I’ve worked with Sewer Flow several times. They are always prompt, professional and thorough, and they truly resolve all matters. Tony was a great serviceman who unclogged our kitchen drain!

Tony was knowledgable, helpful, and surprisingly fast working for a service that is charged hourly. He was able to scope 6 yard French drain pipes in an hour, provide feedback on what he found, and marked the areas as requested. Very friendly person to work with and I’d gladly use this company again if the need arose.

These guys were great. They came the same day, within a few hours of my call. First Tony, then Ron and Connor for the hydro flush. All of them were very personable and professional and patiently answered all my questions. Best of all is that they fixed the issue and sent me the camera footage confirming that the line is clear. I’m very happy I called and highly recommend their services.

The plumbers came same day I contacted them and did a great job. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Solved the immediate problem and returned to do a more permanent fix. I would highly recommend them.

Joe came out yesterday to snake our drain in the garage, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly. Sewer Flo has always been very responsive, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We noticed a water leak coming into our garage on a bitter cold night. Tim called us back right away even though it was after hours. He asked for pictures and advised us on what to do in the moment until it got fixed. Very kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend !

The folks at Sewer Flow are great. Quick, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Anthony came by my 2 properties 3 times within a week and handled things beautifully. Couldn’t ask for better service. And the price was better than the last guys I called who didn’t actually resolve the problem. Sewer Flow is who I’ll be calling for any sewer/drain issues from now on.

We had a total plumbing emergency on Halloween night involving sewage coming up our basement floor drain. We called sewer flow and they were upfront about their price and informed us that it would be $100 cheaper if it could wait until the next day. Unfortunately it couldn’t so we asked them to send a technician ASAP. Our technician Tony called us shortly after and told us he could come right away and he got to us quickly. He was very friendly and informative and worked for hours making sure the problem was resolved and wasn’t just a temporary fix. He gave us information to help prevent future blockages and told us what next steps would be if it happened again. Hopefully we will not require their services again but if we do we will definitely be calling and requesting Tony!

Needed a video camera line inspection and Sewer Flow came highly reccomendeded, so I called and I'm glad I did! Amanda was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered a bunch of my questions before I even booked an appointment, and she sent a tech same day! Joe, our technician, is obviously a master of his craft. Patient and professional, he made sure to explain everything clearly and help us to figure out what our next steps will be - 10/10!

Our kitchen sink clogged in the evening. We called Sewer Flow at 8AM the next morning and by 9:15AM they had somebody at our house. Joe was the man they sent and he was very nice and efficient. He had the grease clog under our basement floor cleared with a snake within a half an hour. The price was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend.

Randy was super cool, and really knowledgeable. He talked me through a bunch of different solutions that they could provide. He was able to get through the blockage quickly and stayed until we made sure everything was good. Highly recommended.

Pat was incredibly helpful! I had many items that needed attention: washer and dryer installation (including a fix for the dryer line), floor drain adjustment (replacing old and deteriorating drain covers), pipe adjustment under utility sink (FIXING a previous plumbing company's badly done work), and providing advice on other things I had questions about. Very flexible for my window of availability and didn't pressure me to do anything or purchase anything that wasn't absolutely necessary. Will ABSOLUTELY call Pat again.
