I was lucky enough to choose Pawlak randomly back about 20 years ago in my old house. They took care of problems for me over the years with very prompt and competent service. I've moved since then and there was no question that Pawlak would be "my plumbers". Recommend 100%.

I had two other plumbing companies come out before I Found pawlak Plumbing the first one charged me and did not fix the issue. The second one could not find the issue or get a clear camera scope of the drain and was there for over five hours when I heard about Pawlak plumbing gave them a call Dan came out was able to camera the pipe very easily and see that the pipe underneath my driveway was starting to separate he got with his boss, wrote up a Estimate for my homeowners insurance once that was approved Ed and another employee came out started the work and got it finished three days later

Pawlak came out to move our supply lines for our kitchen sink. They were very responsive, handled the job professionally, and answered all our questions. I plan on using them for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

The plumbers genuinely do their best to give you the most efficient and reasonable service, they're very knowledgeable and helpful.

Mark and Gretchen were wonderful to work with! They were able to quickly diagnose why a leak had started under my kitchen sink and were able to quickly repair it to get everything back in working order. They were very kind and extremely knowledgeable too! I will absolutely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

Furnace broke on the coldest night of the year. Called Castle in the morning and they were able to come immediately. Even after needing to leave to buy parts my furnace was back on within 90 minutes of calling. Couldn't have been more thankful!

Mark installed a tankless water heater ten years ago- completely reliable. Received an error message from the machine. Called Castle, left message after hours; I received a text message and follow up call within three hours. Mark was here next morning to resolve the problem.

Mark and his son came out to help me repair and replace my kitchen sink faucet that was leaking inside the cabinet underneath. They were both on time, professional, and did an outstanding job - they were recommended to me by someone else and I would hire them again so I will definitely pass this on to others! Very happy with their work and help at an extremely reasonable price.

We are so very appreciative of these guys and how much they've helped us over the last month. As a young female homeowner, I am often talked down to, ignored, and/or overcharged. It can be hard to get a call back these days let alone to have quality work done at a decent price. They came to our house for a plumbing issue and ended up also installing a stove that was delivered without hook-up because of that company's mistake. We would have had to get through the Easter weekend without a stove if it wasn't for them. Within probably 2 weeks, I had to call them again for a separate issue and sure enough, they helped us quickly and kindly. Calling Castle for services feels like calling family for help. They will always be our trusted go-to and we're grateful to have them around!

My wife called Mark to help fix our leaking boiler which had plagued us for almost a year. Mark came out super quickly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it same day.

I am incredibly thankful for the hard work and quality of work Castle did for us.
My boyfriend and I took on an ambitious house project, not fully grasping at first the scope of work or the expense. In the midst of a very stressful time, I was relieved by the friendliness and responsiveness by Castle. Mark often initiated conversations or meetings to plan and schedule, then stuck to the plan. Then finally, did an amazing job installing our new boiler. Truly I am not only impressed but extremely grateful and blessed to have chosen Castle, I will not call anyone else for HVAC related projects.

Mark is a great, down to earth, and reasonably priced plumber. We have an old house in Mt Lebo and discovered water leaking from the back of our bathtub faucet. I’d been so anxious to find a plumber knowing it can be tough in this area to find one who won’t overcharge. Mark came over and immediately gave me 2 estimates, talking me through all the details for both. I felt confident in my decision and he was able to do the fix quickly the next day. I’m so relieved to have found a great plumber!

Mark and Gretchen replaced a water heater for me today and did a great job. Mark provided an estimate over the phone ahead of time and the actual price was very close. Work was done on time and they were respectful of my home. They paid attention to little details, like writing the date of installation on the side of my water heater, and filling out my product registration form for me. This is the second time Mark has done work at my house, and the project he completed a year ago - fixing a leak in my bathtub - is also still working well. I highly recommend Castle Plumbing.
