We had seriously backed up drains and after a terrible storm the water was 3 inches deep in the laundry room. They were here within a half hour and extremely considerate and professional.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. We had Chad and Ray as our plumbers and they had the drains open and fixed within the hour. Great plumbers, great service, and great office help.
They actually answer the phone when you call. No answering service. An actual person!!! And a nice one at that.

Used these guys to replace my water main shutoff valve and I have nothing but great things to say! Both Cory and Travis were very friendly and professional. Called them for the replacement and they were out the same day within the hour. Waters back on and the work they have done is solid!

Who knew that resolving a clogged sewer could turn out to be a pleasant experience! This episode was entirely pleasant due to the coordination of the HomeServe plan telephone agents and the Sevacko P[umbing Co. staff and plumbers. I initially called thr HomeServe line at 7:30 in the evening when I discovered sewage bubbling up thtough the sewer vent in my driveway. After connecting with a HomeServe agent, who, by the way responed cordially with his full name, it required only about 2 minutes for him to confirm my eligibility and to inform me that a local plumbing professional wold be located shortly and could be at my house in less than a day. Thirty minutes later I received an email from the Sevacko Co. that confirmed my request and they would be calling me. Although the email offered a button for me to click to contact them, I decided to wait until the following day.
At 8:01 AM I received a phone call from Kelly at Sevacko schedling a visit for 3 PM that day. Then over that day I received at least 3 messages remindung me of the appointment. The final reminder included a live visual graph of the truck approaching my address.
At the on-time arrival of the truck, the 2 plumbers, Cory and Mike, were already setting up their power snaking equipment before I had managed to get outside! They were pleasant, talkative, informative, and worked well together. We were all pleased when the clog was located in a couple of minutes, and sent off to sewage heaven, down-line somewhere. From the way his equipment reacted, it was his opinion that my line was in good condition, with no breaks or irregularities, On questioning, they informed me the their compamy is equipped to do all general plumbing projects. I'll remember that. Thanks, guys!

I was given a 2 hour window to obtain an estimate for services. After waiting at the site I called the office to see when the owner would arrive to learn they had to reschedule. We rescheduled for a 1 hour window later on that day with the mutual understanding that it was an extreme inconvenience for me to get to the house that needed an estimate as it was very far out of my way for both appointments. I was very explicit. Again, after waiting I called the office to see when the owner would arrive to learn that they again would not be showing up at all today and needed to reschedule. While I understand things happen and plans change, I at the very least expected a notification before I went out of my way, again. Furthermore, the "Office Manager" wouldn't even apologize and chalked it up to business as usual and refused to take any ownership. All around awful business practices. I probably dodged a bullet in all honesty if this was how I was treated in the short time I attempted to give them business. I called a local competitor who scheduled an appointment without any range of hours immediately after

Unfortunately any all interactions I've had with this company have been negative. As a former customer and a neighbor. As a costumer I was happy with the work. They did fix the issue, but my yard was left a mess. We were told the ground needed 3 months to settle before it could be fixed.They never came to finish it, We had to call them a total of 6 months later to finish the job. As a neighbor, I've had to deal with the owners and employees parking in front of my house leaving us with no where to park on our street. their business is provided with a lot that is right behind their building, as well as a driveway in front. In my opinion all of these things are just bad business. They are in a residential area and should treat their neighbors right!

I had 2 men from Sevacko plumbing come out this morning and did a terrific job. They were neat and worked fast and made sure everything was 100%. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs a good plumbing job!

After getting a $7,000-$8,000 quote from Roto Rooter to fix a “collapsed” pipe, we got a second opinion from S.R Sevacko through our insurance. They came out and cleared out the line in under an hour and saved us thousands. They were honest, and on time. Don’t use those big companies- seemed very dishonest.

Savacko Plumbing did a major gas line replacement for us on an emergency basis when a gas leak was reported by Columbia Gas personnel. The line work itself was fine but the company promised to return the following Spring to regrade and reseed the front lawn. Come Spring there was no sign of them. Despite repeated phone calls (Spring thru the next Autumn) they always answered the same -- that we were "on the list" and they will get to us but cannot say when. They never showed up. Two years later our front yard still has dirt piles and rocks strewn around. Hubby will do the work himself now but we are really annoyed that Sevacko reneged on their promise to fix the yard following their digging. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service.

Update 2/18/20 - Called to take the owner up on the offer he made to fix the lawn. Hubby called and was told their contract only allows them to tamp, rake, and seed. Our lawn was left with hills and gullies and rocks all over. A rake and seed will not fix anything and this is totally different from the promise made a year ago to come back in the Soring and fix the yard to the original condition. My bad review stands sorry to say.

We were introduced to them through our home warranty provider. The same crew has come to our house on multiple occasions. They are extremely courteous and professional. They took the time to explain each step of the issue and how they were going to fix it. They do an amazing job of diagnosis and repair. Excellent service!

Mike & Rob spent several hours on the weekend, both Saturday and Sunday finding and clearing BAD clogs in my indoor main stack and outdoor main. They did a fantastic job Were very professional and courteous and were here when I needed them on the weekend. They are a great asset to this company! I would recommend them to anyone!

