I was referred to A Pittsburgh Plumber by a friend. I am so glad I was! He fixed my bathroom sink completely and explained what he was doing, while he was doing it. He was very knowledgeable and able to trouble shoot with ease. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will definitely be using him for all my plumbing needs in the years to come.

Dave was very friendly and easy to work with. I had him replace a toilet. I have worked with other plumbers in the past and have not had good experiences. I highly recommend Dave.

I frantically called A Pittsburgh Plumber because water was pouring out of the faucet in the laundry tub...a new faucet just installed last week by Mochar Plumbing. I placed the call at 8am on a Saturday morning, left a message and within 5 minutes Dave at Pittsburgh Plumber called me back.
He was at my house in 15 minutes and did an excellent job. He fixed the problem and calmed me down. Very professional and knowledgeable. I'm giving him a second job and any other plumbing jobs in the future. Mochar Plumbing who installed the faucet said he couldnt come until Monday snd told me he had no idea what the problem was. That was totally stressful as I watched water pouring out of the faucet and not being able to turn it off. I'll never use Mochar Plumbing again. A Pittsburgh Plumber is my go to. Dave is the best. Great Plumber, I had a clog that I couldn't get. Even after renting a 75' snake and not getting it, I decided to call a professional. That's exactly what I got. He stuck with it for hours, never giving up. He even helped me move my empty hot tub to revel my service trap / T. I was impressed with his attention and the modern technology water jet system he uses. Great job

Dave was amazing to work with - reasonable, professional and fun! He helped us out in a pinch with a new hot water heater for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Dave came to the rescue after a mishap which damaged my washer’s pvc drains into the central stack. Nice guy, creative thinker and quality work. Can’t recommend him enough. I’ll never be using the big plumbing companies again!

My toilet had been broken for months. I had snaked it, draino-o'd it, plunged it and nothing worked. Like a prayer had been answered, Dave came. He called about and hour before he came to confirm the address and all of the important information, which is very much appreciated. He arrived right on time and was incredibly polite.
He identified all of the issues almost immediately. Dave was kind enough to show me exactly what the issues were with the tank and show me the correct way it should be so it doesn't happen again. In this economy, I truly appreciate being shown exactly what to do in case this happens again.
In addition to the issues with the back of the tank, the toilet itself wasn't mounted or set properly, so he fixed all of that as well (which was amazing). The main issues was that the toilet wouldn't flush, so he helped me tremendously by identifying other issues. He snaked the drain and realized the issue had been "flushable wipes". He was so courteous and so polite, I couldn't have asked for a better way to approach the situation. As a woman, I know that it's not exactly the most comfortable experience watching a guy pull stuff out of your toilet drain (yuck!), but Dave was so kind and understanding and it ended up being the BEST experience with a plumber I've ever had. He was even kind when my pets started sniffing around wondering what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself also, which was quite a nice surprise considering any other professional of his sort that I've dealt with in the past has always made sure to leave me a nice mess to clean up. So thanks for being so courteous of my home, Dave!!

Dave was a top notch friendly guy and gave no nonsense answers about the job. Had him replace an outdoor faucet which had cracked. He completed the work well under the time expected and installed quality products.

I have had Dave Durbin and his associate Don at my home on several occasions. They have provided top notch service are very professional and deliver a superior performance. They are fair in their pricing and very dependable. After having had dozens of horrible plumbers, Dave and Don are like a breath of fresh air.

Dave is a great guy and great at his job. He is the only guy I call for anything related to plumbing . He does exceptional work at a fair price, and stands by his work. I would recommend him to anyone trust me you won't be disappointed.

All we needed was a clog fixed in our basement and after the horrible service we received from a big name plumbing company, I searched google and decided to give A Pittsburgh Plumber a try. I am so glad I did!! Dave knew exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He didn't use any fancy gadgets to clear the clog and was able to get us back up and running within an hour or so. I am so pleased with his work and his friendliness. Dave came out on Fathers day to clear our drain that was backing up.

Not only is he good at what he does, he is a really good person. You don't meet people like him anymore. He treated us like a family member and took the time to talk to us and answer any questions we had.

We had to call Dave to fix a clogged main drain. He came on time and did a very good job on finding the issue (a rag)!! He charged the same price he quoted me on initially even though it took him an extra 45 minutes to complete the job. He cleaned up and even fixed a few things for no charge at ll.

In my opinion, Dave went above and beyond! I have only been in my home for 6 months, so I don't know all the issues with the house yet. Dave not only fixed the problem, he also gave tips on keeping the pipes clear and checked out a couple other issues with our plumbing. His price was fair and he stuck to the estimate he gave over the phone. I will definitely be calling him for future issues and no one else!

What a great experience. After trying to get a reliable plumber for three weeks, I finally found Dave, a true pittsburgher, and an awesome plumber. I had a big remodel happening in less than a week and needed a ton of stuff done. He gave me the price, which I was not happy at all with, but who ever is? But from that moment on I can tell you he could have charged me double and I would have been just as happy. He wrote a contract with upfront costs and explained everything to expect in detail. He was on time and communicated when to expect him as the job was going on for a month. When the contractor wasn't ready for him to be there he just rescheduled. He was the best part of my remodel by far and he is now my permanent plumber. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber and his work was worth every penny.

Dave did an amazing job! He came the same day we called and was even early. He tried every thing he possibly could to fix our clogged drain fixed. He was worried he would have to dig up our basement but kept trying every avenue to fix the problem. He got it done within a few hours, his price was extremely reasonable and he was very friendly.
