If there was a way to give negative stars I would! This guy advertises 24 hours but I called at 11:30pm and he seemed to be the least bit concerned about my business. He says “don’t use water, don’t flush toilets”. Really?!? I have kids and that’s your answer?

broke my toilet moving it for the floor to be done, been using a bucket to go the bathroom in for 6 days cause he hasnt had the time to replace it. Ill be calling proper authorities today. he was a slob left his star bucks cups and water bottles all over the place, every time he came it was a 2 hour clean up project by me

Pat took care of a back flow valve needed for inspection for our company. He arrived promptly and the work was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend his company.

Mr. Chase has been a Godsend at my house twice in the past 15 months. He didn't come in and try to sell me 500 things. He came in and replaced my bathtub faucet handles and fixed a drain vent in my basement. He charged fair prices and didn't waste any time.

In a world where any fly by night jagoff will try to scam a female customer, Mr. Chase is a breath of fresh air. He looks at the problem, makes recommendations, and lets the customer make the choice. He then gets to work and doesn't charge you for hours of chit chat and bs. He returned the work areas to their original conditions and went on his way. He's not a man of a lot of words, so he won't be your therapist. He will do the job, charge you fairly, and do the job well.

Quite honestly, Mr. Chase was a blessing from God both times he did work at my house. I'm thankful to have found such an honest and no-nonsense plumber.

Mr. Chase has come to my house twice in the last two weeks. Both times he was very helpful and informative. Yesterday I called him and he was at my house in less than 10 minutes. I have a home warranty which sometimes prevents me from using my choice of Plumber or Heating guys, but anytime I need anything in the future he will be my first phone call!

Called a few pĺumbers, and Pat called me back immediately, he came out and did the job on the weekend, and did not rip me off, I would recommend him anytime for plumbing needs, I was very satisfied.

Pat was wonderful. We had an emergency leak in a pipe that turned out to be in the wall. Pat showed up on Saturday to evaluate and came back on Sunday to fix it. Was very practical in his approach and cost effective - didn't try to make the job larger than it was. Was very neat about his work and a good person. I recommend Pat for sure.

Built a new house - trenching for downspouts on a Sunday - broke water line. We called Pat Chase and he was at our house in 45 minutes - repaired the break and got us back up and running. Very nice and knowledgeable and did a great job. This was a true emergency and we got it taken care of.

I called Mr Chase and he came the same day, didn't charge me emergency same day service fee, he quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it. He gave me tips on how to maintain the plumbing in my historic (old) home and I will definitely call him again if I need to!
