STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely outrageous prices. The serviceman (Doug) was overly kind and honest but (in the interest of keeping his job) went by the book - and the book required him to quote a handful of ridiculous services ($413.74 to drain and bleed an overflow tank!!??). Sadly these folks did the install on the systems in my house for the previous owner and while I would have loved to have kept using them, the prices and service are just dishonest. I called in and told them exactly what the problem was (the $76 part, which I had previously researched online) and they absolutely couldn't quote me a replacement cost without sending the service technician ($49). I even talked to the owner and he tried to sell me on some confusing annual plan plus the one time service call plus repairs. Had I agreed to everything this $76 part would have cost me almost $600. I feel so terribly bad for the unsuspecting folks, elderly, etc - who don't know any better. Fagnelli is absolutely outrageously expensive. They are friendly (but not helpful) on the phone but beware when it comes time to quote something - and they won't quote until you pay them to come out. Furthermore - I looked up some basic inspections that the serviceman should have done (like check to see how full the expansion tank was, check if there was air in the system, etc.) and he did NOTHING other than quote from his book. Again - nice guy, not his fault... but their procedure is just absurd. BBB already knows about them apparently. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

We have used Fagnelli Plumbing Heating and Cooling for two different jobs in the last 4 months-one was an easy garbage disposal repair and the other was to repair a leak by replacing a pipe. The second job turned out to be more extensive than we all expected. But the crew was great-they took on the work and were done in two days! They were pleasant, very mindful of the slight disruption it was causing and did their best to make sure we were not inconvenienced. They were also good about social distancing from us and wearing a mask when in the house. They cleaned up everything as they moved on to other aspects of the job.

Returned home from a weekend trip and found that my hot water tank had failed. I was referred to Fagnelli Plumbing . I called the office and received same day service. The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable . the tech reviewed my equipment and confirmed that the hot water tank had failed and was in need of replacement . He did some research and offered me three options. I had hot water the same day. Excellent experience, professional service tech, clean installation 10 year warranty and upfront pricing. I even revived a follow up phone call from the owner the next day.
100% satisfaction. Nice to have a plumber that you can brag about !

If I could get away with posting without giving them any stars at all, I certainly would! Highway robbery and, in my opinion, elder abuse by taking advantage of the older population! My mother and father in law have used them for years. They installed a new A/C unit a few years back while my father-in-law was dying from lung cancer. There were issues from day one of them installing the unit and they charged them for the repairs to fix THEIR installation. Because my mother-in-law was so overwhelmed in taking care of her dying husband and trying to keep him as comfortable as possible, she agreed to everything they recommended and charged her. In addition, she was stuck paying a plasterer and painter to fix the damage caused by their mistakes.

They did their annual inspection of the A/C not longer than a month ago and told her the unit was in good working condition. The unit stopped working completely within the next few weeks. They came to inspect and evaluate the problem, of course charging her for the call. Promised to get right back to her but did not. After living in a 100 degree house for 3-4 days, she followed up with them. The owner would not give her any information and told her she would need to speak with the technician. The technician told her the compressor was broken and would need to be replaced at the cost of $3,700 even though the compressor itself is still under warrant and they would not even order the part until she paid them 50% of the estimate. I reached out to two other HVAC companies and was quoted $1,500 from one and a rough guestimate of $1,000 from another one. Both of these companies are reputable and have been servicing my HVAC needs for years.

The thought of how much money they have taken from my in laws over the past six or seven years makes me so angry! I was glad to read that the BBB is already aware of their less than honorable practices. I will be registering another complaint as soon as I finish this post. As well as looking into reporting them to the Contractors State Licensing Board. The only good thing about this company was their secretary...she was kind, helpful and went over and above to get me the paper work I needed. i highly recommend looking elsewhere for you HVAC and Plumbing needs!

The people at Fagnelli are incredible and have helped us tons through the years. They're like family.

