Gabe was very professional and fixed the problem best he could for now. More work needed in the future to fix it correctly. He was able to get us functioning again going above and beyond what was expected.

Absolutely Terrible Experience. Called to have a drain snaked with the $95 special. Plumber came out, manually put the snake in the drain and refused to turn on the snake. Said, ”I found the clog but I’m not sure if I can push past it for only the $95 discount.” I called the dispatcher again and explained what was happening and mentioned the snake wasn’t even being turned on… Guy says to me, “I’m sorry I didn’t know you were a professional plumber.” Are You kidding me? The lack of respect and basic understanding is ridiculous!

Being told one price then told 3x the price, then being disrespected when calling and asking for help with an employee, is crazy. Will never call them again.

Joe Hilton provided excellent service and was able to fix a clogged shower that two other plumbers were not able to fix! He went the extra mile and took care of my plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening!

Travis stopped by and was able to find where my house was clogged which was causing the water to back up spilling onto the basement floor . He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and even pointed out some issues that stemmed from bad workmanship from previous contractors .

$99 fee to show up, quoted $385 to *attempt* to clear a clog - so, you owe money even if it doesn't work. Prices are generally 2..3x normal. Eg, a video inspection is north of 1K, I've got a whole house inspection including video of the sewer line for 700. Would not recommend to anyone

We have been customers for some time. On Nov 3rd I noticed water around our water heater. They were able to send some on out within a couple of hours. when Adam Barnes arrived he did a thorough assessment and discovered it was note the water heater. We had some pin hole leaks in the pipes above the water heater. Adam explained the problem and discussed options to fix the problem.Adam was very professional and did a fantastic job.

Brad was very professional, took his time to explain the situation and recommendations with us. Very pleased with the services Brad performed to help us out. Would highly recommend.

Great experience! We had a bad leak in our basement and they were able to come out as soon as we needed them. Josh was finished with the repairs very quickly and did a great job!

Charlene took my message that we had a backed up house drain . I told her it wasn’t really an emergency but she said she could have someone here tonight! I was shocked. The scheduler called and said Adam would be here in an hour and he showed up promptly.
He was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. The clog was a challenge, and it took almost all of the cable to clear it. The water just started to flow well when the rooter stopped dead, forcing Adam to pull the cable by hand the whole way. No complaining or cursing, just getting the job done.
I had asked Adam for some estimates on a few other things that we may need and he emailed them to me promptly.
All around, I am very pleased with Adam and Mr. Rooter.

Do you think it should cost $975.00 - a $100.00 coupon total cost of $875.00 just to replace a main line valve, which only took 1& 1/2 hours to install? They say PROUDLY one flat rate on their website. However they won't tell you what it is on the phone. The plumbers were excellent but the PRICE GAUGING WAS RIDICULOUS.
And did I mention it was sitting right there in my basement, NOT UNDERGROUND!!! Google it to see how much they say it SHOULD COST YOU.
It was a PLAIN SHUT OFF VALVE that they had in their truck.

Gabe was amazing!! Solved our problem so quickly despite the snow and having to shovel through some of it! Would definitely recommend his services and we will 100% use him again if needed!!!

Bryan Bell: Did a fantastic job 👏. Our Hot Water Heater Took A Die, On Christmas Day Of All Days. I thought the pilot light went out on the Hot Water Tank.
He was able to fix our Sink in the kitchen, and our Toilet for our Main Bathroom Down Stairs Main Level of our house because it was not filling up with water. He order the Hot Water Tank yesterday, so we had to wait for the Hot Water Tank the Next day which is December 27TH, 2024 to be sent to the shop wherever Bryan Bell had to pick up the Hot Water Tank at.
So my guess it took over a 8 hour job to finish this job, and I Thank You for your service.

Had to redo all the work they did after paying around $3,000 dollars. We had a bursted pipe. The connectors they did were cheap and weak.

A year later, I had to fix all the connectors. The professional plumbers who came in after to give quotes were way more knowledgable. If the price had been affordable, I could look the other way, but at this price, it should not have been this problematic.

They send inexperienced, young plumbers.

My hot water heater had to be replaced. It was leaking (from corrosion) and wasn't working anymore. It had 19 years of service, which was very good, especially because I did not flush it every other year as they recommended. Lime builds up in the hot water heater in time because of the hard water in Moon Township and eventually the sludge (lime) corrodes the hot water heater. Josh Farabaugh and his helper Jose came very quickly to help me. I called them the night before and they came the next day, which I wanted. I lived without the hot water and using towels for the water leakage overnight. Josh and Jose were quick, professional and very courteous. My hot water heater was replaced, and the water feed valves were brought up to code for Allegheny County.

Quick to respond and schedule an appointment that worked with my timing. Nate was very friendly and knowledgeable and laid out all the options for me to fix my toilet. I would absolutely call them again if something goes wrong with my plumbing!

So far so good - Mike came to the house to provide an estimate for a new utility sink. He was very clear in what the situation was, what was needed to repair it, and was friendly and professional throughout the visit. Thank you!
