Travis Brenot was fantastic. Explained every step of the process as he diagnosed the source of our sewer line issue. Showed us with camera exactly where there was blockage. Removed toilet completely, snaked the entire line, replaced toilet and no sign he was there. Very professional and thorough.

Brad was so very nice and saved us in the middle of winter. He explained everything he was doing and was so very professional.

I used Mr. Rooter Plumbing as an emergency service in the evening due to sewage back up. The dispatcher was very kind, set expectations and had a tech there within a reasonable amount of time. Tyler Smith was the plumber. He was pleasant, thorough and knowledgable. For a problem that happened after business hours, I was very impressed with the level of service I received.

I received exceptional diagnosis and repair planning service from Matt Pitts followed by quality repairs by Chris Smiley. Their professional and courteous handling of my immediate and future questions on the plumbing needs for my home were very appreciated. They ended up addressing emergency repairs that would have been avoided had I accepted a recommended service quoted 18 months prior. These people know what they are talking about and make sure that the job is done to satisfaction. I also had Matt come back to install new shower trim that really elevated the look of my shower.

Within an hour of calling, the truck pulled into my driveway. I had a sewage backup 5 months ago and when it happened again, I called the company that was here the first time. Gabe Vasquez was very polite and professional. He cleared the blockage and explained what he did and made recommendations. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Gabe or his fathe, Brian Vasquez. Both are great!

Updating to four stars with an after picture. They told me it would settle over the winter and they would be back to help fill it in. After multiple calls and no calls back, I'll just do it myself. For $8,000 I was expecting them to honor that promise.

We had a clog in our main sewer line that was backing up into our laundry room. Brian from Mr. Rooter was able to come out and determine that our pipe was disconnected from the sewer tap. After the excavation work was done, it was determined that the previous company (work done long before I bought my house) didn't install the pipes the correct way. They had one pipe going uphill and used cement to seal everything together. When the Mr. Rooter team was done, it was clear that the job was done correctly and not something we'll have to worry about again.

Met with Gabriel today who was really incredible! He was so friendly and easy to talk to. He was super knowledgeable and talked us through everything he did as he was doing it we even had some good laughs super personable and helpful. Was happy to have him assigned to our issue and we will be requesting him again if we have any other issues! He did a super great job!

Gabe Vasquez was fantastic and explained everything and he did not rush things he made sure we understood. Need to have septic tank cleaned if that don’t fix the problem then he will come back out to use a snake.

I had a great experience with Josh from Mr. Rooter installing a backflow valve. He was pleasant and professional, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently and neatly. Josh takes pride in his work, and it shows. I highly recommend him and Mr. Rooter for reliable, quality plumbing service.

Another awesome job by Gabe. He spent the time and hard work to get the sewer line opened and flowing again after we had another clog. Unfortunately lots of tree roots lol. He is very knowledgeable at his job. Highly recommended

Had to put an emergency call in and Travis responded fast and friendly, listened to my concerns and suggestions, and was willing to be patient while waiting for his a co-worker Ryan for the equipment needed, Thank you again to Ryan for showing up to help and they got the job done faster then ever! You guys are really the best! I have and will continue to recommend these guys any time to anyone!

I discovered yesterday that my toilet was leaking and the technician, Tyler Harris, arrived within an hour. He assessed the problem and clearly explained the options. He had to cut a hole in the ceiling below the toilet to confirm the source and severity of the leak and determined that only the toilet's wax ring had to be replaced and that fortunately no pipes had to be repaired or replaced. Tyler completed the job efficiently and made sure that the problem was completely resolved. He also did a very good job in cleaning up both work areas when the job was complete. I would definitely request Tyler again if I need future plumbing work.

Brad Fortner was wonderful! He explained everything about my service and what I would need moving forward and he was just overall helpful and finding options that were best for me.