Make sure you get a written estimate before they do the work, because they charge more than what they tell you, They came to fix a leaky faucet in the my tub, replace the stems, price was 175, fine, but after replacing stems, pipe behind tub, sprung a leak, how about that. I know things happen, but the technician gave us a price of 585 which he said was the total cost, took stems back they replaced, because new central brass came with faucet. Well, when I received the invoice, which was now 700 dollars, I called about the price, she said the technician does not give the cost, well guess what, he did, he was on phone with someone at their office right in front of me and my wife. She said she would talk to the owner and would call me right back, never did. They did a nice job, but not happy with the way they handle the cost of doing work, no return calls, very poor communication with clients, and sorry to say, will never use them again, and all over the extra 125 dollars. 1 star on the way they handle their business.

Found to have a gas leak in my service line & needed it replaced. I got several quotes & only had a few days to get it done before my gas would be turned off. I met Dave who came the same day to give me the estimate. Estimate was a very fair one! The 2 young men that came to do the work were on time & so very nice. I was very happy for choosing them. Would definitely go back to them for any other work.

I’ve had D.R Sevacko out to my home several times to complete work. All plumbers have been polite and very informative when explaining what needs done. Every time I have called the office staff has been extremely professional and helpful. I’ve also had the owner out to my home as well to diagnose and complete work and he is very reasonable and friendly. This is a great company and good people and I trust them for all of our plumbing needs.

Technician came out for 5 minutes misdiagnosed the problem and throw away my $50 air vents that he says were bad. Sent me a $125 Bill.
I proceeded to buy 2 new vents that were supposed to fix the problem but the same issue came up again. Called several times to reschedule a follow up appointment. Was told numerous times that someone would call me back to reschedule no one ever did. Finally after weeks a technician came out properly diagnosed the problem and scheduled a power jet snaking on my main pipe. At that time I was assured that this would be a $300 process and proceeding with scheduling. After the tech came out and did the snaking I got a $650 bill because they say it took longer than originally planned. The tech didn't say a word and just acted like everything went as planned. I called to complain and couldn't get a anyone to call me back. They agreed to drop the original $125 service call bill but refused to do anything about the $650 bill that was more than double what I was estimated nor would they take off $50 for misdiagnosing the original problem and throwing away 2 perfectly good air vents. Unfortunately they did exactly what you heard about in the plumbing industry. Would never recommend this company and it's very clear they don't care about be transparent about there billing or customer service after the fact.

Excellent! I waited five hours for Galease to show up to replace my water heater- when they finally came they didn’t have the heater and quoted me 2700.00 bucks! I told him to leave (what a joke) with in five minutes I googled Sevacko plumbing, she told me to hold for a second- then said we’ll have someone there with in the hour- they were not only there in ten minutes they started working immediately. I watched them work and was very impressed by how smooth things went and the tank was in in an hour, the area was spotlessly cleaned and they were out the door- great young MEN!

We called for service on a leaky kitchen sink drain. We had used their services a few years ago. They were able to make a service call on the same day. The young men who arrived were very efficient and knowledgeable about the problem. The needed repairs were completed promptly and at a fair price.

I have never been more upset with a company in my life. I will be sharing my experience in every form possible to make sure that no one ever has to deal with the stress that I had to. They were contracted out from my insurance company to fix the trap under my porch. After the job was done, a chuck of my flower bed is still missing and has not been filled in. Also, my basement had mud wash through from where they were digging. Throughout the entire process, I was never called or updated on when employees would be at my house. I received no pictures or documentation of the job until I called and asked for it. Calling into the office was an adventure of which woman was going to be rude that day. I was transferred back and forth between them in the middle of talking. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. Then while examining my inside plumbing, they stated that my sewer pipes under my basement floor where all busted and cracked. I asked for an estimate and it was roughly $6,500.00. I stressed about how I was ever going to come up with that money. Tried to get numerous different loans, but thought I should have a second opinion just in case as Sevacko would not give me the camera footage. Not only did, I get a second opinion, I got a third as well that stated that there is NOT ONE crack in my pipe that needed repaired. I would have blindly trusted Sevacko and been in debt for something that didn't even need done. I feel bad for the older man who I assume is the owner because he is the only person that spoke to my wife with respect and gave an explanation for the outside job before it began. My insurance stated that they can not complete the rest of the external until the internal is done, so I will be contacting them next to explain a job that didn't need completed. Do NOT use this company! I see my family has a review on here as well where they were "misdiagnosed"

Couldn’t be more impressed with D R Sevacko. My gas service line was red-tagged and needed to be replaced. They came out immediately to give me a quote and were here the next day to replace the line. The techs were friendly and efficient. The office staff worked with the gas company to get me turned back on. It's refreshing to get such great service. I will definitely use again!

We were set up for a repair with D.R. Sevacko through the line protection service company we have. We had a broken gas line. When D.R. Sevacko learned of our trouble we were having getting someone out to make the repair, of our medical condition and that we had no gas since Friday (it was Monday), they worked hard to complete the repair that day. They faxed the proper papers over to the gas company ASAP. I was able to get our gas turned on that evening. The job was done well. It was done fast. They put all of the dirt back and even put down some grass seed for us. They took care of everything for us. They were kind, respectful, quick and knowledgeable. We didn't have to worry about a thing as far as the repair. (The line protection service company and gas company are a different story.)

I would recommend them to any friend, relative or neighbor I know.

Quick service call was very helpful. G&J quoted me over 10k and D R found the problem quickly without having to dig up the floor. One stop at Home Depot and we are good to go. Thank you for being diligent in identifying the simple issue and not making broad assumptions.

D.R. Sevacko Plumbing responded within hours of my calling. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently. Were respectful of property and left me with very little clean up. Was informed of dispatch and progress via e-mail from beginning to end. Much appreciated. Definitely will use them again if the need arises.
