Very professional service with reasonable pricing. They provided quality service & clean up behind themselves. I’ve had a water leak “fixed” by other companies 4 times; but Oscar & his professionals fixed the problem. I am very satisfied with the company & will be using them again in the near future.

He’s handled a wide range of repairs for me, including building walls, installing light dimmers and other electrical work in my salon, and even repairing my mother’s roof. Every project has been completed with great skill, professionalism, and attention to detail. He truly does amazing work and is reliable every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I have an old house with plaster walls. Two of the walls were in really bad shape along with insulation. His guys made the repairs, replaced the insulation, put up the dry wall, painted They started early in the morning did the work for the day and prep me for what would take place the following day. Some of the process I didn't understand, but Mr.Oscar kept telling me "trust me"....Working with Mr Oscar is a single person's dream!!!!
The only suggestion would be the if workers could wear those work boot booties to decrease carrying the dust from outside to inside the house.

Oscar Remodeling does an excellent job with the maintenance and repairs on our 15 unit condo building. When we have an emergency, Oscar and his team come immediately to fix the issue. They remove the snow from the roof, the fixed the tilt of A/C units that were improperly installed, they renovated the kitchen beautifully in one unit, built a room, and much more. The prices are always reasonable!

Julio and his team have helped a bunch over the last year with various carpentry jobs on a bigger multi family project we're doing. He's always responsive, has great carpenters who show up on time and work efficiently and he's been a big part of getting our apartment building together. Julio has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with.

Our project was a complete remodel of the deck. Using TREX materials, Julio organized the demolition and installation crews. Each day of the project, Luis clearly and concisely planned, constructed, and completed the project. Luis’s attention to every detail was outstanding. His tremendous work ethic is greatly appreciated. I interviewed many deck companies in the northern Virginia area, prior to choosing this company. If you are considering a deck remodel or full replacement, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

No kidding, Julio and his team might be the best contractors that we've hired in the nearly 15 years in the area. In our case, we hired them to clean up a previous contractor's job. We were so impressed that we hired them for a bigger project: remodeling our basement. They were prompt, competent, and delivered quality work. They did drywalling, electrical, wall removal, and ceiling replacement. Best of all, they did it all with no need for our involvement. Exactly the way it should be done.

Apparently this company only services the areas of DC with the "right" zip code. It makes you wonder why they decide to service certain zip codes of a city that is only 68 square miles. I am left to believe it is not for any legitimate reason. Of the 23 zip codes in DC, this company doesn't service 20019, 20020 and 20032, the only zip codes east of the Anacostia River. This appears to be intentional. I guess I live on the wrong side of the river. So if where I live is not good enough for them, I'll gladly give my money to someone else. I hope those who read this take that into consideration when deciding whether to give this business your money.
