Brian and Ezra were polite and skilled, doing a fantastic job on our wood-burning chimney. A while ago, our chimney cap had tumbled off the roof because it was poorly installed by a different chimney service. These friendly guys went the extra mile to securely fix the chimney cap back in place. Choice Springfield Chimney Cleaning offers excellent service, competitive rates, and a welcoming team. It appears we've discovered our go-to professionals for all our chimney cleaning and maintenance needs!

They carried out a thorough inspection and provided estimates for my three fireplaces and chimney. Later, I asked them back to swap out an unsightly and unsafe fireplace with a fantastic new gas unit. Terrence and Brian are extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of insights throughout the process. They observed that my dryer vent was not safe and immediately replaced it without charging any extra labor costs. I am extremely satisfied with the chimney sweep services I received.

Choice Springfield Chimney Cleaning is our preferred team for all chimney-related needs. We absolutely adore the gas insert they put in for us. We plan on calling them back for cleaning our log fire chimney as and when required. Having two fireplaces at home, it's essential to have a reliable team like Ezra, Terrence, and Brian to look after our chimneys.

Choice Springfield Chimney Cleaning did a fantastic job installing an electric fireplace in my old wood-burning one. The logs selected harmonize perfectly with the room. My family absolutely adores it. It's wonderful to have the ability to enjoy the ambiance of a crackling fireplace without the heat, and then add the warmth when it's chilly. The service was nothing short of outstanding and I'm more than happy to recommend them. Every interaction was professional, from the office staff, to Terrence who provided the estimate, and Ezra who did the installation.

i called about an issue with my gas fireplace remote not working, and spoke with brian. he asked me to send a few photos so he could look at the remote and figure out what might be wrong. even though i had just put in new batteries, brian suggested trying another set of fresh batteries. after switching them out, the remote started working perfectly. brian was really professional and clearly knew his stuff—he even wanted to help me fix it over the phone to save me the cost of having a chimney sweep technician come out to my house in springfield. i was impressed with the great customer service and would definitely reach out again for any chimney or fireplace help.

We reached out to set up an appointment, and the friendly lady who answered was able to schedule us in just a few days. When Terrence and Ezra from Choice Springfield Chimney Cleaning arrived, they were perfectly punctual. Their expertise was evident and they had a friendly demeanor. They climbed onto the roof to inspect the chimney, then thoroughly cleaned it from inside the house using a large vacuum. They left no mess behind and were very careful around our personal items. Our fireplace, unused for years by the previous owner, needed to be safe and clean before we could enjoy a fire. Turns out, our unit is exceptionally well-built and just required a thorough cleaning. We were delighted with the comprehensive inspection. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services!

Before hiring any chimney sweep services, I always make it a point to refer to online reviews. This habit has proven fruitful over the years. As usual, I did my research and found a chimney sweep service with over 150 glowing 5 star reviews. Intrigued by the scores of positive reviews, I decided to book an appointment for my Aunt's house. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and they were quite flexible with their schedule. The appointment took place just a few days ago. The tasks at hand included chimney cleaning, brick replacement, a new chimney cover, and new tubing for the boiler and heater. The team, inclusive of Melvin, who I believe is the manager, arrived promptly. They even arrived earlier than scheduled on both days. Melvin was very patient, taking the time to explain in detail the findings from the initial inspection and what we could expect the following day. The chimney sweep team was professional, courteous, and efficient, finishing the job faster than anticipated. They lived up to their word, with their prices beating their competitors (I had two other estimates before choosing them). The cleanup after the task was flawless. Melvin also followed up the next day to ensure our satisfaction and that everything went as planned. We appreciated their professionalism and their ability to provide service despite the current trying times. I wholeheartedly recommend this chimney sweep service. They did a fantastic job!

I’ve used different chimney sweep companies in the past and even tried cleaning my own chimney, but decided to get some help this time. I was extremely happy with the service I received. Ezra made sure to protect my home during every part of the process and did a very thorough cleaning and inspection. Their work was much better than anything I could do myself. I will definitely use them again. 5+ stars!

Brian came out to take a look at my chimney, which had a large plant growing out of it. He carefully inspected the whole chimney and gave me really helpful advice about what to do next. Brian was professional, respectful, and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to chimney sweeps. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing chimney services!

They handled all the scheduling, callbacks, and appointments with great promptness. Special thanks to Ezra for being our first point of contact and helping to organize everything so smoothly.

Our fireplace kept turning off by itself, so we called Choice Springfield Chimney Cleaning. Brian came out to inspect, clean, and service our chimney and fireplace. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing step-by-step. He also made the fireplace look fantastic and even took time to say hello to our dogs, which they really enjoyed. After the cleaning, the fireplace worked perfectly. Later, when the problem came back, Brian returned to replace a part and made sure everything was working just right. He is careful, professional, and always leaves the area clean. We are so happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future.

We’ve had chimney sweep services at our home and other properties in Springfield for cleaning and installing bird guards. Every time, they respond quickly, arrive as scheduled, and do excellent work. Ezra, the technician, isn’t afraid to use tall ladders to remove birds’ nests and soot from the chimney. Their pricing is clear, and while it’s not the cheapest, the job gets done right the first time. We keep calling them whenever we have chimney or vent concerns, which shows how much we trust their great service.

Ezra came out to do my chimney inspection and give an estimate. He was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions. Ezra went over the whole process for a chimney rebuild and provided a detailed written estimate right away. Even though I decided to go with chimney repairs instead of a full rebuild, I was really impressed with Ezra’s professionalism and knowledge. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this chimney sweep company to anyone looking for reliable and thorough service.

I called for a chimney sweep, and they arrived at my home in no time. Terrence came out and did a full inspection of the chimney, carefully checking everything and sharing helpful recommendations. He was very professional and took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure I understood what needed to be done. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Ezra came out to inspect our chimney and did a thorough job checking everything over. He found a bit of creosote buildup and recommended a spray we could use to help break it down. Ezra also took care of our gas fireplace in the living room, getting it working smoothly again. Since there weren’t any big issues with our wood burning fireplace, he didn’t charge us for the visit. We set up another appointment in six months to see how things look after using the spray. Ezra was professional and honest throughout the whole process, and we really appreciated his help!

Melvin and Brian worked together to quickly clean and service both of our chimneys and fireplaces, replacing the pilot assemblies as needed. They were friendly, professional, and efficient, getting our fireplaces working again in no time. Highly recommend their chimney sweep services—definitely a five-star experience!
