The team was very professional, showed up early, and kept everything clean while working. I was really pleased with their chimney sweep service—they did a thorough job inspecting and cleaning my fireplace, and worked quickly too. I appreciate the high quality of their work and definitely recommend them if you need your chimney serviced in Springfield.

Matt did an amazing job on your family room carpet and sectional sofa. We have three kids under ten and no matter how careful you are, things spill and get dirty. Matt was responsive, had great communication and was an overall really nice guy. Very reasonably priced for such great work. I would highly recommend him.

Outstanding, started out asking for quote upfront and pet friendly, no hidden surprise bill. I researched carpet cleaning bc my fear of harsh chemicals for myself and my 3 dogs. After a great referral from my friend and neighbor Dolores Kent and reviewing other carpet cleaners, I called Matt to review his solution and price. He was clear and sent me a price via email. No hidden surprise charges. Matt and his team arrived on time, set up and cleaned my filthy Berber hallway rug and stairs. Quite a few foster dogs made their mark in my hallway rug. What a difference with no harsh chemicals. Matt also did my 2 small bedroom rugs. Matt cleans up after himself, he comes prepared with mask and protective booties. Very pleasant and happy to answer any questions you have. I HIGHLY recommend Dougherty Carpet cleaning. I will refer Matt to everyone who needs their carpet cleaned. Spot On Matt.
