This company was great. I had used Gillese and was totally ripped off. These guys came and redid the job perfectly. Their price is reasonable and the guys were nice and professional.

Excellent experience! Quick response on two issues. Jeff provided great customer service. This is the second time we've used them and will only call them in the future.

Despite their name, Professional Plumbing and Heating is the most unprofessional outfit I've ever encountered. Poor customer service and poor quality work. I've used this company three times and each time required another plumber to come a fix their shoddy workmanship. When confronted with my complaints I was threatened with a lawsuit and had my "manliness" questioned. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again.

I called this Monday after 3:00 p.m. and in less than 24-hours, a repair was made. Great response time to my call, great service, great tech. Thank you Jeff, Gary & Adam. We’ll definitely be using you as our plumber.

Great work - quick and affordable

They did a great job, came earlier than I expected and had professional manner like took off the shoes before coming in and left bathroom cleaned (with no trashes). Fair price for a company work. Definitely, I would recommend them.

I had to pay in advance. They did not fix the problem. Said they would call to set up coming back, bit never called. It turned out to be such a simple reason for my clog that I fixed it myself with a sink plunger!

Prompt courteous service. Provided winter service while I was away. Extended courtesy of service on credit. Reliable. Always answers their phone.

We have been hiring Professional Plumbing and Heating for 20 years plus! Of all the variety of services we have required as homeowners, Gary and his crew has the been the most dependable, personable and professional out of the whole bunch. I recommend them every chance I get.

Their name says it all. PROFESSIONAL Plumbing. Wouldn’t consider anyone but them.

Adam & Jeff were friendly, thorough, and completely professional. They arrived on time, diagnosed & fixed the issue, and cleaned up before they left.

12 years after hiring them for a tankless water heater install, new gas lines, and various plumbing upgrades (old copper to pex) I can confidently say don’t use this shop. It’s been a near endless procession of issues all stemming from their ‘new work’. I would not recommend these guys for any sort of complex work.

July 2023 plumber came out to my home. Assessed the plumbing issue. Worked on the leaky kitchen faucet. Bathtub needed a part. Ordered the part part came in. Plumber was informed. Plumber agreed there would NOT be another service call as they were completing a service. Supposedly plumber came out to the residence more than once and couldn’t gain access. Plumber also said he made appointments with homeowner. However, appointments were made with choice homes. (One appointment was made with homeowner) Long story shorter today plumber came out WITHOUT confirming an appointment time with homeowner. (Informed Choice homes of the time) And understandably decided he will not come again. So plumber came in my home one time other so called times didn’t gain access. So why then was my credit card charged AGAIN for a service fee. Unauthorized!!!! In the meantime as of today kitchen faucet STILL leaks and bathtub still needs fixed. Definitely canceling my home warrant with choice homes.
Sorry so long but wanted to be fair.

I completed a short notice contact through Angie’s List. Which lead me in contact with this plumbing co. I received an
assessment appointment the following day. And, was able to have the rusted rutted pipe replaced in both places that same day! Jeff was so professional courteous and respectful of the kitchen area. He went as far as to explain what all was done and what should not happen going forward. I was very pleased & impressed!

I give its job for 1 star not because the work they did bad It’s the way they changed price of the job. I have bathtub faucet leaking problem and technician only changed three washers and charging me $211.57 before I had $20 dollars coupon, final cost is $191.57, this still too much, let say 1 washer is $1 dollar, labor is $125 a hour, total is $128, plus tax, maximum is $150, also I think it’s too much for 3 washers, technician did nice job, I nothing to complain and it’s the boss making the price.this is one time deal, I won’t hire them again in the future

Had a couple backed up drains. Guys showed up and easily took care of the problem. They are the only plumber I use and trust. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Gary and his team helped get my basement bathroom project rolling with new drains, stack, and pipes. They were great to work with from talking through the project with Gary to actual execution with Adam and Dom who were over the top professional, courteous, and skilled. I highly recommend this team!

Great work, fast, reliable. Wanted to review cause I felt bad that I had to cancel with them today (bathroom sink was clogged for a week, finally called for an appt yesterday for them to come today, but when I woke up today the clog magically worked itself out somehow, must have just needed time I guess?). Still though, had a sewer problem a few years ago. It was the day before leaving for a vacation. Mark the tech was awesome, really bailed me out that time and it definitely should be recognized, even if a little late.

Mark to the rescue once again! Our water heater literally split open at about 11:00 p.m. at night, because, of course. I left a voicemail around midnight hoping that I could be one of the first folks they call the next morning which we were and they were able to work their schedule such that they could come service us the same day on. Mark is awesome. Not only we got a new 40-gallon water heater but he also updated all of the pipe works and valves as well as a thermal expansion tank that we never had before so that we can be completely up to code. This is the second time I've called Professional Plumbing and Heating and will continue to do so.
