Everyone at Pawlak was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Anthony replaced pipes in my walls so that I could install a new faucet, and I am happy with the results.

I can’t recommend Pawlak enough for any plumbing needs. My South Hills home is another victim of roots in the sewer line and I have to have someone come snake it every once in a while when it backs up. Pawlak is who I call every time. They are friendly, professional, and take the time to explain everything to you before they do it. They are also incredibly reasonable on price. I won’t use any other plumber!

Pawlak has done work on both my bathroom and my kitchen and I’m impressed each time. Thoughtful and gets the job done right each time, at a good price. Anthony talks you through what he’s doing and why the cost is what it is.

I called Pawlak plumbing for an issue with my water heater. My call was returned promptly. I was told a repairman would be out as soon as possible and would call before he came. Called today 2/13/25 to schedule an appointment for 3 bathrooms and 1 kitchen that needs plumbing work in a very profitable area near Magee Women’s hospital in Pittsburgh Pa. The woman who answered the telephone gave me such a hard time trying to schedule estimates that I had to disconnect the call. I’m sure this company is in the business of making money not chasing customers away. I am also in the business of spending my hard earned money with people who will talk kindly and respectful. On a better note , I was able to schedule estimates with no problem and great customer service from a different company.

Pawlak Plumbing is the BEST! We love this company because they truly do provide one-on-one personal service and when we have an emergency, they are always responsive unlike others who make you wait. Pawlak Plumbing is wonderful! Had a clogged kitchen sink on a Friday night. Left message and received a call from Pawlak on Sunday morning and they were at my house at 8:30 Monday morning, problem solved in 45 minutes. NOTE: Had an "emergency plumber" out on Saturday. After three hours they couldn't fix the problem and weren't even sure what it was. Never again. Call Pawlak first!

Pawlak did a residential job for me that consisted of four separate issues. Their work was excellent quality and it was done at a reasonable price. Very easy to work with. The person that came out for the estimate as well as the plumber who performed the actual service were very professional. If I have any issues in the future, I'll be giving them a call.

He professionally removed all the calcified, old plumbing with brand new copper piping. He also installed a water softener, a whole house water filtration system, and an under-the-sink reverse osmosis system! Ben is very bright, easy to work with, and our dog and cat also liked him! Alex coordinated the schedules and communicated with us!
The company is very accommodating and professional! Worth every penny!

We've had them out for two issues in Ross, a backed up sewer line and a trap replacement. Both of the plumbers they sent (Zack and Dan) were fantastic, completed the work quickly and thoroughly, explained what was happening, and punctual. On top of that, very reasonable prices and easy scheduling. Highly recommended.

Pawlak Plumbing was a referral to me and we are SO happy we went with them. I am selling my house and the buyers inspector was way off base wit what was needed. Ed watched the original video and came by and did his own inspection we well as another small buyer request AND completed the dye test needed for the Borough. Ed was very professional and walked us through every step he took. We WILL be using them again when needed.

EXCELLENT! I can’t say enough great things about Pawlak Plumbing. We had a clog that resulted in water seeping through our floor into the basement. I called Pawlak Plumbing to see if they could do an urgent visit since we were heading out for vacation in a day.
