Worst company ever. They did not send the bill to the correct address so it was returned. Instead of calling to ask for the correct address (it was 1 digit off) Mrs Pawlak threatened to undo all of the work they did. Also she demanded payment before the closing on the home or they would have the realtor hold up the closing. Threats and harrassment is what they offer their customers. They completed the work on 4/4/17. The threats and intimidation happened today 4/18/17. Two weeks after the work was done and we just received a txt with a copy of the bill today. We paid them $800.00 and Mrs. Pawlak said, and I quote, 'I will let the realtor know we have not been paid in full'. We still owe $190.90 and told her we would pay the balance on 4/21/17. Threats, intimidation, imcompetent office staff, you decide whether that sounds like something you want to deal with.

I called first thing in the morning for a clogged toilet and they had a plumber to my house within 15 minutes with the problem resolved quickly. Reasonable price also. I would definitely recommend them.

Job Estimate $130-150. After work, was informed $250. The bill in the mail said $260. I talked to the plumber that did the work about why the billed anount was not close to the estimate and why the price on the bill was ten dollars more than what I was informed was the final amount of 250. He said he does not like giving estimates, he said that the owner does the pricing, and I would need to talk to him. I called three different days and could not get anyone to answer the phone.

These guys r so awesome. I have used this place 3x now for my main drain clog. And each time they get it out w no problem. They explained that I would need further work done eventually. And I understand that so this spring I will be getting them to fix the problem that keeps causing the main drain clog. Each time they are very quick and remember me and my problem that I am having. After this lost recent service I had today, he said he would bill me and to just get to it after Christmas. Which is amazing. Can't say enough about this company.

Justin was on time he disconnected my old laundry sink and replaced the sink and faucet with new ones. He was curtious and friendly. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Pawlak Plumbing!

Really nice group. I've used them for years, and they have always been reliable and helpful with large and small projects ranging from a new faucet or toilet install to much bigger drainage work that involved digging up the concrete in the basement. A terrific group, highly recommended!

I've used Tim and his crew as well as Pawlak Heating & Air Conditioning for years. Both companies are well run, on time and not as pricey as others. They give you a fair assessment of your plumbing/heating/air conditioning & all your options for what you can afford. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Ed and team have completed two projects for me in the last year (plumbing for master bathroom renovation and outside drain pipe replacement). In both cases he was attentive to the projects, provided accurate timelines, and followed up to be sure the results were as I expected. I we had Pawlak Plumbing Inc come out to replace the original 1940s laundry sink and master bathroom toilet. The job Justin did was outstanding and the pricing we incredibly reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber and will be using them for my plumbing needs in the future as wells

We have used Pawlak Plumbing twice now. I cannot day enough good things about them. The first time I had reached out via their website and had a response and appointment within the day. The gentleman came, found the issue was very minor. He proposed that my partner could fix it, or he could for $xyz. (The kind of honest customer service that’s hard to come by). Then educated my partner on the source, and said if there is any continuous issues- to reach back out. Recently we had just used them again. Once again, called, had an apt within that week. It wasn’t an emergency of any time. The gentleman found the issue, said, “Hey- here’s the problem. Here’s the cost. I’ll fix it real quick”. Handshake, and mailed the invoice. Pawlak plumbing has kind of a unique advantage to the profession. In Brookline/other South Hills homes, they’re older. They’re different, and becoming more difficult to service due to hitting the 100 year age mark for many houses. Since Pawlak is so well established, I feel very trusting of their work on our older home. Kind of like a Yinzer Uncle, who wont beat you around the bush. Does honest, clean work. For an honest, reasonable price. Being a younger couple, first time homeowner, we’ve exhausted other plumbers and contractors. I can honestly say, there pricing is very fair. They aren’t trying to pull one over on you. They’re trying to not only help you, but also educate and inform you. Pawlak Plumbing customer for life.

As a first time homeowner, they are the only plumber I've dealt with. On multiple occasions now, I've been pleased with their work, knowledge, courtesy, and pricing. Based on a review of options on Angie's list, I opted for Pawlak due to strong reviews and fair pricing. Each job has been less than 500 dollars worth of time/ material. I'll continue to employ Tim and his colleagues as jobs become necessary.

My businesses hot water tank need replaced. I called Pawlak Plumbing explained my urgency because my business could not open without hot water. They came first thing in the morning replaced the tank so we could open on time. They were professional, fast, and friendly.
