Due to the quality of customer service that I receive at Waterway, I feel no need to shop at any other plumbing supply houses. They always have what I need and are more than happy to help with any questions that I may have. Great group of guys, and I can always rely on them for my plumbing needs.

Would rate higher than 5 stars. Used Friedman plumbing for a complete home renovation. They installed everything plumbing related for entire house from underground drains, water lines, to the fixtures for 2 kitchens and 5 bathrooms and various other items. Have not had one problem with anything they installed and were great to work with. I plan to use for all future projects and Would highly recommend to anyone.

Greg and Greg Jr. are super responsive. If I could give them higher than five stars I would. We were dealing with a plumbing issue in our business and these guys came out super quickly whenever we called. Very professional and always cleaned up. To top it off every single one of them is a very nice guy! Could not recommend more! Thanks so much for all your hard work.

Well I was putting an additional bathroom. I called them and the owner Greg senior came out to bid the job, which I thought was very Reasonable amount considering all the work involved! After I told them they had the job! The owners son and about 4 other young gentleman. They fast and efficient but still took the time to explain everything of what they doing! When you have that kind of help it is always a reflection of a good owner taking care of his workers! I’m more than please with the workmanship and pricing! I highly recommend them to anyone that have Plumbling issues and they’re my Plummer's for all my future jobs.

An update on Friedman's Plumbing.
Called for another problem that a larger company said needed $1800 in repairs-a complete replacement. Friedman's repaired everything in an hour and a half for less than $300. Courteous and professional service. Give them four ⭐⭐⭐⭐'s!

Five stars for sure. Returned my call within 15-20 minutes, quoted me a very fair price, showed up in a half hour and had the toilet fixed in no time. So relieved to find good service. If you don't have a regular plumber and suddenly need one, it can be a crapshoot. Gregg and his co-worker were very nice and pleasant to talk to, and fixed it fine. We have a regular guy, now, I guess. ( And one we can recommend. ) Thanks, guys.

Joe and Russell are fantastic! They really know their plumbing and are always friendly, respectful, and honest. I called Ethan & Sons Plumbers three different times for separate plumbing issues, and each visit they were supportive and made everything less stressful for me. They always made sure the job was fully finished, even if it took extra time. Such dedicated plumbers, always willing to help out! I now have a go-to team for any future plumbing repairs or projects. I had an excellent experience with Ethan & Sons Plumbers in Pittsburgh. Joe and Russell came out after my sewer line got damaged when someone was laying cables behind my house. At first, they thought the blockage was from tree roots, but after a few hours of digging, they found the real problem—part of the pipe had collapsed. The hole they had to dig was so deep, you needed a ladder to get down there! By the next day, everything was fixed up and put back just like before. The best part is, since the damage was caused by the cable company, I probably won’t even have to pay for the repairs. They’re handling all the paperwork and claims, so I don’t have to worry about a thing. Joe and Russell were professional, friendly, and explained everything to me in simple terms. They made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way, and before leaving, they checked that I was happy with the work. They even took a moment during their break to say hi to our puppy, which was really nice. All in all, I’m really impressed. If you need a plumber in Pittsburgh, I definitely recommend them. They work hard, are easy to talk to, and get the job done right.

I needed a plumber to help with a stuck washing machine water line that was frozen to the shut off valve. The valve was attached to PEX piping and looked like it had been there for a long time. Manuel came out and was very flexible with my repair request. I had already tried to fix it myself, but I couldn’t get it loose and didn’t want to risk breaking the valve or damaging the PEX connection. Manuel tried a few different plumbing tricks, and even though the line was really stuck, he was able to just replace the valve instead of having to change out the entire wall box. That saved me a lot of money and hassle. Throughout the whole process, Manuel was professional, courteous, and explained my options so I could choose what worked best for me. I really appreciated having choices and clear communication. Great experience with this plumbing service!

We had an urgent leak in our bathroom that was dripping into our boiler room. we called ethan & sons plumbers and they sent a plumber out to our house in about 30 minutes. russell showed up right on time, carefully inspected the bathroom, and quickly figured out where the leak was coming from. the next day, russell arrived again with all the right tools and fixed the problem. he also made sure to clean everything up afterward. we were really happy with how punctual and professional our plumber was. we’ll definitely use them again if we have any other plumbing issues!

Emmanuel came by and helped us find an affordable fix that has worked perfectly, with no issues since. He also took out our old toilet and put in a new one, and during the job, he discovered the previous installation wasn't done right. Emmanuel made sure everything was installed correctly this time. He was professional, quick, and paid close attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the service and would give more than 5 stars if we could!
