Came out within hours on a Saturday morning to fix our leaking toilet supply line. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. The plumber was one of the nicest people I've ever had doing work on my house!

Christian helped us out so much with our burst pipe. We are so grateful for him coming out and fixing our plumbing! Definitely if we need anything we will be coming back. Also Cheron came out to also start and help us with the mitigation and homeowners insurance. Cannot wait to continue to work with them and get everything worked out.

I had a clogged kitchen sink on Thanksgiving Day. The plumber, Robert, was professional, friendly, and kind. He snaked the drain quickly so I could get going with our dinner. Of course, the bill was high because it was a holiday.

Robert had to return the next day for a minor adjustment at no charge. Again, he was kind and professional. I was happy with the fast service. He rectified an error without delay. Thank you!

From the time I made my appointment it was a disaster. I called and scheduled my two hour window. I got a text message afterwards that stated the wrong date. I called to have the date fixed and someone still came out on the wrong day. Fast forward to the correct date, I had to go out of town and my mother came to the house to wait on the service person. She came before the two hour window scheduled and even shoveled right outside the garage and moved the car so the plumber could easy access the garage where the hot water heater is. Two hours passed and no one showed up in the window they were supposed to and no call was places either to inform me of the delay. I as the customer had to call Roto Rooter three different times and no one could tell me when to expect a plumber. I was told that they were backed up and would come as quickly as they could. My mom ended up waiting for four hours in a house that had no water and no toilet running because of the hot water heater needing repaired. Water was turned off due to a leak. She waited two hours beyond the window given. After the third call I made I told her to leave the house and I cancelled the appointment. Right after canceling then I get phone calls from Roto Rooter saying they are running late and would call when they had a plumber. They kept calling me and leaving messages all the way until 8 pm. They still never had a plumber available that day.

Avoid this company like the plague and spend your money at a company that values communication and people's time!!!!

Matt was excellent!! This is 2nd time that I have used Roto Rooter and both times I had a great experience. They are very thorough and very fair. I would highly recommend them for all plumbing services. I would give them 10 stars if possible!

These guys are fast, sincere and good at what they do. Christian was a pleasure to have replacing our hot water tank, even had our 9 yr.old supervising and learning. Christian is not only great at his job he is a wonderful human being. We thank you for taking such great care of us.

Rotor Rooter is my go to for my plumbing at my residence. I’d highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I always hear people complaining about the pricing from Rotor Rooter. But you get what you pay for. I’d rather pay a high price for great quality service and work. That is insured also. Then to go the cheap route and more than likely be disappointed and dissatisfied from the plumbing work. So far I’ve had Rotor Rooter out to my residence about 4 times. I’ve never had to call them back. To come back out to my residence. Thank Goodness and thank GOD.

I found the experience very frustrating. I sent a message through your site Saturday night but no one contacted me so I called on Monday morning. I spoke to a gentleman who scheduled an appointment with a time windows of 9:45 - 11:45am. I then received a follow-up text stating a plumber would arrive between those hrs. At 11:30 I received a call from a dispatcher confirming my appointment and he said there was a plumber available and he could be at my house in 30-45min. Why would you send me a text if the information wasn't valid? It was very frustrating, especially as I was working from home. I chose Roto Rooter because I thought it would be convenient and seamless but that was not the case. Needless to say I was disappointed.

Christian was Awesome, Kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I was without my shower for too many days trying to get other plumbers to come look at it. One call to Roto-Rooter and they sent someone out to fix it within a few hours. I'm very impressed and very thankful!

Had a great experience using Roto-Rooter. My kitchen sink started leaking when one of the pipes gave out. The dispatcher I talked to was friendly and told me that a plumber would arrive in about an hour. The plumber, Christian, was great. We had a tricky situation with the way our kitchen plumbing was setup and he was able to fix it. I would definitely recommend using this company, especially for any after-hours emergencies. The price overall was reasonable as well.

Roto-Rooter came out to fix this recurring issue of a pipe bursting in extreme cold and it cost less than half as much as the other company that did it last winter. Same day service! Bob was great to work with on this urgent matter and the dispatch team communicated very well.

I can not say enough about my dealings with Rita Router. I’m a widow who never had to deal with household issues and I truly depend on my Lord and Savior Jesus to lead and guide me. I was lead to contact Roto Rourer and from the very first contact I had nothing but success. I was treated very fairly and everything was explained to me in simple details. I had to have my sewer drain cleaned because of my basement flooding. Then they gave me a fair estimate to come and sanitize my basement. The workers took great respect of my home in covering my floors and carpets with plastic and were so friendly and everything was done to the exact same way it was explained. Thank you very much I will only use this company for all my plumbing needs

Krupp Whitney has been a life saver! After working with another plumbing company without success, Krupp Whitney was able to scope the sewer line and find the problem. Everyone was so easy to work with, answering questions and keeping us updated on the progress of the work. And they were hard workers! They two young men who worked on our problem were conscience about the mud on the patio and making the clean out pipes as unobtrusive as possible. Krupp Whitney will be our go to plumbing company going forward.

Not only did you forget the appointment, you quoted me 32k for work that didn't need to be done. The lateral from the trap to the road was in great shape, passed and the house has sold. You also lied when you said you couldn't reline the house line because it tees. I will NEVER let you in one of my homes again. Criminal.

This is actually the second time we have used Krupp Whitney. We used them for our sewer line repair before we sold our house and used them again with our new house.
