The hot water tank was leaking (bad). Had the insurance through home serve. Found out later it was not through the grace period however - Terry’s came to the rescue (again). Carol-Lin was super helpful and so pleasant on the phone. By afternoon a new one was installed. Price seemed reasonable. Installation was efficient. Thanks again terry’s!

We had a plumbing drain problem on a Sunday. Terry returned our call and arrived within the hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and solved the problem that other plumbers could not. We highly recommend Terry at Terry’s Plumbing. We are sure any of his staff are qualified and would do a great job. In the future we will only call Terry’s and will recommend his company to anyone needed plumbing services.

Water backing up in the basement drain, time to call in a professional. I called Terry’s Plumbing at 7.15am not expecting a live person, ready to leave a message.The phone was answered by Terry who advised that once Allison gets into the office, they will call me back to make arrangements. I received a call at 8am as promised and was advised that someone can come help and would be there between 10-12.

I received a call at 11.30 advising me that the plumber will be there soon. Five minutes later Terry showed up and started working straightway snaking the sewer line. He was able to pull roots out but the water was not draining all the way.

Terry then advised we call the McCandless Sewer Authority to make sure the main line was not the problem. The MSA crew came very quickly and Terry was still here packing his tools up. The MSA advised the main sewer line was not the problem.

We called Terry to advise him and he said the next step is to get his crew there to water jet the line to remove the blockage and roots from manhole side.

Terry promised they would be there in the afternoon and we got a call again that they were 15 minutes away and got to work immediately using the camera and the water jet. After 1 hour of work they were finished and the sewer line was unblocked.

By following the steps advised by Terry, we saved thousands of dollars that would be needed to dig and replace the sewer line. Later in the afternoon around 5pm Terry personally called us to make sure we were good and that everything was done. Now that is great Customer service.

We have used the services of Terry’s plumbing for 20+ years. This plumbing outfit has great customer service, they keep you updated and charge a reasonable fee for their excellent services. When it comes to great service from friendly folks that care for their customer, you can’t go wrong with Terry’s Plumbing

I came home to find a leak in my bathroom. Called Terry's plumbing and Carolyn had Damien come and fix my pipe within a hour and a half! Very pleased with his work and very neat! Had to cut a hole in my ceiling and did a great job! I recommend Terry's Plumbing to anyone!

Our sewer backed up and Terry saved the day by removing the roots that were clogging the sewer drain! He took care of everything so efficiently and quickly, and we are so appreciative of his prompt service as we were preparing to go to a surprise party and thanks to Terry's Plumbing we were still able to make it!

My main line has gotten backed up twice in a little over a month. I think the last guy didn't use a big enough snake or something, I'm not sure - it was moving fine for a while, then backed up again worse than ever. That plumber suggested a different company and I was a little shocked at their price. I hate how stressful it is to pick a plumber because for every glowing review you'll find someone who had a terrible experience. I personally know people who have said both things about Terry! But I decided to give him a try because he's local, could come sooner than the other guy, and the price quoted over the phone (assuming I needed just a basic snaking) was actually lower.

I'm glad I did because that lower price is exactly what I ended up paying - and I actually saw tons of stuff pulled out of the line. Tree roots, hair, and wipes. I don't even know where the wipes came from! Either our kids flushed a few when they were little (it's been 11 years since I had anyone in diapers!) or else they have been there since before we bought the house (17 years???) I'm hoping this solves the problem for a while. He even included a camera in the price to be sure there wasn't anything else major going on, since this happened so recently. The other place wanted $100 to do the camera, on top of the higher charge just for snaking.

Hoping I won't need his services again any time soon but if the line backs up again, I'm just starting with him.

Logan came to fix our toilet. We were very pleased with his service.He was very professional, personable and answered all our questions. We are always pleased with Terry's Plumbing service.

I was charged $240 just for the plumber to attempt to snake and break up the blockage (likely ice) in my second-floor tub. While I understand the $89 service fee, the additional $150+ for a 30–40 minute visit without resolving the problem is frustrating. The plumber didn’t check the sewer trap or explain where it was. Unfortunately, this seems to be common in plumbing services, but it still doesn’t feel right. He did provide some good general advice, but nothing that a quick google search or video couldn’t tell you.

We just had Terry's out to our house to update our toilet internals, and they sent Rick to help us out. I cannot praise the experience enough. Rick is highly knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. The attention to detail he provided and care he took is something you only get through mastery of the craft and years of experience. I have used Terry's now for replacing copper pipes with PEX, replacing my water heater, fixing leaks, and more, and there's a reason they're my first dial when I need help with the plumbing. Yet another reason today to keep them top of the list.

Terry’s Plumbing installed a new hot water tank for us a few months ago and did such a great job we called again for another issue. We called today, they came today, and fixed the problem today! They sent Nate who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely good at his job. He diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue and we were totally happy when he left. We would not hesitate to call again.

We used Terry's Plumbing for the first time today and I must say our serviceman Nate was awesome! Very friendly, courteous and a fine technician. His installation and work was impeccable, a very clean finished product. I would recommend Terry's to anyone looking for plumbing assistance.

I had problems with kitchen and laundry drains and basement floor drain pipes.Terry came out same day figured out the problem. Jay and his crew came out next day and began to work on the problem. The amount of work done in 2 days was amazing! Kept me up to date as they progressed. Terry himself and Jay kept me up to date as well as his office staff! Thank you all so Much for a Great Job and being so professional and kind through this project! Very much appreciated! The price was also great!

Terry and his team went out of their way to make me feel safe when my gas line was damaged by a local roofer driving a nail through it.They installed a new gas line and have helped me detect several other problems they did not have to take the time to do . I appreciate their expertise and help and I truly appreciate Terry calling me himself to make me feel comfortable with the situation going on inside my home. I will definitely use them for future work and recommend them to anyone having gas or plumbing issues.

My hot water tank went today. I called my warranty company and They connected me with Terry’s Plumbing on Babcock Blvd. I asked for the last appointment of the day. The technician John came out and assessed the situation. He went right to the expansion tank and said it was full and ready to go. He informed me that I would need a new hot water tank and an expansion tank. He had both installed in an hour. John was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about his work. I am going to have some work done in the summer and I am definitely going to use Terry’s plumbing and request John to do the work for me. My experience with Terry’s plumbing was pleasant from start to finish. Thank you John and everyone at Terry’s plumbing for an out job.

I cannot recommend this company. He never returned phone calls. We had to chase him down constantly. Of course when the final bill came due he never stopped calling. We paid for half the job up front, $6,000. Then he wanted the final payment sent over night. He called our Realtor and threatened to put a lien on the house. He finished the job 10 days ago. We hired Terry's Plumbing to connect the house to Hampton Shaler sewer. He quoted a price of $12,000 for the job. After starting the job he called and said he hit blue rock and needed to rent a machine for $3,000 so we agreed to the additional charge. Then we received the bill and he charged us $1,000 for the copper water pipe his team dug up by accident? 60 feet to be exact. Then wanted to charge us and took the copper, not sure what happened to it. When we asked where he was while the copper water line was being dug up, he was on another job. We are in the process of reporting this to the Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter as we do not feel we should have to pay for his company's mistake.

Placed French drain in front of house in fall 2021 rob stated he would be back in spring to reseed bare spots with seed and top soil also fill in the 20’ or so ditch that had settled where French drain was installed I sent a reminder text almost 5 weeks ago called twice text twice he has not completed work nor has he returned call or text
This is no way to run a business

Had broken bathroom pipe was able to get repaired quickly and cost effectively and no issues very happy with work!!!
