Fiber Clean recently restored our bedroom floors and I cannot say enough about how smooth the experience was. Not only did they accommodate our schedule, which was probably a quicker timeline than they would normally work under, but they adjusted to meet our needs and they were helpful in moving furniture. One of the workers even showed up early one morning to help me move pieces I couldn’t move myself. They explained the process throughout, worked quickly and efficiently, and were kind to our dogs. Overall they were very pleasant to deal with. We’ve used Fiber Clean before for some cleaning projects, and we weren’t sure how it would be to disrupt our lives for a week by moving furniture - including our bed - and clothing, but Fiber Clean ensured the process was the least disruptive possible. I would use them again and I recommend them to anyone looking for a solidly professional company to do cleaning or floors.

The guys did such a great job on our areas rugs. After a few years of abuse from our dogs, you would never even know. They look brand new! Staff is always friendly and informative. We have also used them in the past for cleaning our microfiber couches which came out great and I referred a friend who had them clean his ducts. Crazy how much builds up in them. I highly recommend them.

Fiber Clean did an amazing job cleaning my office carpet today. After a yearlong construction and a weeklong dog stay, I did not believe that my white carpet could be clean again. I was pleasantly surprised to see it spotless after they finished. Marty was polite and respectful; he moved my furniture and in no time I was back in my office marveling at my fiber clean floor. In the past Denis installed a HVAC reusable filter and I had the same delightful and professional experience. Thank you, Denis and Marty for your great service!

Fiberclean is a great company with high standards and years of reviews to support that. I was saddened to see (as one of Jewish descent who taught Hebrew school for 10 years and attends the annual party) that a newly created internet based persona with no social media background has emerged to make a scurrilous anti-semitic claim without merit to support an inaccurate 1 star review.. I attended the annual buffet event that had no wait staff as purported, and no such obnoxious activity was noted. Quite to the contrary, I have continued to refer my own customers to Fiberclean as they have continue to provide honest services at an honest price.

Our family has been working with Fiberclean for over 15(?) years. We’ve experienced many years of careful, expert and thorough cleaning of our carpets and ducts. The service representatives that have worked in our old house have always been so helpful, professional and kind. Being the caregiver to my Mother with memory issues it means a lot when Dan, who has been working with us for several years, takes the time to converse with the two of us. He’s lovely.

Ben did an excellent, thorough job on our carpets. He was here for more than two hours, which is remarkable considering other carpet cleaning services are usually in and out in under a 1/2 hour. What a difference in quality of work. My carpets look beautiful and almost like brand new! Fiber Clean is expensive, but you cannot beat the quality. And, Ben was also extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

Called them, spoke to Kathy and Debbie who were very knowledgeable and arranged for out appointment. Ben came out to clean the rugs and he also vacuumed my furniture which really needed it too. He did a great job MY carpets looked and felt almost like they were when I put them down 71/2 years before. I will definitely call them back again when I need my carpets done again. Great company to deal with. Very polite neat and knowledgeable.

I usually do not write reviews but this company saved my living room carpet today . My dog had a massive accident in several spots of my very light colored carpet last night. So much so, that I was sure the carpet would have to be replaced. I spoke with Debbie around lunch time and she had John come to my house within the hour. The photo speaks for itself. It's like nothing ever happened. Amazing job, friendly people and fair price. The best experience. I can't wait to have them back to my home. Thank you Fiber Clean.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for the last fews months and time got away from me. BUT, I had to come here to write a review for the AMAZING job Denis(the owner) and his staff did on our refinished hard wood floors. They are SO beautiful and they worked hard for a a week long to make them perfect again. We first used this company a few years ago for cleaning of our white blinds, then to clean our ducts, which we were so happy with them. They are sooo easy to work with it and Denis is the BEST!! We can’t THANK YOU enough for all your hard work and professionalism!! We will certainly referral you to all our family and friends. Thank you again—-The Pascarella’s!!

They arrived on time and cleaned the ducts reasonably well. However, John was not friendly and he damaged the paint and walls when removing vent covers. Three vent covers were removed so poorly that the drywall is damaged and the vent covers cannot be reattached securely. The paint should be cut with a razor blade before removing the vent covers to avoid damage and screws should be removed carefully by hand instead of a power drill. John did not let us know about the damage. We will use another company next time.

I have used Fiber Clean to clean my carpet on several occasions and they have always provided outstanding service. Yesterday they repaired my wood flooring and I was amazed at how quick and efficient the technician was. I am happy with the outcome and will continue to use them based on their availability and continuous great customer service.

Outstanding carpet cleaning and outstanding customer service!! I found fiberclean by referral 4 years ago and I have been very happy with their services! We have an off white carpet in our living room with matching furniture. Between our pet and entertaining, this carpet takes a beating! But, Marty and his team always get out the stains! I wouldn't call anyone else!

My question. Vents were cleaned using a short brush, other services uses a long brush that can reach inside. Will your process clean ducts ? I see some dust building up on furniture. Appreciate .

Denis did an amazing job! His professionalism from quote to service was amazing. Protected my home wearing booties over his shoes and got long lived stains out of our carpets. Our kitchen grout has not sparkled like that since we moved in. Great price as well. Highly recommend!
