Everything about this company was top notch. I had 3 plumbers in my house before Cuccaro Plumbing came and they all told me it was going to cost around $10,000 to get fixed and they did not even try to get the clog out of the sewer line and charged $500. The whole experience with Cuccaro was great, the service tech explained everything to me and was there maybe an hour or so and line is free flowing again for $200. Going to have do some other things for in a couple of weeks. I will never call any else for my plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Update: 10-21-22 Company contacted me to apologize for the miscommunication, and I was told the charges would be voided for the trouble. Grateful for the follow-up and professionalism.

Hired Cuccaro to come and help us with a leaking pipe into our basement. We were told it would be $95 an hour to come and diagnose it. Josh, who was sent out, cut into our ceiling and wall, and poked around slowly in our crawl spaces for two hours. At the end of two hours, told me that our issue was going to require the eyes of a more experienced plumber, Matt, and that someone would reach out to us to schedule it. When I asked about their schedule and when we could expect a follow up, he said a few days. On his way out, he surprised me by saying that we were welcome to call a different plumber.

Over a week passed, and I did not hear back from them, but I did get flooded by automated emails and text messages asking me to review them on Google.

I called to follow up with the front desk, and was told that someone needed to come out and diagnose the problem. When I asked if we were going to be charged in addition for the time that Josh had come out to diagnose our problem, I was told that she would check with the owner and get back to me. Weeks passed, and no one ever followed up.

I did indeed call another plumber, who came out the next week and fixed our issue. A month and a half later, I got a bill from Cuccaro for services rendered, which included leaving holes in our ceiling for us to fix and zero follow-through on our issue. I called them to ask about it and got their voicemail.

Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Joshua was very professional and explained everything in detail so that I understood what he was doing which was reassuring and very helpful. He was very thorough in his assessment and was able to solve the problem. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and honest. Thank you so much for your assistance in unclogging my basement drain, bathtub drain and also simply tightening the bolts on the base of one of my toilets when that was all that was necessary. I will certainly recommend your company to my friends and continue to call on you for my plumbing needs in the future!

I hired Cuccaro plumbing to map my drain and sewer lines because I'm having a contractor come out soon to install new footers and posts to support a skewed structural beam. I wanted to make sure the footers wouldn't disturb my drain line and I needed to confirm that fact quickly because of my other contractors timeline and availability.

Cuccaro was by far the most professional and timely plumber I contacted. From first contact Jessica worked with me to schedule a visit as soon as possible and she was very polite and kind.

Matt the plumber was also awesome. He had a lot of good stories to tell and always made sure to talk me through what he was doing and why. I had him estimate another job while he was there and he was very clear and upfront about the scope of work and the process.

As a homeowner preparing to sell, I faced a nightmare scenario: I needed a full sewer line replacement, from one end of my 1910 home all the way to the middle of the street. This meant breaking through a fully finished basement, demolishing an exterior wall, and excavating more than 15 feet deep in the street. It was a technically complex and expensive job, running into the tens of thousands of dollars. After consulting with several companies, Cuccaro Plumbing offered the most competitive price. Throughout the months-long process, I had excellent communication with Paul Bowman and Kali. There were unforeseen challenges that required additional work and costs, but they handled them professionally and with grace. In an area where it can be difficult to find reliable contractors with good manners and communication skills, working with Cuccaro Plumbing was a pleasure. I highly recommend them.

We chose Cuccaro Plumbing to add shower and remodel bathroom in basement. They also added shelving in laundry room, updating plumbing, electrical and paint.
Doug, who did most of the work was great! But, each person involved, including Ken Cuccaro, was respectful and responsive. Overall, We are very pleased with the completed project.

We recently had an old dryer gas line snap. Cuccaro plumbing came out the next morning and replaced the gas line. They were quick, affordable and professional.

Definitely will be calling again in the future

Rick from Terry’s did a great job installing a new pressure regulating valve and shutoff valve on our aging main waterline. They came out just a few days after my initial call, worked quickly and cleanly, and the final bill was $495 instead of the quoted $685 (more than a 30% savings)! We’ve used Terry’s for decades and have always been big fans of their work. Even Terry himself has come out to the house for jobs occasionally. Great family run company!!

