Arrival time was a little late. They called to notify me when to expect them. Serviceman was polite and knew what he was doing.

Had them replace two valves in my house on Pioneer Ave. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Price was very reasonable.

Brookline plumber handled a time sensitive test for me and was very accommodating and showed me excellent customer service and care.
Would definitely recommend and use them again!

WARRANTY CLAIMS BEWARE! Will perform work without prior authorization AND then expect payment for said services when your warranty company doesn't cover the charges. Misleading to clients and would never recommend, despite having 24 hour emergency service.

My residence developed a sewer line block. The 'Brookline plumber' showed up the next day. 'Jason Harris' was the service technician. Jason was proffessional,skillful,and courteous.The sewer blockage was 45 feet into the line.Jason located and removed the blockage within an hour..Who could ask for better service?.I highly recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs.

I have used Brookline Plumber as my go to plumber for my rental properties business for 10 years. They have been an excellent partner, and I'm honestly not sure I could run the business without them. Highly recommended, they are the best!

We received 4 inches of rain in two days and my basement floor drain clogged. Our 120 year old basement usually takes on some water during heavy rain and it's usually not a big deal because the floor is intentionally sloped toward the center drain, but because of the clog it started to pool and became a few inches deep.

Bob from the Brookline Plumber was able to make a service call the same morning I called and professionally solved the problem and cleaned out the drain and trap. Reasonably priced, too. Would use again and recommend.

I had frozen pipes that ruptured in my house from the winter. Everyone from the secretary to the first plumber on call, to the plumber who came to do the work, to the second plumber who had to come and help we’re all fantastic. Very experienced, very polite, answered all my questions, methodical, and efficient. The price was what I expected. I couldn’t of asked for a better company to come do the work. I had no problems with call backs. They put me in as an emergency.

Please note that someone below gave them a 1, but said they were excellent and will always use them.

This company is legit. They had to deal with my insurance company and the difficulties that brings (trouble getting a hold of someone, misinformation, etc) and they were still able to replace our water heater under 24hrs of them getting the call. If it wasn't for the insurance company involved they probably could have done it quicker. Highly recommend!

You don't get price upfront which is bad business. Called and cancelled them and they sent guys out didn't have name on truck . Thought they were another plumber I called . Overpriced big time .would never get them again

We had a sewer line backup that needed professional attention. These guys were able to make it to us quickly and didn't charge any fees for a rush visit. The two men were very friendly and professional. They made sure to wear masks (COVID...) the whole time and took care of our issue quickly without making a mess either. I would definitely recommend them!

Recommend getting pricing upfront from this company. They were helpful in fixing an emergency water line repair at our rental property then billed $6,500 for the project with no advanced notice of the pricing. This is grossly above the hourly plumber rate for the region. Would not recommend their service to others.

They were scheduled to look at a leak in my kitchen this afternoon. I missed the guy’s call, but called back 4 minutes later and left a message stating I was home and available. Another 30 minutes go by and I didn’t hear anything so I texted. He replied that he went on another job and I’d have to call the office to reschedule. I called the office and he basically called me a liar saying I never called back.

I realized I needed a new hot water tank. The plumbers showed up less than 2 hours later with a new tank. It was promptly and efficiently installed and they left very little mess! I am thrilled with the service I received!!

I've used them in the past with mixed results, but figured I'd call them for simple job of fixing a toilet that needed a new flush valve. The guy replaced the part, but left one of the bolts under the tank not tightened all the way. This resulted in a small leak that wasn't evident until the next day when water from the tank leaked in to the ceiling of my kitchen right below the toilet. This actually caused more damage that what the repair was worth.

I called, texted, sent pictures (attached here), and never got any response about this. The only times I've heard from them is to remind me to pay the invoice. Do yourself a favor and avoid this group of non-professionals.

The owner answered the phone immediately...no wait time....Had him out for a water line estimate...turns out it was a municipal leak and not my line...but would recommend this guy again if i needed work done in the future.
