Not much experience at sales/parts counter. Essentially they're only order takers. Know precisely what you are looking for or you'll feel like you've asked for a unicorn.

We had a plumbing emergency on the weekend, decided to DIY for timing sake. The employees and even patrons of Ferguson were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My dad and husband haven’t stopped saying “thank goodness for Ferguson” since we got back!

Very nice little plumbing supply store that carries so much more than any store that may be twice its size or larger. If something is not available in the store, theyll jump thru hoops (with live fire!) to get it for you as expediently as humanly possible. If there's a Starbucks on the way to or from your house, they'll even stop and bring you a cup of your favorite latte - decaf or with caf! Enjoy!

Customer service is sadly lacking, especially if you don’t have an appointment. I’d love to ask questions on something I’m interested in which has happened several times when I was in there, but no one even approached me at 11:30 AM. They were all at the lunch table never even acknowledged me. They do have lovely items.

Customer service is both quick and pleasant and they have everything you need here so make the call. Great to work with and look forward to working with again.
