Needed new faucet stems for a really old shower. The guy at Home Depot directed me to 3 Brothers! Needless to say, they had what I was looking for!

Buyer beware!! NO RETURNS!! Any problems with the product, or you change your mind on colour or the mfr misses a part and you're up the creek...Play it safe ~ buy from a store that stands behind the product and supports the customer by allowing returns.

The man who works there is so miserable, think he needs to find a new career! Always negative and disrespectful towards customers. I will never go back!

I went to a competitive plumbing supplies store,staff would not give me the time of day,i tried to explain my dilemma to them,one guy who was in the back with him came over and looked at my part and told me i would have to change the whole valve i,e cut out the rest of the valve,i went to three brothers supply co the counter man listen ed to me explain what was happening then he told me he could and would help me out.10 minutes later he had me all brand new,i didn't need to cut anything out at alljust rebuilt it ,all i had to do was put it back toge THREE BROTHERS PLUMBING,SAW MILL RUN BLVD. Every time I have gone in there the employees have had bad attitudes. It’s like you are bothering them in their own store front. Also, expect to pay close to double the normal price of an item due to their price gouging.

Needed a gas vapor sensor that worked with a White Rodgers water heater thermostat. Called a bunch of places and nobody had one. Three Brothers had a 25 volt for a Rheem unit which looked the same as the WR so I figured I’d give it a shot. Went down to pick it up and it was out on the front desk when I got there! Great customer service and the part worked great! No more cold showers!

Great experience with the South Hills staff. I had an issue with a commercial Sloan valve. I described the symptoms and the gentleman knew the exact problem. He advised the building pressure needs to be between 50 and 75 psi. I ked that we are probably at 49 or 76 psi. He recommended a simple pressure gage and faucet adapter. I also purchased several Sloan valve repair kits. We tested pressure at the extreme ends of our 130,000 sq ft facility and at inlet .wou would you know it, we were at 49 PSI. We replaced the Sloan diaphragm, increased pressure to 52 PSI and everything works great!

Helpful staff, quick in and out. Wide selection of supplies for plumbers. Meager display area, not interesting for public viewing. Basically it is an old fashioned plumbing supply shop and is happy to be that way (they still use hand written purchase orders, it is almost like time travelling).

These guys know EVERYTHING about plumbing. No matter how old your house is, they will have the part you need. Be aware – if you plan to use a credit card I believe the minimum amount is $10 or $15.

I have a house that was built in the 1800's and one built in the 1920's. Several times I've brought 3 Brothers a stem or faucet handle they've never or rarely seen. Each time I walked out with the part I needed. Thanks to their inventory and helpful persistence in searching I've avoided a lot of additional plumbing work. Keep in mind this is a small specialty shop. They can't eat the cost of casual returns like big box stores.

I bit off more than I could chew with a bathtub faucet replacement. I ended up calling a plumber to help me get it apart. He charged me $75 just to take it apart. I had a spare faucet, but he said it wouldn't work and it would cost $600 for him to finish the work. $37 in parts, some great advice from Steve at 3 Brothers, and 1 hour of putting it all together, I'm all set!!!! Words can't express how awesome and helpful and patience he was!

Buyer beware, this place is the only business I have ever shopped at that does not take returns. Even offering that I would take a 30+% loss as a "restocking fee", the company still had no interest in accepting a return for unused materials. I will never purchase materials from this place again and if you think there is any chance that you may not pick the right materials don't risk the loss. You are better off at another retailer.

Definitely knowledgeable and knows exactly what you need. But will treat you like you're an idiot who doesn't know plumbing. Which is true, but I don't need that if I'm giving you my business. Would recommend if you don't care for customer service.

All these bad reviews saying "rude" or "attitude" are people with fragile ego's or something. First time here today, I described the problem, was given a professional quality solution within 5 minutes for $3. $10 card minimum and that's just fine with me. Will return again and again. Cheers!

If you have plumbing supply needs, just go here. I spent an hour wandering around Lowes trying to find a part that took the person at 3 brothers 30 seconds to identify and locate. They then gave me a few pointers on installing it properly. This is a place where you pay not only for the part, but the knowledge and expertise as well. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Go and see for yourself.

Was happy with what I bought, but didn't realize till I read the receipt they do NO RETURNS so... fortunately what I bought worked. Buyers be aware so you get the right items.

The guys were great, but they were expensive! I was charged $190/hour for labor. Billed amount was $360 over estimate.

Ed came on time. He checked what was needed for the installation went to his truck got everything he needed. He said that my drain in the laundry tub was going down slow and he took care of that also.

Ed with Pawlak is most reliable and trustworthy, also I was glad to find someone who actually didn’t rip me off and did good job!

As a long time customer I was pleased with the service I received today by the owner. He came and fixed my problem in a short amount of time. Highly recommend.