We started with them years and years ago, after we worked with a different HVAC organization that was having difficulty heating our house. Fagnelli solved that problem, and we haven't looked back since.

Through the years, they have performed our annual inspections and maintenance (except for this and last year when I did not call!), explaining everything they find and giving us tips along the way.

In 2025 during the heat spell in June, they helped us out when our unit was struggling. They would have caught this problem during the annual inspection had I actually called them to do it this year. I dropped the ball there.

Fantastic people, service, and response times. We couldn't ask for more. Plus the people are just so nice. They'll explain things to you in a way that you'll understand and help you learn about your hearing and cooling system.

We've been having problems with our boiler pumps failing nearly once a year. Fagnelli recommended flushing the system to clear out any particles of rust or corrosion that might be fouling the pumps. They came out and did this very efficiently. Now time will tell whether that extends the life of pumps, which is what we expect. As usual, they are very courteous and pleasant, and very competent.

My Ac was blowing air not cold at all during this extreme I called Fagnelli plumbing and they came out the next day !! My technician Masi was very kind courteous and knowledgeable he got my air conditioner ice cold !!! My wife is happy I'm happy the service was excellent and the price was fair I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times !! Thanks

Fagnelli plumbers are the best. They have been extremely helpful in figuring out some of my most complex plumbing problems. On one occasion they even came to the house made a quick adjustment and I was surprised to find they did that as a complementary service. Their plumbers are very well trained in the latest technology and I cannot recommend them more highly. If you want great plumbers, call them. They’re very attentive and supportive. Furthermore, their plumbers are great guys.

Fagnelli Plumbing did exceptional service. We had been searching for a reliable plumber. Someone who was honest and reasonably priced. We had had some major flooding and sewage back flow into our basement after the excessive rain last month, and we had so many bad experiences with other plumbing companies that came out. Every company had a different "solution" to the problem and none of it made sense. They came out to run a camera through our sewer line and diagnose the exact issues. They was thorough and informative and showed us on the camera exactly what was going on. Then we agreed on what needed to be done, and he provided a very reasonable quote. Within two weeks, we had a team out here putting in a check valve. The crew that came out to do the work was on time, extremely professional, and they did great work. They handled everything from the permit to the inspection. Honestly, we didn't have to lift a finger, and everything is in working order again. Thank you!

Massimo (Technition) was very professional. He was early and was very thorough. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He inspected both my furnace and my AC unit and cleaned my AC unit. I will definitely call Fagnelli Plumbing again.

I was very pleased with their installation of the new dishwasher I purchased through Costco. The technician was thorough, polite and efficient. The installation was perfect and he hauled away the old one.

Fagnelli did my yearly furnace checkup. I've been using their services for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. They're always available and send the best people.

Let me start by saying I rarely leave negative reviews, even when service is poor. I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my experience with Fagnelli Plumbing & Heating was beyond unacceptable.

I had no heat and already knew the issue—I simply needed a pipe capped off. They were able to come out the next day, which initially seemed great. The technician confirmed the issue and said the job could be done, but that I would need to schedule another appointment. I was told I would receive an estimate. I never did.

I followed up multiple times by phone and through their website. When I called, I was treated like an inconvenience and told they were “really busy.” There was no voicemail option, no returned calls, and no response to my online request. After dealing with 10-degree temperatures and no heat, I was forced to give up on them entirely.

About a week later—still having received no estimate or communication—I called to request a refund for the consultation fee. I was told the owner would call me back. He never did, and no refund was issued.

Taking someone’s money, providing no service, and completely ghosting a customer—especially during a no-heat situation—is unacceptable. I have never been treated this poorly by a company. If you are too busy to take on work, say so. Don’t take people’s money and disappear. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.

I think this is just about the only place downtown that can make keys!

the man behind the counter of this place was extremely dismissive, unfriendly, and unhelpful. idk if he was just in a bad mood but ill never go back here and i’ll tel other people not to as well
