Fantastic work at a very reasonable price! Did repairs that most companies wouldn't. Colin definitely went beyond expectations and completed the work in half the time quoted. Highly recommend using their services!

We have had Lucas twice at our house. He is professional, astute, courteous, and I would request them every time.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job replacing a leaking hot water heater. Scheduling was fast, with leak discovered mid-day Thursday and installation scheduled for Monday morning. Lucas, the on-site plumber, and his partner did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater. Total job took 90 minutes from uninstalling the old heater to installing the new one, including clean up. Lucas also help diagnose why our leak detection system didn't turn-off the water.

Colin was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I plan on calling BF again.

Great job installing our new hot water tank. Installation Tech was professional and efficient. Cleaned up and was on his way, hardly knew he was there. Have used before for bathroom work. Definitely recommend if you need plumbing work done.

This is hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company. Very professional, very courteous. They were able to see me quickly for a water heater flush, and when it turned out, the whole thing should really be replaced, I was thrilled to get it all done for much less than I was expecting. Collin was wonderful. Super nice, efficient, did a great job. I highly recommend this business.

Ben Franklin, their plumber Lucas and his helper installed the new Rinnai tankless heater in a little over 4 hours, including the demo of the old tankless heater. They were competent, did a good job and were courteous. I would recommend them.

Benjamin Franklin made damages $1,771 but refused to pay for the damages -

I had chronicle issues - sewage backup and toilet slow drainage.
The 1st plumber from Benjamin Franklin went up attic no problem but the attic ladder was broken when he tried to climb second time. That made additional damages on the dry walls & door(see pictures).

Even the 2nd plumber from same company could not understand why he tried to go up attic for the backup/toilet issues. The 2nd plumber did pin point the root cause, fixed the broken sewage pipeline under garage concrete, and I paid for $2,100. I am happy for figuring out the root cause but very upset for making the damages and NOT paying for that.

After I got an estimate for fixing the damages, I sent an email to Benjamin Franklin requesting to pay for the damages $1,771 by unnecessary works but they replied me they won’t pay for that because the looking into the attic was a part of their works.
I told them it was unnecessary work. Even if it was really related to the normal plumbing work, still plumbing company should pay for any client’s damages and that’s why plumbing company has the insurance of general liability and Workers’ Compensation Coverage. However, still refuse to pay for the damages. BIG sigh....

If something happens while you’re working on a client’s property and something in their home breaks or gets damaged, you’ll have to pay for the cost of repairs. Worse, if they’re injured, they may be able to sue you for the cost of medical treatments and other damages.

Colin was informative, he was only 5 minutes late for our appointment. That's great since I've had 3 other contractors not show up. He informed me what is needed to fix my problem and will get the estimate to me as soon as possible.

John was extremely kind, informative, and courteous.

John was my technician and was prompt, friendly and competent. He was able to fix my problem in a quick manner. Previously, I had Colin for a dye test for moving. He also was very friendly and competent. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing problems.

Lucas M. Was great. Very friendly, on time and got the job done quickly. Cleaned up afterwards (replaced a garbage disposal). Not one little piece of anything was left behind. I would hire him again in a minute.
