They absolutely saved me and my house. I had really bad termite damage in the weight bearing wall where studs and header were completely destroyed. I called Premier Crafters and they showed up the next day, gave me a very reasonable quote and started worked right after I accepted it. They were done before the day was over replacing everything that was damaged, cleaning the rooms and taking the trash away. I am so grateful for their prompt help! I’ll hire them again for the remodeling project I have in mind.

Premier Crafters recently did a bathroom remodel in our house and the kitchen. They were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in both the planning and the construction phases, and their work team was effective, did a good job -- including cleaning up behind themselves, and also polite. The project supervisor was readily available to answer questions and assistance. We are very happy with the result, and happy to recommend their work to others for remodeling services

Worked with John on my basement from beginning to end. He and all his team members were very professional. We went over all the plans, costs, possible options, adjustments to help accomplish what we needed. He was always prompt with response, which in my book, is what customer service is all about. Even 1yr after the project was complete, he was still responding to my questions on some questions I had. Basement looks amazing. Will definitely do business with him again.

Outstanding Service! I'm so glad I made the right choice in hiring Premiere Crafters to handle my cleaning. Everything was done in a very well-coordinated manner, including the remodelling of the kitchen and bathrooms. Because of this, the entire project was finished in the allotted time, which is unusual. I absolutely recommend this business to any and everyone! You will not be disappointed! I had plumbing issues that left my shower not able to drain water for months. I called several people and had 4 consultations before I talked to John from this company. Not only was he the only person to thoroughly look into my issues and not give me some crazy quote based on something he didn’t know, he was very professional and helpful at the consultation and eventually ended up being the only person to identify and fix my issue. He walked me through everything he was doing, step by step. They also gave me an affordable rate for my fix & did an amazing job with getting my pipes fixed and water draining properly again. BBC always provides a quality product, and often goes above and beyond to ensure that repairs are made to a higher standard than simply "fixed." They have become my first call when work is beyond the Diy threshold.

I have gone with BBC and Fernando for more than a decade. They do high quality work (design, construction, installation, plumbing, electrical) at a very affordable rate.

I wanted to leave a good review because they were one of the few companies that actually answered their phone. They came out right away to help and I was so happy with their response time. I needed a tile replaced in my shower and I asked for help matching it. He quoted me a price of $1200 which I thought was high but did not know how much time it would take to find the tile. He came back in about an hour while his partner prepped the space with not an exact match but I said ok, to save time and thinking since it took so little time and I was settling for an imperfect match, the price would be less. They installed the tile and the total job was about 2.25 hours. And he still charged me $1200 - the only material was one 12x24 tile, grout, and a small piece of drywall. I asked why he would not adjust given the short time and he refused to adjust the price. So I just paid about $500/hr for marginal work.
I understand he has to account for tools and talent and insurance etc - but this was absolutely unreasonable. There was no written quote - but I am not going to fight over money so I paid, but anyone who does business with this company needs to know, they will not adjust appropriately if the job is much less than anticipated. He should be ashamed of himself for taking this from an honest customer.
Charge fair wages for your work and adjust when the customer allows you to cut corners

Fernando Tamara is one very professional person. He is the owner of the company but still works hands-on and the quality control person as well. He makes sure that the customer is happy with every job he does.
