My appointment with Keith was excellent. He was early, efficient and to the point. Got my sewer inspection done fast and with a reasonable price.

UPDATE: I am closing on this same house from the review above. Long story short, the plumbers who were hired by the seller's (Not Krupp-Whitney Plumbing) did not do a good job of hydro jetting and sewer camming the main pipe. I called Keith back up and he had no problem coming back and doing a cam. When he did this, he determined there was still dirt and rocks in the sewer. The seller's then scheduled a hydro jet with him and that is where we found that there was a significant breach in the pipe. We then had the seller's pay for Keith to fix this, which he did with complete success.

Through this process, Keith and Krupp-Whitney plumbing were always on my side and was making sure I was getting the best available work done. I was very stressed over this and Keith was an excellent plumber to work with to assure me the work was getting done in a successful manner. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be calling if I have any future problems. This is a 5 star company!!!

I dealt with Scott on a draining cleaning job and he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. It was great service at an affordable price! I cant recommend Scott and KW Plumbing enough!

These people were amazing. Their charges were competitive. They were consummate professionals. They started and completed the job ahead of schedule. They treated our property as if it were their own. Their work was superb. I would like to give kudos to Justin in particular. Polite, considerate, and always kept us informed of each step in the process. I only wish all service companies were half as good as Krupp Whitney.

I always call on Krupp Whitney for municipal dye tests for home sales. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced! I've also worked with them on plumbing repairs. Great company!

We are so grateful to the wonderful folks who did the work on our sewer line. We had to replace the trap and get lining installed. The process was straightforward, the work was fantastic, and we felt the cost was very reasonable. (Way less than what another company quoted us!) And, everyone we interacted with was so friendly. They tried, I’ll definitely give credit where due but after that they fell short:

1) My guy said he would come back when I called him later that day and when I called he said he couldn’t come back until the next morning. Keep in-mind my sewer is fully blocked so this was urgent.

2) My guy consulted with his foreman and they recommended I dig-up my sewer line in the basement so they could then clear the blockage and use their camera to inspect the line from there before replacing the damaged section. After my guy used his camera and “Snake”, I used my old-school “Snake/Electric Eel” and cleared the blockage without any of their additional help. Definitely didn’t dig-up my basement as recommended.

The sad part is I just bought this house and need several other plumbing jobs done on a planned basis, not a crisis like my sewer. If I can’t trust you to get me through a crisis, why would I give you easy work after that? Crises are opportunities to cement relationships for life, everyone remembers how you treat them when they’re totally reliant on you to save them in a crisis. I now know I need to rely on myself when it comes to this group. I will eventually replace my entire sewer system but will not consider this group when I get quotes for that job.

Keith and a team member came to diagnose and address a blockage we had that was backing up water. They were extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for any plumbing related needs you have!

Keith was very polite and did a fast and efficient dye test and sewer lateral camera inspection for my client. Although a repair was needed he did not make it a big deal for the Seller. Justin and Daniel did the actual repair and once again both were very nice and completed the work without any issue and at a reasonable price.

Nick arrived promptly, did a great job and he handled all cleanup! It was like no work was even done - it was clean!! I would highly recommend Krupp Whitney Plumbing for you plumbing needs. Great to work with as well! Great Staff!

The work that was performed was adequate, unfortunately it didn't go smoothly from start to finish. What I can assume was at most a three day job, took almost a weeks time...During the initial day of digging there were multiple issues including damage to borough property (cracked sidewalk pad, and damage to the asphalt street). Since work needed to continue the following day the nine foot trench only had 1 piece of plywood on each side with 4 2x4s and 1 screw in each. No fencing or caution tape around dig site. We live on an extremely heavy trafficed through road, and there are lots of people traveling up and down the street almost all day. The second day we were told that our main sewage line had six inlets that needed to be lined if they were active, unfortunately we disagreed that the additional charges should fall on us, because there was nothing in the initial estimate and agreement that mentioned these things. I unfortunately had a not so pleasant conversation with a sales person on the phone regarding the additional charges and work, being late in the day on Friday I knew we wouldn't see them until Monday at the earliest. It rained really hard over the weekend and we feared the hole might cave in on itself, before the work was completed. Our driveway is about 3 feet away from the house trap that was dug up for repairs. They returned the following week, after I spoke with the company owner and cleared some things up. The part that bothers me most was the sloppy disrespect for my property, they crushed and broke a lot of vegetation that is clearly well maintained. The main stack pulled away from the y and 90 at the base of the stack in the basement and needed reconnected, which required jack hammering the basement floor. The area was not contained and now I have silica dust all over everything in the basement and it even got into my kitchen because the door was open. Totally unprofessional and not to mention it exposed my family to the concrete dust. This may be a one off experience that we got but I honestly cannot recommend them moving forward, just happy they are gone and the work is complete. As a union carpenter I would never treat anyone's home or property like this....

5 stars! They did a sewer line repair with street excavation. It was painless for a major project. Keith handled it start to finish. He kept me updated at every step. My line insurance claim got approved & work began quickly from there. They even handled the permit & city inspection. Easy to schedule, fair price, great customer service, fast turnaround. My plumber was Keith. He was very prompt and Worked very hard. He explained in detail what was wrong and what needs to be done to correct the problem. He was very easy to talk to. He was here for quite a while doing his best to get the sewer open enough that I could use my water. After he left, he sent me many emails and texts in follow up. I was very happy with his service. Michael is a fine, honorable young man & a hard worker. They are assets to your company & excellent ambassadors for K W. I felt comfortable leaving Michael here when I left for a scheduled appt.

My only critique of your company is there was a mix up between the office and the scheduler on 2/25. Your worker was to be here around 12:30, but Michael came a bit after 8 AM. I showed him the email I received in the afternoon of the 24TH indicating the 12:30 time. If it was not Michael, I would not have felt comfortable leaving some else here whiile I was to be gone. In the end it worked out.

As a home inspector and Realtor, I really appreciate the level of customer service and care this company provides. Their pricing for sewer scoping is more than reasonable, and their repair work is both fair and competitive. Keith, Mike C., and Scott consistently deliver sewer videos quickly, which is incredibly important in the fast-paced real estate environment. They are always available to answer questions and, in my opinion, truly go above and beyond. They are friendly, professional, efficient, and clearly care about the quality of their work and their clients.
