We were laying a new sewer line with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. They were fast from the quote to installation and finishing. Jessi and Nate were quick, knowledgeable, and friendly! Awesome guys to work with. 10/10 recommend them.

Lucas and Conner did a fantastic job and were on time and efficient. They were here 4 hours and replaced the upstairs shower old pipes and shut off values and new hardware (showerhead arm, bathtub handles and bathtub drain). I needed one part for the shower and they went to a Plumbing supply store and came back and finished the job. They also replaced a venting drain for the washtub and washer in the laundryroom. They were friendly and knowledgeable and left the two 90 degree parts that the basement contrwactor had recently installed so I could return them to Home Depot. Prices are reasonable and their office called day before to confirm that appointment. I told them I'll definitely use their plumbing services in the future. I give Benjamin Franklin Plumbing five stars.

We are getting ready to remodel the whole house , but need just a few things done for winter. The plumber came out looked around gave a estimate of almost twice what two other companies told us, then said we didn't want the work because he thinks money is tight for us, I mean he wrote that on the invoice! The young lady that took my call was wonderful though. Imo. They don't do alot of work in certain neighborhoods, that's just my assumption, like a plumber assuming we're broke because we don't wanna overpay.

Jesse performed an assessment of the house sewer system using a line inspection camera. He is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I am pleased with the work he did and the way he presented options for staying ahead of problems. I would use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for future work.

Kevin was able to send out 2 guys to work on the clog that was outside of my house and causing me not to be able to flush or use any water. I would have had to wait over the weekend if he did not take the time to help me out. Great service.

Work was completed 12/1 quickly and there was a change to one repair so they had to get another part to replace the broken one. They worked fast and completed the job, called out the inspector to test it. All was well. Lucas and Sam were great.

Benjamin Franklin is our go-to plumbing company for a reason. Our home has had some very complex plumbing needs since we purchased it and they have been able to resolve every single one. We know we can trust them for jobs both large and small and we appreciate that they take the time to educate young homeowners like ourselves who know little to nothing about plumbing. We most recently worked with Collin who was very kind, efficient, and punctual. We really appreciate that when the company had a cancellation they offered to finish work on our home sooner rather than later. Always nice to get stuff crossed off of the to-do list!

was a very easy experience with Fair Pricing and The man in hole most of the day was working non stop. His name is Jesse - I would recommend this company. Nate and the other 2 workers worked very well as a team - I didn't get to see the entire job- but I was very pleased with the team work and piece of mind.

We needed a lit of work done on a house that had been empty for a year. John installed all new plumbing/drain for the washer, an added laundry tub plus replacing the whole house water shut off valve. He was great at working with our situation and explained all that he was doing.

Sam was terrific. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and skillful. He fixed our hot water tank and added an expansion tank to relieve the water pressure. All of this was done very quickly and at an unbelievably low price. We feared the worst (a new water heater) and we were very pleasantly surprised!
