Excellent customer service! These guys are awesome! I was so impressed with their work. They are very clean, on time, and do exceptional work at a great value. I don't think I've ever met a more organized, professional/friendly, and responsive team. The office always returns your phone call and makes time to accommodate you. I had my kitchen wall drain lowered for a new deeper sink that was getting installed. Then had them come back after and install the trap plus garbage disposal. I'm so happy I found them and I will 100% use them again.

Two leaking faucets are replaced by new ones. The gentlemen showed up on time. They are very professional and kind. Explained in details when I asked. Charging is not low, 2 new faucets for almost 700$, but I don't know how other companies will charge, so can't compare the price.

Prompt, efficient, good workmanship, personable and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend. Update: Just finished another job for me. My 5-Star review still stands.

I had given these guys a five star review. And they had been excellent. The last two times I called them. They didn’t return my phone call. I’m doing a search for a new plumber.

Cuccaro sent a plumber to my home who left my toilet disconnected and sitting on the other side of the bathroom. He said he would need 10 hours to install a flange because he would have to tear out my kitchen ceiling. I asked the plumber if it was safe to leave the toilet like that and he said yes. I later contacted another plumber who said Cuccaro lied to me about having to install the toilet flange by tearing out my kitchen ceiling. Also by them disconnecting the toilet the water pipe that feeds the toilet was dripping into the hole in the floor for months and I didn't know it until now. Cuccaro plumbing caused major damage to my kitchen and downstairs bathroom walls and ceiling. When I spoke with Kaylee at Cuccaro she was really rude and nasty. I wouldn't recommend Cuccaro plumbing for the most minor plumbing job. They were going to rip me off for $1000 or more to install a toilet flange. homeowners beware of Cuccaro plumbing

We have been using Cuccaro Plumbing for a little over a year. We are one of the best and biggest design and remodeling companies in Pittsburgh and have had a hard time finding a plumbing company that could keep up with us and meet our strict demands for quality. Once we started using Cuccaro, we knew that we had found a company that would work out with us for the long haul.

I had a national company come try to fix my clog in sewer line. After no luck and 4 hours later, they said my only solution was a $4,000 excavation. Called Cucarro and they had it resolved in under 2 hours for less than $200. Great service. Would highly recommend

I had a clog in my sewer line, Matt was amazing knew exactly what he was talking about and was just all around a great person in general. He got the clog out and use the camera to show me the ins and outs of the sewer system. It was extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber in the Pittsburgh area.

Great run business. Owners actually care about their clients and deal with them directly. No middle man here. I don’t even live in the Pittsburgh area but I only deal with Kali and Paul with all rentals. One phone call and the issue is handled professionally and at a fair price. Not once did I get a negative feed back from any of my tenants. In fact it’s the exact opposite. I highly recommend them as it’s done right the first time and that’s what I really care about.

After another plumber left my house abruptly on learning that a dog was in the house (locked in his room and quiet) without installing my new gas stove, Cuccaro was able to schedule a plumber for the next day. Everyone at Cucarro was friendly and helpful, from the moment they answered the phone, to scheduling and to the plumbing service. The technicians were exceptionally kind and professional and efficient, even setting the time on my new stove. And the price was very fair. I will be calling Cucarro first next time I have any plumbing issues.
