I called Chase Plumbing on a Saturday, Patrick answered after one ring, and was at my front door within 30 minutes. 10 Minutes later, my leaking toilet was fixed and my Saturday un-ruined! The price was very reasonable, and I was so impressed with the speed and quality of the service that I added a tip.

I would highly recommend Patrick Chase to anyone needing plumbing repairs. Not only is Patrick very knowledgeable he is also extremely honest and beyond fair priced. I had several issues and leaks with my bathroom pipes and ultimately needed to replace my whole drain pipe system which Patrick was able to do and fix for half the amount of other quotes. Again extremely honest isnt looking to get over on you as well as does exceptional work. Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs!

Called Patrick to replace two three handle shower valves for my bathrooms in my 1950’s home. Patrick was quick and professional and installed quality central brass fixtures in both bathrooms without looking to over charge me like other plumbers. Four years later, we are still dealing with the bizarre problems caused by choosing this plumber. He installed our whole-house water filter entirely incorrectly, leaving out critical working parts, and also installed our dishwasher incorrectly to drain "back into itself" via only one small pipe, making it a constant maintenance problem. His bill was not small, either. Both of these things have caused huge headaches and additional expense to our family, and we are literally still even now discovering things he did wrong. I find it hard to believe that someone with the resume he claimed -- plumbing Heinz Field, for one example -- would do work that caused damage and had to later be fixed. At the very least, a kind person would be honest if they don't know how to do something correctly, knowing that if they don't, it will cost the other person a lot of money and effort to fix.

Pat is an excellent plumber. He is fair and honest and never tries to do more than needs to be done. I own several rental properties and he’s has done everything from sewer line replacements, gas line replacements, sink, toilet, and faucet replacements. He’s been my plumber for over 15 years. He’s extremely reliable.

I would definitely recommend Patrick as a very experienced, knowledgeable and honest plumber. He installed 3 new shut off valves to bath tubs in my older Brookline home where none previously existed, and he replaced 3 valves in my basement that were corroded. He also repaired a small leak in the gas line to my furnace. He was clear on communication and pricing and showed up exactly when he said he would. I believe he also gave us a fair price on all of the work. I would definitely hire him again for future work.

Dan did an excellent job replacing my leaking gas service line in Beechview. Poremski came in with the lowest price out of the nine companies I called to provide an estimate. Dan was communicative, neat, efficient, and easy to work with. I appreciate a small local family business that can get things done better, faster, and cheaper than the bigger companies.

I sent a message about a gasline check through their website and received a call back within a few hours. They were considerate of my concern and schedule and set a tentative appointment for the next day. They called me the next morning and were at my house before lunchtime. They checked the integrity of my gaslines and quickly repaired a small valve leak. I pressed them about the condition of the very old lines, and I was very impressed that they did not try to oversell services. They were extremely professional and polite. The service charge was very low as well, and they didn't charge an emergency service fee, even though they came out so quickly.
