AVOID

Mike and Rob were out this morning to replace my hot water tank. Not only were they professional and communicated with us before arriving, but they also knew their job well and were very affordable. They were in and out quickly and not only made sure our tank worked along with the expansion tank that they had to add to bring it to code worked but also made sure the gas to our two stoves came back on before they left. I would highly recommend them both!!

Very very happy with Sevacko plumbing. My home warranty company recommended them and set up an appointment. They came an hour and half later the same day to clear a block in my main line. Two plumbers came and were very nice and very professional. They diagnosed and fixed my issue quickly. They told me all the steps they did and all the tests they performed to come to their diagnostic. Everything was done quickly and as clean as possible( some water in basement, but to be expected with toilet removal and snake action. Nothing a towel or two couldn’t handle). I would for sure use them even without the warranty program. The negative reviews are a bit puzzling to me, especially those that have warranties. But like with most reviews, only the 1 out of 10 angry people leave one. Use Sevacko plumbing, you will be happy you did!

Did not finish job first day at suggest of plumber. Job not accomplished. Asked to come back and finish. Wanted another $77 service fee. Plumber became loud and argumentative as I didn't feel that was honest. Asked him to leave my home. Don't want to be manipulated by greed. Don't recommend them . Find an honest plumber. And one who talks to a customer properly.

Rob and Nick came out over the weekend(1/13/24) as an emergency call. They came out within an hour after placing my insurance claim for the clogged plumbing. They went above and beyond to make sure our clog was cleared, and made sure all the plumbing was in working order prior to leaving. Both of them were very professional and also VERY informative about the process. This not the first time Rob had to come out to our house. Both times we had excellent services, and we are grateful that he is so knowledgeable and was able to fix our issues. We will definitely recommend them and this company to friends and family.

Sevacko Plumbing came to our house on 9/18/24 ...In particular, Mike and Travis - were just wonderful guys...They both were professional & really knew what they were doing and explained everything as they went. They alleviated any concerns my brother Nick & I had. They snaked the sewer line, and it was a very good experience having Mike and Travis in our home...Many thanks from Nick & Faith Galore

Corey and Matt were the sweetest guys; fixed my leaky kitchen sink. They were professional, and courteous all the way! Pleasantly answered my many questions and concerns. I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Keep up the good work!!

These guys were excellent!
I have plumbing insurance the first plumbing company they sent out seemed disinterested spent 25 minutes trying to open up my sewer left and said we need a lot more work. These guys came. We're very professional, and opened my sewer in about an hour. I highly recommend them

Cory and Matt were the nicest and most-courteous guys ever! Not only did they come the same day I reported an issue, but they were able to fix my problem with a smile and teach me a few things, as well! Our house has plenty of work that needs done, so they have DEFINITELY gained a new customer in the future! Thank you SO MUCH!

Michael and Nick were awesome came out to check out a smell from my basement and I could happier. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly and completed the job efficiently.

hired this company for a plumbing issue a year ago and they recommended a cleanup company….. Long story short, I am still having the plumbing issue and the cleanup company that they recommended is harassing me with a lien since this company is diagnosis is not covered with my insurance. All this to still have the plumbing issue. If this company recommends another company for clean up or restoration just know its a scam coming and they get referral bonuses. I tried to rehire this company to assist the plumbing issue they opened my wall for a year ago and no assistance

We called Sevacko Plumbing on Monday and they were ready to come out, however we were not available, so they came Tuesday morning. Travis and Mike arrived on schedule, were pleasant, PROFESSIONAL and completed the work within 30 minutes.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber.

Had Svacko come in January to unfreeze the pipes. After 2 hours they couldn't do it and blamed the faucet. Had him install a brand new faucet. The end result was a $1200 dollar bill with Zero Results. The plumber was ignorant and rude because he is part of his family owned business and stated he did not care. In my experience, they are a legal rip off. I would never recommend them because they can't do the job right nor do they guarantee results and with an attitude like that, you can find a much much better plumber. Run.

I paid them $275 to open a blocked floor drain. In few days we have the same problem again. I called and asked them to come back and do the job properly. They said there was no warranty and I had to pay $275 again. I will never use them again.

D.R. Sevacko Plumbing was hired to complete plumbing work and restore the concrete afterward. While the plumbing portion was handled, the company has failed to return and finish the concrete work as promised. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, we have received no resolution. This lack of follow-through is unprofessional and has left us with an unfinished and unsafe situation. I would caution others to think twice before hiring D.R. Sevacko Plumbing. We keep being promised that we are "on the schedule" but can not be told when that schedule actually is for. I just got off the phone with their office workers and was still told that they do not have a scheduled date to complete this work.

Cory and Matt were not only extremely professional and kind, they were prompt and efficient with their work. While they were here doing the sole job we requested, they took the time to complete other jobs we were inquiring about! I thought we'd have to schedule another day, but they said because they had the time and the initial job was relatively quick, they could do it all that day! Truly wonderful customer service at a very reasonable price for such quality. We will always use Sevacko! Highly recommend!!

Every one involved with my repair was excellent from the owner who looked at the job to every single worker. It took 2 days but I had an extremely difficult job. Yes it was thru the warranty/insurance co so that's half the battle but I would highly recommend this company.

Sevacko’s plumbers did a great and fast job repairing the broken water line. However, their management/office staff were extremely poor at communicating and managing the work. They did not complete the yard work, leaving a mound of dirt stretching across our yard for 6 months.

We gave up of being “on the list”, with many empty promises, excuses, and no returned calls from the management.

Our warranty provider was able to reassign the work to another plumber who has been very responsive and is coming tomorrow. Night and day difference.

Very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. They were able to troubleshoot and fix a problem in less than an hour that a previous plumber had spent 2 days on!

before i call R D Sevacko Plumbing i did read all reviews.
some good and some not ,so i am writing my own honest reviews.
call yesterday ,they scheduled repair next day .
2 technician's( JJ and Travis ) came on time ,saw my faucet leak ,fixed it and they even called my insurance to make sure it will be covered replace faset and much more
parts need to be change .i used to do this type of work when i was much younger so i can tell how good both doing there job.I GREATLY APPRECIATE GOOD JOB!!
So my experience with this business is VERY SATISFACTORY and recommend it to all .
