Worked with Tony - extremely efficient professional and friendly. Needed to camera my downspouts - he knew exactly how to proceed. Thought the price was fair and the service was same day! Thank you Tony and Sewer Flow.

I would highly recommend Sewer Flow! They solved my issue with ease. Very professional and knowledgeable crew! The hydro jet got my sewer line unclogged. They were the first company that had a technique to get a camera through my cast iron house trap. Afterwards, the guys even helped me clean up and offered some advice to avoid any further issues. Ten out of ten service!

They were friendly and able to promptly address our problem, and I appreciated the way they showed me what they were doing and explained what they found. The only minor complaint I have is that most of the online tools they offer don’t seem to be working - I initially tried to contact them through their website form and heard nothing, then once they had me scheduled they sent me a digital waiver to sign but then had no record of it, and had to double check that I had paid the deposit (also done through a link they sent me). Those are minor frustrations though and I’m happy with the work done!

Joe and Tony! What a great team. Had a clog and they were thorough and wasted no time getting the job done. I'd hire them again any day.

Ron and Tony came out to our house today to clean out our downspouts and provide insight on some issues we were having, and they were SO great. I really appreciated their honestly and professionalism. I have had only good communication with Sewer Flow, and they have really fast service as well. I would recommend them!

Great service. I think they should cover and protect the floor if the clean-out is by finished flooring, otherwise it would’ve been a five star rating.

Joe was nice ,but got his auger stuck in the toilet and broke the auger, he was there for a half an hour then sat the other half an hour in the truck on his phone to make it an hour. I guess he thought I'm a woman I wont know what he's doing. Woman aren't stupid. But he was going to come back out Tuesday. Anthony E. Was closer to me so he came. I am so glad he came instead of Joe, Anthony was more knowledgeable and was very nice and didn't try to stretch the time for more money. I appreciate the honesty and knowledge he has. Thank you Anthony for not trying to take advantage of a woman, we need more men like you. He's a gem for your company.

Ron was super quick; he was here within 1/2 hour of my call, and everything was fixed. My basement drain was backing up, and it was just awful. Ron was clean, friendly, and the price was absolutely reasonable. Thank you!

We reached out to Sewer Flow after dealing with a frustrating and overpriced situation with another company. Tim took our call on a Saturday, was incredibly kind, honest, and helpful, and talked us through everything with patience and clarity.

He quoted us $1,100 less than what the other company was trying to charge for a hydro jetting job and was ready to come help right away. Even though we ultimately stayed with the original company after they suddenly matched Tim’s price, we were blown away by how professional and genuine he was throughout the process.

It’s rare to find someone who shows that much honesty and compassion during an emergency. We will absolutely call Sewer Flow first for any future plumbing needs, and we’ll be recommending Tim to everyone we know.

Called about a driveway drainage pipe and was offered a same-day appointment despite not being an emergency. The receptionist transferred me to a technician when there were some questions about the specific type of pipe being snaked which were easily resolved. For the appointment, Joe called me with an ETA within the expected window and showed up on-time. He was efficient, friendly, communicative and overall someone I’d be happy to work with again. He provided suggestions for long-term fixes while taking into account my preferences. I would happily work with both this company as well as Joe again should I ever need them.

Ron came out the day before my son's graduation party after work to clear my drain. Truly was a life saver.

The dynamic duo of Mike the Snake Charmer and Glenn the Plumber did me well. These gents are consummate professionals - they knew how to identify my clogged drain issue and how to effectively solve it. It wasn’t an easy battle: for over two hours they fought it and they won! I am truly impressed: these guys were friendly, hard working, and fair in pricing. If I ever need another sewer or drain pipe job, I am calling Sewerflow for sure!

Just moved in to my apt and the pipes in my sink wete clogged up and having back up issues. Maintenance was called in the morning and they were able to come just 1 hour later in the same day! Joe did an amazing job fixing my pipe issue. He was in and out in just 30 minutes or so. Very informative and let me know the issue was due to former tenants dumping grease in the sink. Best service ever!

Great people work at Sewer Flow! We experienced a sewage leak in the basement of a property in the South Side Slopes, and they were outstanding. Christine answered on the first ring, and Tim weighed in on the problem while we were still on the phone. Glen arrived within the hour, who was such a pro. Their prompt response and exceptional service turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Highly recommend their services! Don't worry-- I won't share the "before" photos, but here's the after shot, where Glen even bleached the floor to help take care of the smell and start disinfecting the basement!

I'm a first time customer of Service Flow and so far my experience has been excellent. Joe was our Service Flow expert, and he was incredibly careful in documenting our sewer line's condition. Yes, it's an old terracotta line, and some tree roots were evident, but he calmed my fears and walked us through the next steps. I certainly intend to work with Service Flow throughout the process to ensure our sewer line lasts for the life of our home!
