Rob is so amazing my pipes burst in the middle night in -16° weather his team came immediately and made sure my family had hot water 10/10 would recommend

I got a hold of them through one of the task apps. Then the guy text me and said he was at the door. No one was there and I checked the video cameras. When I told him about it, they just simply stop responding. I don’t know how they got such high reviews on the other place because the three-point something on Google reviews seems more like it for the customer service provided.

Rob and his crew were amazing. We had issues with part of our sewer line in our basement laundry room. He came out an evaluated it, gave use a reasonable price. (We got about 4 estimates and most of them we crazy high.. we knew it was going to be expensive but the other companies we're crazy). The guys show up when they told us they would, finished the job when they told us would be gone and couldn't have been more nice and professional. We like them so much we hade them replace our shower stall toward the end of the job. We have learned you don't let a good contractor go.. there are just too few of them. I also wanted to let you know they will come back if something isn't right. We used the new shower a couple days and it seemed to be leaking outside the stall. We gave Rob a call and the next day one of his crew came out to see what was going on. As it turned out it was our error, the curtail was as tucked in the show as it should've been.. our bad.. but they didn't seemed to be bother buy that.. and seriously what contractor come's back after you pay them. The only warning I'll give you is it can take a while to get on their schedule. They are a very small crew and are usually very busy.. but I know if I need a plumber, these are the guys I'll call even if I have to wait.

This plumber is a scam. He did a scope for a house I was in contract with, I called him to get the information. I left him several messages all which were not returned. Finally he texted me saying the sewer lines were in good condition. At this point I did not believe him so I had another plumbing company come do a scope which I paid for. They told me the inside sewer lines were horrible and would cause a back up if not fixed. This first due plumber has no idea what he’s talking about. Probably friends with the seller of the house. All in all had a very bad experience with this guy.
10/10 do not recommend.

Rob has done repairs at several of my properties: replace faucets, snake drains, fix commodes, etc. He always shows up reliably and fixes the problems at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Rob was absolutely amazing. My husband contacted him due to our plumbing issue, and he was there the next day between the time he said he would be. He inspected that day and said he would be back the following day with a camera. We had 2 other plumbers come in prior that gave us no answers. He was able to tell us exactly what was going on, and was very affordable as well. He was very professional and efficient. I would use him again in the future and would highly recommend him to other people.

Rob has been to my house in Pleasant Hills twice since we purchased it last year. He is top a notch professional. He answers immediately and solves problems masterfully. Quick and reasonable. He is my new plumber.

We are new homeowners and had a backup in our sewer line. I was able to get a tech out super easy and he was AMAZING. Joe was so knowledgeable and genuinely was interested in making sure I knew exactly what was going on and how to prevent future problems with my home. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me exactly what was going on. I really am interested in learning as much about my home as possible and Joe was such a valuable resource. Joey did a fantastic job clearing out the pipes that were connecting a shower and toilet issue. He was extremely kind, mindful of taking off his boots and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and gave me advice to prevent future problems. I definitely recommend!

Great team. I have a problem and I have full trust of the analysis of the problem by the team. They showed me camera video. The cost of the inspection and cleaning of the line is reasonable. I give them an excellent rating. I was referred by a commercial property owner. I have used them in the past. Will use them again.

I just had Will and Jayden, at my apartment to look at my furnace in my apartment. My landlord called sewer flow to have them come look at my leak. These two gentlemen, were polite, kept me informed what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company. They fixed the problem and cleaned up after them self. I was very impressed

Camera views were requested in our drain from the downspout runoff. Unanticpatedly, our catch basin was completely filled with dirt, and our guy removed the heavy grate, dug down into the pit and then discovered that the runoff bypassed the pit!
He dutifully video-researched the pathway and recommended a cheaper alternative approach, diagramming it for the contractor who will replace our catch basin and correct the drainage pathways. Very well worth the price, and 24-hr service!

Sewer Flow was outstanding! Chris, the Master Plumber at Sewer Flow, was highly recommended to me, and I see why. He's honest, very knowledgeable and explained in ways I could understand. He and Tony came to fix my leaking toilet and move the gas line for my new stove. They were both super nice and very skilled. They fixed my issues correctly and cleaned up spotlessly. This shouldn't be so noteworthy, but ever since Covid it has been. I just added them to my contacts list in my phone for future issues, and I'm pleased to highly recommend them!

Fast, friendly, and extremely professional. Time between making the call and completion of the sewer cleaning was 1 hour.

First visit: Joe H. was incredibly professional and experienced. He explained in detail everything he did and how our drainage was mapped. Was a pleasure.

I called roto rooter and they kept delaying when they were going to come out to help with my kitchen drain. Then someone finally came out and told me that they could not help me and that the clogged drain was too much to handle. I called SEWER FLOW at 7am this morning they came in at 9am and unclogged my drain and now it is working properly! The technician was extremely friendly and got the job done quick and right! I couldn’t be any more happier!