We called Terry for a second opinion after being told by another plumber that we would have to jackhammer up our basement floor to run a new drain pipe (for $8000). Terry showed up, took a look, and said, "don't do that. I'm telling you, if you were my brother, son, I would tell you not to do that (spend $8K and jackhammer your floor)." Instead, he said he would show up another day and really snake out the drain to see what was going on. Terry showed up when he said, successfully snaked out the drain, and ran his camera into the problem area. The previous plumber said he believed my drain pipe was cast iron and rusted out at the bottom. Terry showed that the pipe was terracotta and obviously not rusted out. Terry did note that the pipe did not have much fall to it and that it was likely going to be a problem that needed to have an eye kept on it, but noted that the other plumber's solution was no guarantee to work either and was going to cost $8K. And all of this cost $189. So yes... five stars....

After a sewer trap repair, we asked for Terry's Plumbing to provide a another opinion on what needed to be done next after receiving two expensive estimates advising major repairs. Terry was recommended to us as a very honest plumber. He came by - free of charge - to evaluate the situation. I’m relieved that we checked with him, because he said there was no need for the major repairs at this point. He offered to come back any time if we had questions or problems.

I was worried being uneducated about these sort of home issues, but Terry was on time, professional, and never once tried to upsale or mislead me! My mind was put at ease moments after his arrival. The clog was cleared in less than 10 minutes. Also, upon booking my appointment, the person that I spoke with was very kind and informative. She explained the payment options and scheduling process well (forgive me, but I forget her name). Highly recommended!

Have used Terry’s Plumbing for years and always pleased. Had multiple small issues this year with an aging house. The plumbers were always on time and the work was excellent. Recently I called to report a small leak under my kitchen sink on a Sunday and Terry called me back within hours to determine severity and set up appt. for next day. From beginning to end, Terry's Plumbing did a wonderful job! Called this morning because the drain area in my basement was clogged up. The person who answered my call was courteous and quickly scheduled a plumber for later in the day. She then called me later to give me a 40 minute advance notice that the plumber was on his way. Mike arrived on time and he quickly got to work. He took care of my problem, cleaned up the area, explained the issue and the solution and gave me advice on what I can do in the future to prevent the problem from re-occurring. I am extremely happy with the service that I received today!

Derrick was great, he was knowledgeable and polite. You could tell that he actually cared to fix the problem the best way possible. Our pipe was spraying water in the walls and now its all fixed. It was a pleasure working with him!

Now months later I am editing this review, because Wade and team did a fantastic job. Never thougt I will have a favorite plumbing company, but now I sure have one! Thank you all for the hard work and fair way to handle business.

I had a plumbing issue (March 18, 2024)and I called the Terry's Plumbing. The technician arrived at the specified time ASAP. and did an excellent job solving the problem, The tech also spend plenty of time explaining, how to avoid the toilet related plumbing problem. Also' the person I spoke to in the Terry's office was very helpful, compassionate, dedicated and very keen about helping me.

We've had several plumbing issues from leaky pipes, to floor drains backing up, and most recently needing to replace the water line from the street to our shut off. They definitely went the extra mile while working at our house. I will never call another plumber as long as I'm in the area. Terry's customer service from the initial call until the job is complete is outstanding. Unlike other plumbers I have used in the past, Terry and his crew arrives on time, does great work, and gives you a fair and honest price. You're not going to find a more skilled plumber or better pricing, just save yourself the time and call Terry!

We were having a graduation party for our daughter at our house and proactively called Terry up to make sure that we didn’t have any issues with our plumbing. We have an older house so we were having lots of people over. Terry came over and snaked our sewer and thank goodness he did because we had a problem. Terry snaked the sewer and problem solved. He even said to call him if we have problems that day. But thank goodness we didn’t have any issues. We have been using Terry’s for the past 18 years and can’t thank him enough for all the help he’s given us over the years ❤️ Thank you Terry

I had a company come to my house and said I need a 15k replacement on my house trap. Terry came out the next day and in the cold weather by himself, cleared out my sewer line, and informed me my house trap was ok. I would recommend 100%. Upfront and honest about the whole process!

I was having some issues with my bathtub drain that required the drum trap to be removed and upgraded. Derek from Terry's came out and was able to complete the work in about 2 hours. I am very pleased with the fast and courteous service I received and will call Terry's again anytime I have an issue.
