We were smelling a faintly fishy odor coming from our vents and so we called J & A and she took our information, told us that a tech would be responding to us as soon as possible. The tech that helped us was Steve. They sent his picture, bio, and background, I thought that was very nice to see who was coming to our house. He got here in a timely manner, very professional, very thorough and genuinely concerned about our issue. He fixed the problem, and answered other questions about our furnace & other services offered. We greatly appreciate his work and the next time we will definitely be calling on J & A for our other household needs. Thank you again & God bless you abundantly.

Matt did a phenomenal job! He put me at ease and was able to solve our issue with our water heater rather efficiently. He also gave an amazing explanation for what was happening as well as provided us with quotes for a replacement in the future when one will be necessary. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

We had a basement that flooded due to a clogged drain. We paid for a technician to come out, they suggested that we remove the deck boards on our front porch to access a drain. We ended up calling a local plumber for second opinion who fixed the drained clog in less than 15 minutes. He also educated us on how to instruct plumbers for future jobs. Additionally, the technician spoke to my wife as if she was a child. Really disappointed with this service.
